Veey clean room. Great Wi-Fi. Lots of mud after the snow melts.

Staff are nice, rooms are good and clean.

This place is perfect. I love the bed the amenities. Its perfect for my fiancee and I. We just moved here for his job in the Oil fields and are temporarily here till we find an apartment. I have worked in hospitality management for 13 years and this place is amazing. Kourtney is so sweet and accommodating!

Floor was cold! Window and door leak air! Had to beg for an extra towel! Sink in bathroom was broke! Credit card was overcharged! Nothing resolved. As of yet!

Love this place manager and staff are super cool n rooms are very nice for the price. Anywhere else in Williston you would pay atleast 20-30$ more and have a gross ass room that has seen way to much traffic. So yeah F@&$ all the bad reviews for this hotel when I'm in Williston this place and the brooks are the only place I stay at.

One of the absolute worst places I have ever had the misfortune of staying. First of all the front desk girl informed me that they did not have enough tenants to be able to afford to open the suites to be rented and then she informed me that on payday the owner couldn't afford to pay them and had to go ask investors for money so that he could pay the employees. Then, I had the employees tell me that if I stayed for a month I would get back $90/week back from the taxes I payed. After 30 days I went to get my almost $400 refund and found out that when I switched debit cards they checked me out and right back in I tried to speak to the owner and was spoken to in an extremely condescending tone and came to no resolution. I went to the front desk the next 2 days to try to speak to him and FINALLY got a phone call on the second day and again was spoken to extremely poorly all to find out that we were only getting $90. After that my boyfriend went to pay for the room after he got off work and was informed (after we had been staying there for over a month) that if we don't have our room payed for before noon they will throw our stuff out because "rooms are filling up fast" even tho less than a third of the rooms had people staying in them. Which I've never dealt with in all the long term places I've stayed. I'm not sure why it matters since they charge your card without asking anyway.

Best value in Williston. If you are expecting the Plaza or the Ritz, this place will disappoint. If you are expecting a nice room with everything you need, a decent tv, a big lounge area, and a friendly staff, this is your place. The "Aspen Rewards" app is a great way to save money if you come here multiple times.

I am using the office account, for the fact that I don't have my own computer. For the price, definitely worth the stay. Personally, I was here for multiple weeks at a time and never endured a problem. It was a low rate for a room with a queen size bed, flat screen tv, refrigerator/freezer, full size bathroom and everything. For my entire stay I was provided with fresh towels, sheets, a comforter, garbage bags, and if I wanted any shampoos/soap or anything else extra all I had to do was ask. The staff there was very easy going and never seemed to mind helping me out. They have a nice lobby with couches and a tv. There was once a time that another customer came in demanding a refund for his one night stay. It was quarter to seven, when he rudely listed multiple issues that he incurred during his stay between coming in "around midnight" and 6:45 a. M. It's sad to me if people assume since this is not a five star hotel that they can complain and ask for money back where it is unnecessary. Recommended. -Amber.

Not the worst I been in but could be one of the worst. Stayed almost 2 weeks. The wall mounted heater doesn't have enough power to heat the bath room (even when set on 85° all day) the floor is freezing in there. Bed was comfortable. They only clean the room if you call and ask them. On the second to last night I found the filter in the heater hadn't been cleaned since it was installed. It was so nasty I checked out and went else where. The rooms where only $89 a night. The only reason I stayed as long as I did.

I stayed there for one (1) night on July 2, 2104. During the checkout with the Manager, I saw that my Visa had been charged for two (2) nights. The manager said he would have his bookkeeper credit my account later that day. That was five (5) months ago. In the past five months I have made six (6) phone calls to Aspen requesting a refund. To date, 12/01/14, I have not received a refund. I have not heard from the Manager, Bookkeeper or any other employee at Aspen. If you decide to stay at Aspen, check your invoice because there are NO REFUNDS! You have been warned.

Room key didn't work. No towels no chair. Smoke alarm was beeping from low battery. Smoke alarm next door was beeping all night. Sheets were new and not washed. Pillow was hard as a rock. Got lobby coffee and poured a fly into my cup from the creamer. This place is horrible.
