Friendly staff good rates.

Adequate given the price. Not particularly friendly, but competent which matters more. Closed for the winter. I'd say 4 or 5 stars value-wise, but overall a solid 3.

They were very courteous. They made sure we had everything we needed and they were very nice about it.

Honey moon suite is amazing.

The beds were hard, flat, and uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and it seemed pretty clean.

My family uses their conference room for all our large family functions (Grad open houses, reunions, Christmas parties, bridal showers, etc…) and we have always had good, friendly service. The "cats running around" is a hometown touch in an oilfield and work only environment and we love the cats! The people setting up the conference room always ask what our theme/color is and do we need water, coffee, etc. Very helpful and accommodating. We will continue this wonderful tradition!

One of worst experiences I have had. Was advertised to have pool and hot tub but shutdown and wasn't informed on check in. I went to what they called breakfast at 8 am and was nothing left but couple baked goods and one milk and one Orange juice but was no ice left in pans and oj was warm hate to see how milk was. There were no biscuits and gravy left and no waffles. Also they let cat run around office and eating area. Never will stay again.

They don't care how they treat you, the staff is rude, the beds suck, hard as a rock, and charge to much. We will never go back.

Our car broke down outside of Williston and luckily we were able to get a room here. The room is clean and tidy with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The continental breakfast is great (mmm. Waflles)! We had to junk our car and were awaiting a ride around 12:30 or 1:00. Although checkout time is at 11:00, they let us stay in our room until our ride arrived at no extra charge! Great service and a nice place to stay.

This hotel has a policy of charging an extra day if you do not give them 24 hours notice that you are checking out. That is fair enough because they tell you that up front. What they don't tell you is that because they are very full they often have to move you from one room to another in the middle of your stay, and that each room change is a "new reservation". If you check out early you have to specifically tell them to cancel all the other reservations too, or they will bill your card for 1 day for not cancelling that reservation, for each of the room changes that they set up. I was recently doing some work out of Williston and booked several days, now knowing how long we would be. I checked out when we finished and thought everything was fine. They billed my card for another day 2 days after we left, without calling first — because this "was a separate reservation". The charge was only removed because I called, and had been lucky enough to tell the night clerk I was checking out "because we were all finished our work". I find it astonishing that, in this day and age, a business would adopt and enforce such a predatory policy for its customers. I am rating it 1 star because they do this as a policy, and not by mistake. The room was fine, and were it not for this I would have rated it 3 stars as an average hotel.

A very nice hotel — possibly the newest one in Williston. It was clean and spacious enough, although the complimentary breakfast was extremely slight. The only thing that bothered me was that I booked a room through their online service, and when I called later to add another night, they did NOT have my original reservation — even though I had received a confirmation number. They were booked and could not honor my online reservation. I was able to add the other night, but needed to find different arrangements for the original boooking. Please call and double check any online reservations with this hotel.
