We stayed here on May 26th & it was a great stay. The staff were very friendly & the beds were so comfortable. Also, they don’t charge a pet fee like some places so that’s a plus.

I made a reservation. For my daughter's 10th bday. My boyfriend was sitting beside me when I did. And whoever does the scheduling scheduled us for the wrong night. Showed up on the correct day and they didn't have a room. Then they made me pay for my missed night. Such BS. I will never stay with best Western again. Kicker is I used their own booking number and not some service or hotels. Com.

They have very comfy beds and the rooms are very clean! What a fabulous breakfast! So very friendly and helpful when you lose your room key. The hot tub was awesome and a super large pool with slides that were a lot of fun for the kids! They had a blast at the birthday party we had there! The amenities are great! Loved this hotel and will return again and again!

Chaylie checked us in with a smile and welcomed us to this beautiful well maintained hotel. The beds were amazingly comfortable and Adrianne provided excellent service at breakfast. We will certainly be back!

I’m taking the time to review this hotel because of the staff. Everyone here was so friendly and truly went out of their way to make our family visit enjoyable. Would highly recommend this hotel for families with younger children as the pool is perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We had a room on the 7th floor with a view of the whole city. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious! The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. You will not be dissapointed if you have kids either. There pool is equipped with 2 slides, a mushroom, and the deepest it gets is 3ft. The staff here is amazing. So helpful and accommodating. My elderly father had a medical procedure close to there so. We decided to stay since he had to go back the next day for a quick follow up. Free adult beverages from 5-7, hordvores and such amazing hospitality. My dad was cold they went and got extra blankets and delivered them to the room. It was such an awesome experience. If I need to stay in Omaha again, this will be my first choice of venues.

Clean, big rooms, lots of coffee in the rooms, free manger’s reception with food and beverages comfy beds, and everything very clean!

Great hotel right off the freeway. There is a nice local BBQ resturant down the street. The service was fast quick check in and check out since I was with a group of 12 people. The staff was outstanding and helpful. This is the kind of place we like to stop at while riding our Harley's across country.

Nice hotel. Clean and modern with great amenities. Texas style BBQ restaurant on site with a small but very enjoyable selection of local craft brews on tap. Highly recommend the Texas Tumbleweed appetizer with a main course of brisket and baked Mac & cheese. Hotel pool and hot tub areas are nice although a little over run with kids on my first stay. Can be a little tricky getting to the place from I-80; current construction does not help. No parking for large vehicles (moving vans, pickups with trailers, etc. ).

Clean Poli service. Got a roll away bed for $10. The pool is the best for kids under 10 I have seen. Hot tub, towels and shower in pool area were clean and helpful. Bottom line would stop here while passing through or visiting next time I am in town.

Best family hotel including pets! Pool was amazing! Only goes to 3 ft so you don't have to worry about a deep end. With that being said even the adults we're having fun on the slide and there is a hot tub to relax your muscle after your drive. The room was clean and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was really good too, hot food! The restaurant attached is a BBQ place with pulled pork so good my picky daughter ate most of my plate!

Great location to everything from highway access, restaurants, shopping like Walmart, Gas and even other stores. The Staff and Manager, have an excellent "THANK YOU" for all guests presented Tuesdays-Thursdays. This was a 1st I have NEVER seen before. The Manager really is a 1st Class Manager thinking out side of the box for both her Guests and Employees. Carol is a great Manager. Thank you for all you did to make my stay great and excellent.

This was a the best vacation ever, from the moment my children saw the hotel, their smiles never stopped. They absolutely loved having a kids only pool and it was perfect. The breakfast buffet was great and even stuff picky eaters loved. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. It's the perfect place for a family to stay while on vacation.

I’m not from the area, but stopped in here and was able to get in right away! The staff was extremely kind, and welcoming! From desk staff and house keepers were all very nice. Breakfast was amazing! The pool was an amazing get away. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again!

This was very clean, very modern deco. Pool was nice geared toward little kids. The hot tub was under repairs. Our room was humid and they told me because we were by pool. Would stay here again. Staff was very good and friendly and wanted to share info and hotel staff should be that way. There was a shorter blond lady with glasses up front who would tell you places to go and saw me walking in with fan told me they have some just very kind.

Very nice for the money. Pool was good for the small toddlers that we brought. Breakfast was tasteful and had a variety of options. Weekday happy hour was also a nice touch. Rooms are a little small with limited options, but who spends too much time in their room… Easy access to highways and good all-around experience.

We had such a wonderful short stay here. The pool was so much fun for the kids. Very clean. Breakfast was awesome! We loved the newly remodeled look. The long couch was nice to have for our family. Pull out bed was perfect for the kids. We the parents enjoyed the cocktails the evening we arrived. Friendly staff that welcomed our kiddos.

This place was amazing to stay at. We had to check in last minute to a hotel because we where traveling, and they where able to get us in with no hassle. As we where in the room we felt like we where sleeping in luxury. The beds where comfy. Also the shampoo and conditioner they supplied us with smelt so good, and left my hair soft. In the morning we woke up and went down stairs to have breakfast. They have lots of good food. Ranging from cereal, to omelets, to waffle and much more. Loved it! I would stay there again. Parking is also good!

I have stayed in a lot of different hotels due to the nature of the work I do. I have to say that this is one of the best hotels I have had the privilege to stay at. The staff are friendly, professional and very courteous. All of the staff are wonderful people and always do their best to take care of everybody that walks through the doors. Santos, Aubrey and Kerry are the only names I can recall off the top of my head, however, every member of staff at this hotel deserves recognition for their excellent customer service. The rooms are always very clean, the housekeeping staff do an excellent job of maintaining the hotel. The pool/hot tub area are very well equipped for both children and adults and the fitness room is one of the better ones I have seen in a hotel. Overall I am delighted with my stay at this hotel and would 100% recommend it to anybody looking for a place to stay in the area.

This was a wonderful place to stay with our 4 kids. It had something for my teenaged kids and my littler ones. Very clean and amazing service. Went to get free beer from bar downstairs but we were late so they gave us a commentary six pack of bottles. Its close to the zoo, a grocery store and they have an amazing restaurant connected that gives hotel patrons10% off. The pool is kid friendly and heated and there is a hot tub. We will definitely be staying here this summer when we visit Omaha again.

The pool at this Best Western Plus is perfect for young kids to swim and slide in shallow water. (1-3 feet) There is also a hot tub for the adults :) We had a fun experience. The continental breakfast had a great selection of food for all to enjoy as well.

I was so excited to reserve a hotel at this location, showed my daughter pictures of the swimming pool etc & she just couldn't wait to get there. The lady that checked me in wasn't the nicest, then found out you have to pay extra for wrist bands for the swimming pool, $10 PER WRISTBAND! Nowhere on the website or email confirmation did it say ANYTHING about paying to swim! I spoke with the supervisor & it does make sense it is to ensure there's enough room in the pool area for everybody in the hotel. But I have stayed at other hotels and on their website it clearly states with every room, "this room comes with 5 wristbands, any additional will cost extra. " I explained to the supervisor & there was nothing that could be done! I had to relocate last minute, which actually ended up being wayyy bigger and friendlier! Everything works out in the end I guess. Also, supervisor stated I would be refunded the next day & I'm still waiting…

The absolutely only reasons I stay here is because my kids like the pool. This has the rudest staff, elevator that is broken, the other elevator is cold as an ice box. The room does not cool down and it has been set to 60 and full fan since I started my stay. Had a hair in my breakfast food first day. Second day food is ok, but none of the tables have been cleaned and yet they expect tips?!?!? The floors are dirty, kid that ran the vacuum does an s pattern once down a hall and then packed up the vacuum. I guess it is random where the carpet gets cleaned. Found spider in room. Luckily I could open window to cool down room. For the price I paid this is definitely not worth the hassle of the poor staff. Check in staff was good though, but that was the same last time as well.

This hotel fit our families needs very well. We took a last minute get away to Omaha to enjoy the zoo and a little pool time at the hotel. The hotel is being renovated currently and the decor is very nice. Courteous and accommodating staff and construction team. Large selection for Continental HOT breakfast. The pool was the perfect size for our young children ages 3 and 6 with it's smaller size and shallow water. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Not the most extraordinary Hotel experience I've had, but very good for the price and location! The dining facility is clean and offers a rather impressive variety to choose from, and they do keep it as clean as they can. The fresh coffee that they had available down by the front desk was a very pleasant surprise in the morning, and the rooms are kept fairly neat and tidy. The downside to this facility is you can tell that it has been well-loved and the building may be in need of an update. The elevators are a little rickety oh, and there is not very apparent access to the stairwells. The rooms show the age of the building with peeling paint and stained amenities, but again they do keep it as clean as possible. The staff is very friendly and it is in a convenient location right near a Highway exit. Overall a decent experience but nothing to write home about.

Water park was amazing for us because we used it right before it closed and there were not many there. Our Kids were 2 and 4 and the park would be ideal for kids aged 5-10. They loved it here and they talk about how much fun it was. It was cold outside but the water was nice and warm for our kids! The Wirlpool/hot tub was also nice and hot which was great! Breakfast was great that was well stocked and attendant was helpful in getting whatever we needed. Room was nice and basic with frig and microwave, Comfortable bed and clean/ it was like — 18 outside and for some reason the heater didn’t work as it blew all night long and the room stayed at 65 no warmer in room but the front desk attendant helped us out with some points.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. We attended a kid's birthday party at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn. The pool area was a lot of fun for the kids and adults alike. There is a hot tub and pool with 2 slides. The pool has a nice very shallow end for smaller kids. The staff allowed us to continue our little get together in what is the breakfast dining area in the morning. It was on us to setup, tear down and clean up afterwards, and it worked out perfectly. The rooms were very clean and in the morning we were back in the breakfast area for a nice meal. We will return in the future.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The pool area was a little disappointing. The ventilation and hot tub weren't working properly. The rooms were clean. We had 6 rooms for our family. In one room the heat didn't work but the front desk changed the room for us and helped us move our things. We would stay here again.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. They have a nice breakfast included with your stay. Dog friendly and a nice pool and hot tub. Only complaints are curtain on first floor won't stay completely closed and one of the 2 queen sized mattresses is somewhat saggy on one side. Room is clean and good water pressure.

Excellent property. Booked a zoo package with hotel directly. Check in was easy and excellent customer service. Very clean property, room on 4th floor was renovated and beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast selection and awesome indoor pool with two small slides for kids.

Our stay at Best Western was excellent. We travel with our dog Whiskey and everything was great for all of us. The breakfast on its own was something to come back for.

We loved our stay here. The room was awesome, spacious and cozy. There were snacks inside waiting for us. We had a spa in our room, much needed and enjoyed. The restaurant "Tried Texan BBQ" WOW is all I can say, great prices too. Thank You Omaha Best Western.

Wow what a great BW! The hotel was modern and clean and had great amenities. They are pet friendly which is a big plus for me. This hotel is central to the greater Omaha area and it quite easy to get around. This is a must stay hotel if you are in Omaha.

Got in our room and found it in pristine condition. Ask a member of house keeping for extra towel and were handed two instead. Breakfast was excellent. Staff went above and beyond! We will be back!

We went here, after having bad experiences at another hotel, and they made everything better. Rooms are great with comfortable beds and a good free breakfast. Great pool and spa, enjoyed the water slide. Me and my wife went here for our honeymoon, and we'll definitely be back again.

Loved this place! We stayed in the king spa room. It was very roomy and very clean. The pool area was loved by my daughter. This is the only place we'll stay at when we're in Omaha again. Thanks so much.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn and WILL NOT be going back in less than 24 hour period I witnessed a guy stuck in the elevator for over an hour on a Thursday morning with nobody showing up to help for 45 minutes after the hotel staff was notified of an individual stuck in the elevator, another hotel guest that got a window smashed out with a laptop bag and digital camera stolen from vehicle in the parking lot and I ended up with $1000 worth of vandalism done to my vehicle in the parking lot with items stolen and the Hotel did NOTHING to assist me in the matter. I called the Omaha Police department filed a report like I was asked by the hotel. Then to have their insurance company call me 3 days later to assume NO Responsibility! So not only did it cost me to stay at this hotel which was never compensated for I got $1000 worth of damage done to my vehicle in the process of staying at this hotel. I would try to find a safer place to stay when picking your hotel. I spoke with the general manager and was told they aren’t willing to do anything about the matter so they don’t admit fault. I’m not looking for anyone to admit anything just would appreciate if you would try to make it right as a guest at your hotel! I then asked if they have considered trying to get some assistance from a security type company to assist with safety on the property and that would be an expense and don’t really want to do at this time.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly service. Great pool for kids with slides and splash features. It was a little loud our first night there but what can you expect with a very kid friendly hotel. Had a good full hot breakfast.

Amazing value with a great staff. I was very happy with everything during my stay here. Room and lobby were very clean and recently renovated. The manager reception from 5:00 — 7:00 was a huge bonus as well. Looking forward to my next trip to Omaha and staying here again.

My wife and daughter stayed at the Omaha Best Western Kelly Inn. Room 514 was just heavenly and had plenty of attention to detail that made all the difference. Great shower. The manager was very nice and ask how their stay was and really took an interest in them. Breakfast was managed by an older semi-retired couple who were nice. Outstanding breakfast. My daughter like the blueberry syrup. A highlight was the eggs with added ham and bacon in them.

Excellent place to stay. Great rooms awesome friendly staff. Pool and hot tub and great continental breakfast. I recommend this highly over some of the more expensive places in town. The staff went over the top to make you feel welcome.

The stay started out fairly pleasant. Clean rooms, though a bit pricey at $270 per night. The problem occurred the final morning when my family and 5 other guests became stuck in the elevator. I called the front desk, and the receptionist sounded like this was a common occurrence. Maintenance crews were dispatched and they tried to get it open. One employee came by and I could not hear the whole conversation, but we heard her say I am off duty then she left. Other guests had to assist the maintenance crew try to pry open. We finally called the fire department as it did not appear the elevator cannot be opened. The manager on hand seemed put out that the call was made. Issues can happen, but this one was handled in a not very professional manner.

Out of the three we stayed at traveling across country. This was the best as far as best western. Big beds. Staff was awesome. Food was good. Beds and bathrooms clean. The worst was in ft Collins. Small beds. Outside entry into rooms. Small rooms. Close to college campus so there was noise and you can't forget about the train. My wife went to the lobby for soda. Guests asked her if she worked there. No staff to help those people for over 30 minutes. Don't know where the desk person was. Finally my wife found a maintenance guy who said he would find help. Don't know what happened to guest. The best western at twin fall's was second best. Inside access staff was nice good was good. Rooms where clean. The only reason I rated it second was because of room size and noise otherwise it would have been a toss up for number 1. You cant do anything about noise so that I really can't complain.

Room's are updated and nice however the hallways are very hot and muggy along with very dated look. I only one elevator on each side of the hotel and those are very small only 4/5 people max and it's a tight feeling. The exercise room smelled awful and was so muggy the window was fogging up. The pool is great for very little kids as it's only 3ft deep and very humid the bricks on the side of the pool had fallen off & sharp in spots. Breakfast was ok and the staff was nice however I asked for another comforter and after 2h was brought a wet one in a ball.

Staff was kind and helpful. Pool area is almost entirely for children but does have a hot tub for adult use. Room was clean and well taken care of.

Clean, convenient and quiet. Well priced, staff is welcoming. Nothing fancy, but a good solid stay. Free breakfast is nice, as well.

Great location off the interstate and close to restaurants and other retail. Very clean place overall for a good rate. Would definitely stay again.

This is the hotel we always stay at in Omaha due to the kiddy pool. My kids get a lot of enjoyment out of it. In the winter it's a bit on the foggy side and could use a better ventilation system. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean and newly remodeled.

Pool area was disgusting. So hot & humid, condensation was literally dripping from the ceiling tiles. Not to mention the deepest part of the pool is 3 feet deep! Then the rooms themselves had no noise cancellation. I doubt the walls between the rooms have any insulation, as I could hear everything in the hall or the rooms next door as if the noise was coming from within my own room. Breakfast was whatever. I went an hour before closing and half of the items were gone and never restocked. Staff is crabby and unhelpful. The rooms look nice and modern, but looks have proved to be deceiving.

When we stayed I was a little bummed to find out they had no "3 bed" rooms so we had to get a "roll off" twin size mattress for me. I was also pretty suprised to see their "pool" … it is definitely a children's pool. BUT THEY DO HAVE A HOT TUB! Although I must say the staff was super friendly, the place seemed to be pretty clean, and the free breakfast was AMAZING. The morning breakfast consisted of an amazing array of breakfast choices including scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage with a waffle maker along with the friendly staff bidding you "good morning" :) we will be back!

It was acceptable. Room was clean and tidy, but the Wi-Fi frequently locked me out and I couldn't get back to the hotel log in page. Also, the hot and cold symbols on the shower were backwards. How does that happen?

Please read my entire review. My car was stolen from the parking lot the first night staying at the hotel. I did some research about crime in the area and found out my car was not the first one to be stolen from this hotel and other hotels in the area. In fact, one was stolen only a month before mine. Otherwise I was really impressed with the hotel. The employees were extremely friendly and the women at the front desk lowered the rate of the room at the time of booking to an amount lower than any I could find online. The room was very neat and clean. It was a good deal! I was also very surprised by the breakfast that was served. I was not expecting so much food. To be honest, I wouldn't shy away from this hotel based on what I previously mentioned about my car. Omaha is like any other big city and there is always going to be that risk. It is definitely not like the small Nebraskan town I have become accustomed to where everyone leaves their car door open as they run into the gas station. If your car has a car alarm (mine didn't) I'm sure it will be safe in the parking lot. I just hope the management implements a security camera system to try to prevent future thefts or vandalism.

Everything was clean and what you would expect from a hotel in this price range. Friendly staff and our dog stayed free. Nice pool area but mostly designed for kids.

We make a trip to Omaha and we always stay at this Best Western. Rooms are clean. Fresh towels and bedding everyday. Staff is very friendly. We will return again next year to Best Western Kelly Inn. The Cross Family.

Kinda dirty. Overpriced. Entered room to see unmade beds and an uncleaned room when we arrived. No safe in room for personal belongings. Will stay elsewhere next yime in Omaha.

Wanted a nice hotel room. Got the jacuzzi suite and it would have been nice but I had to clean the jacuzzi and the thing hardly worked. Maybe my expectations were too high. Hot tub is down for maintenance. Staff was friendly and the rest of the room was nice and clean.

A bit pricey ($100 after tax, and that was after deal shopping), but overall a great experience. Staff was incredibly friendly, facilities were clean and in good shape. They've done what they could to appropriately update the facilities. Room was spacious and clean, linens were soft and cozy (although the bed offered only square-shaped pillows, which was strange). Room service is not offered, but local delivery options are available, and the adjoined Perkins is convenient and reasonable. A nice, safe, clean stay for the night.

This place doesn"t deserve any stars. I have stayed here a few times a year for the past few years and this hotel has been going down hill fast. The place looks disgusting from the outside, no one seems to clean it, or care. The doors to the rooms wobble when you close the door (ever heard of WD-40? ) So you have to slam them. Hint hint, makes for a quiet nights sleep, right?! OH if you're lucky enough to have a room not near the pool, elevator, ice machines or vending machines! Found several bugs in the room. Some larger then you'd think. First thing I noticed when I walked into the room was a strange stain from the top sheet all the way through to the mattress. Must have blind housekeepers. Internet kept disconnecting. Hotel staff is fully trained to pawn your complaints off on a manager who isn't there. Unhelpful. It'd be nice to have a real breakfast for this kind of money. Not a lousy 10% off of an attached Perkins restaurant. Big deal you'll be making up for that with a tip, right? If by some odd chance you happen to be forced by gunpoint to stay at this hotel, I hope all the apologies they give you make up for the $140 they steal. Next time I'm in town I'd rather stay in my car than this DUMP.

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the last 20 years, through remodels and name changes. I like staying here because it's consistent. The staff are always helpful and polite; I like the Perkins restaurant (especially the pies, muffins, and breakfast potatoes) ; the kids loved the pool, and now the grandkids do; and it's convenient to a lot of places — I-80, I-635, the Bullet Hole range, Cabela's, the new shopping center at 120th and L, Zzzzap Laser Tag, etc.

We stayed here two nights with family from out if state and this was an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a community room late on a Saturday night and they cleaned one out for us. The pool is perfect for small kids. It goes from 8 inches to 3 feet with 2 small slides and a spraying mushroom. Rooms are a bit small, but the overall experience was very good.

This place is awesome. We got a Jacuzzi suite for the last hotel on our cross country Portland to Chicago move, and it was the best thing ever. Friendly staff, too.
