Clean, enjoying stay, employment is very helpful, wondering if this place would be interested in helping with homeless could see a bright future if they helped God bless.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting! It constantly smelled like Marijuana throughout the whole hotel, they didn't have towels, the blow dryer didn't work, the TV didn't work, there was blood on the light switch, and stains on the floors and walls. The breakfast was a joke they had some kind of burrito and they were cold and nasty! And then no cereal in the cereal holders and the mini fridge was suppose to have yogurt and other stuff in it and there were none! place was run down and I wouldn't stay there ever again even if it was free.

I will never recommend this dump of a Hotel to anyone. They absolutely refuse to take cash payment. No elevator. Nasty carpet in hallway. Room smelled of smoke (husband and I don’t smoke). Cobwebs on walls. Bathroom smells of sewer because of the sink drain. Loose toilet seat. They don’t offer any soap in bathrooms. 3 out of 4 vanity lightbulbs weren’t workin. The built in nightlight in the bathroom wasn’t working. They don’t offer breakfast and they want over a $ 100 bucks a night? This place doesn’t deserve a star! There was also dog food on the carpet in the hallway. They can’t print a receipt, cause printer isn’t working! My husband and I will never stay at this place again because it’s beyond gross! Had we been able to cancel the charge, we would have done so to go to a different place! The only good thing that place has to offer is the fact it’s about a mile from the Zoo.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last night. Never again this place is horrible! First off the photos were misleading. Walking down the hall stains on carpet. Entering room stains on wall, ceiling was caked with dirt and cobwebs, no bible or phone book, curtains were half way down, toilet very low to floor, lamp shade caked with dirt, stained carpet and room wreaked of urine. Also trash and dog feces everywhere outside. Never, ever again! I will not give this hotel even a rating!

DO NOT recommend staying here. Outside is nice and inviting, staff is nice, that's where it ends. Mold in shower area on ceiling and where soap tray attached to wall with grout. Holes in bed sheets, room stunk of mildew, lots of old spiderweb in stair hallway, holes in walls and ceiling where luggage carts stored, carpet tore up in hallway. Random trim missing in room and halls. This would maybe pass at a $39.99 a night hotel not at $135.95 a night.

Very accommodating. I showed up with very short notice on a reserved room. Service was fast and friendly.

Never have stayed at a place as bad as this one. Floors-gross walls-gross smell-gross Everything in the room… chipped, stained, rusted. non smoking hotel. 1st room smelt like an ash tray opening the door. Front desk person was smoking. Friends room had someone squatting in it. Breakfast? Non existent. Our vehicle had the gas tank open and had prints on the windows. Said we were getting a refund at the hotel-did not! Had emails from the company saying they had refunded us-did not! A month later we got a refund because we told them we have all the emails stating a refund and said we were taking them to court. BAM what do you know. We would not have stayed if there was a hotel with a room available somewhere else but a bunch of events were going on. Nightmare that will always have Mr checking fb recommendations instead of Bookings. Com.

Floors are disgusting throughout the entire hotel, front lobby stinks like pot, bath tub is rusted and floor of the tub literally gives weigh when you step on it, pool is a luke warm oversized bath tub, no hand towels in room, booked a double queen bed room and had 2 bath towels, ran out of toilet paper and took forever to get another roll, no kleenex, COVID mandates have been lifted and they still don't offer their normal breakfast, no blow dryer and went to front desk to get one and was given one that didn't work, beds are beyond uncomfortable. We will definitely book a hotel and make the drive to the zoo for our next trip. A total waste of over $215.

This place was absolutely awful when we got there to check in there was a crackhead running through the lobby screaming and yelling who then proceeded to climb into the pool with no clothes on but a T-shirt where the police then had to drag her out of as my children were watching she tried to steal their gun as they detained her and dragged her out of the hotel nonetheless we checked out 10 minutes after we were checked and the lady at the front desk promised me a refund I have yet to see that on top of it I was charged three separate times for a stay that didn’t even happen we only had two rooms but we were charged an extra $112 when asking for a refund they refused to respond to Booking. Com they refused to do anything about it and I am done please don’t stay here this is not a children’s hotel there were people standing outside drinking beer smoking cigarette who looks like they were on meth this was the most awful hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I lived in California.

Terrible experience. I had booked in advance and had paid for two nights. They gave us room keys to a room already occupied. I was so embarrassed. A family was sleeping in the room we were suppose to sleep in. No elevators at this hotel so we had to haul our stuff down to front desk again. I tell them that is is already occupied. The front desk girl must have been high. The motel smells like pit and cigarette smoke. So the front desk girl looks for a room for us. She calls her manager. After she gets off the phone with him she tells me there is no room for us. Trn minutes later she tells me oh I guess we can put you in a king suite. So we get to kings suite on the second floor. The room was filthy! When was it last vacruumed? The bed sheets filthy and with human hair. Empty bottles of alcohol. No towels in the room. I went down to get towels. Sorry we ran out of towels. I have never seen so much police activity in my life in the hotel parking lot. Broken car windows of paying customers at this hotel. The hotel desk girl tells me make sure you park up close and in well lit area of parking lot. The pool of the hotel is out dated and small. Breakfast the food is stale and gross. They don't even stock up for there to be any availability for paying customers. Nice location to the zoo. I would never stay here again it was dirty and unsafe! The second floor and stairway was so filthy. Never, Never again!

I have never been to a more unprofessional hotel in my life. A motel would have been a better option. My family and I got there around 10:30pm to check in and the women working the front desk was out front smoking (not a big deal). When she came in to help us, she did all the normal stuff. It got weird when it took her literally 10 minutes to check us in and then she was telling us how she’s been super unorganized all night because it’s been busy (I get that). So we’re standing there and she’s kind of joking with us and she says “if I give you a room someone is already in, just come back and I’ll fix it. ” We all laughed because we thought it was a JOKE. It wasn’t a joke. We got to room 257 and opened the door and there was a family SLEEPING in the room. I’ve never been so mortified in my life. We decided that we didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying there and found a different hotel to stay at. I don’t remember the front desk women’s full name but it started with a C and she had blue hair. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had a hotel and I’m so sorry to the family that we walked in on because I can only imagine how you all felt.

If a customer prepays for the room the least they could do is have your room or accommodate your party with another option. Not leave them with the option of the streets at midnight trying to find another option.

This hotel is so bad we left. The door didn't shut, the hotel is gross and smelled like smoke.

We are on our second room here in 2 hrs. First room came with dog/ cat food onnthe floor, we didn't bring a pet. Also the telephone was missing, and the bedding had multiple cuts/ tears and stains. No soap in the rooms either or elevator to second floor so pack light. Our second room was slightly cleaner but the smoke detector had been taken down and the battery removed. Chucks of mud were on the floor and bedding was still smelly and stained. If you were planning to swin, you will need to sign up before you check in, in our to get a time. Only thing going for this place is the location. If it wasn't across from the zoo, im sure it would be out of business.

I got charged 7 more times on my card and when I confronted the manager Dawn she couldn't explain anything to me but little does she know I am also a manager of years and am also certified to run any kitchen and I know paper work and programs, I deal with money and inventory on a daily basis. I was told basically to just deal with it. So I proceed to the front desk and ask for a record of all my transactions from my Cash App Card which is also attached to my Skylight work card, I was charged 5 more times on 1 card, 1 time on the other card. I have all my receipts and bank statements to prove my claim is indeed valid. All I wanted was to be compensated for the over draft fees of 6 times and I also am negative 66 and 70 so I technically paid for the room but yet got no answers or nothing. I called corporate and when they called the front dest they lied about their names. I have been here at this location for over a month and have made Comfort Inn plenty money because I also recommended this to my aunt who is also been here almost a month. Her manager skills are very poor and how she left her employee to explain to me was very unprofessional. I will not take this treament from a business I contribute $$ to. This is totally unacceptable!

Fridge stopped working causing the frezzer to dethaw all over the floor, there fix (after 4hrs) was to bring in a different one and just put towels from thei got home room on the floor and swirl them around. Finally had enough after one night whent to check out (got a credit fir the extra days) untill I get home and see they charged me after was home for 2 days trued calling and emailing them othing is being done on there part.
Will be telling everyone about this.

Got the best service with derick. He had amazing customer service skills. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Decent place. Water pressure is lacking though.

My children wanted to get into the pool. That was the plan to be at the pools in the afternoon, stay there and then go to the Zoo. There was a sign at the pools that said, "closed for maintenance" I asked for how long would the pools be closed I told them that was out plan to go swimming. I told them I was going to check in only if they were sure pool was going to be open. The lady said, yes it will in a couple hours. So we checked in and the pools never opened. We xame down hopping they would my children were ready, and they were closed.
we asked and they keep saying they would open but they never did.
so our plan was ruined my children were crying. I would have gone yo another hotel but the lady insisted we were fine so we velieved her.
she was nice I have to say that but a liar!

I stayed here while on business. My trip was tax exempt, yet I was charged tax. When I brought that to their attention, they refunded the wrong amount and then took out the wrong amount a SECOND time. I requested a report of the transaction to review and turn in to my employer and the front desk is clueless and insanely rude, I believe her name is Cecilia. She blames everything on her coworker even though she was the person I had just spoke to. When I said I am waiting on an email, she said it can take "hours and hours" to receive an email. Excuse me? I will not be staying here again, and I will make all of my colleagues aware of the quality of this hotel.

Do not stay here! Room smelled funny, we tried to air it out but it lingered. Front desk staff is nice, however, there is some kind of bug that was in the bed as I woke up with bites all over my legs this morning. Brought it to the attention to the front desk staff, hopefully something will be done about that. Prime example of why I dislike hotels. Adding that I never heard back from hotel management so I am assuming that the bug issue was never addressed. Stay away from this place! Had to wash and spray down every soft surface. Wasn't worth it. Would rather have slept in my car than stayed here!

In the process of remodeling and changeover to a different name. We had a jacuzzi suite with a king size bed that opened out into a real nice patio area with a table and chairs right by your door. Indoor pool and continental breakfast were great too! Would like to stay here sometime again and go to the zoo! Staff was great and very friendly! Only thing that we didn't care for was when we arrived there were big groups of people sitting around outside on the benches and the curbs throwing trash every where and really kinda scared us cause they kept staring at us and they looked like a really rough bunch! They kept going in and out the end entrances and had blocked the doors open so anybody could walk in and out. Once we were in our room we locked up the hallway door and we were fine! Didn't see any of those people any where the next morning like they all left during the night or something.

Dirty popcorn ceilings, rust on the bottom of the tub poorly installed bath room sink, loud shower noise from the room next to us. The air conditioning in the first room we were given did not work. They have done a quick decorating update but its obvious that nothing was done to update the larger issues in the room we were in. When we checked in at 5 pm the desk person had to run down the hallway to verify the room had been cleaned before she gave it out. Only good point is its easy off and easy on the freeway but not worth that one feature.

Pool was closed by health department. Didn't tell us till after we checked in with a toddler on a family vacation. Told us it would be open later that evening. When we checked again it was still closed. Rooms were dated, hotel was in the process of being renovated. Maybe try again in 2019. Has a shuttle to the zoo, but you can't walk there.

The pool is TINY (big enough for maybe 6 people to swim) and the room is small. There is a lot of construction going on in the lobby right now. However, the location is great and the staff is very friendly. The room seems to be clean and odor free. The TINY pool is extremely disappointing and the main reason for only two stars. We feel the pictures were misleading.

If your going to the zoo this is the hotel for you! You can see the zoo from the parking lot. Extremely friendly staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were good sized. Pool was a basic hotel pool. No wow factor other than location!

I feel it was overpriced. The pool is way, way to small for the number of people in the hotel. I am not sure of our room had been renovated yet or not, but if so it was very poorly done. The tub did not drain well (water does not run toward drain well and the drain was full of crud), and the faucets were not attached/caulked well. It was almost impossible to get the humidity out of the room after showers. The saving grace was they had a pretty good continental breakfast and was close to the Zoo.

It's dirty and rundown. I understand it's under construction (was not aware when booking) but it's to a point that they should not be accepting guests. This isn't the worst part. While looking for pillows in the closet for my son, I found a bag on a shelf containing a powdered substance which is most likely meth. Unbelievable. Do not stay here.

Nice little hotel. There was a pool, but I did not try it out. Great location by the freeway. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and need much for the amenities, then this is the place.

I was in town for the Home Instead Senior Care convention and stayed at this Comfort Inn for two nights. The room I stayed in was pretty clean and everything worked okay. The people who checked me in and out were both polite and helpful. I didn't take advantage of the free breakfasts, but they offered that with my stay. The free Wi-Fi worked fine. The shower was clean and the water was hot. The hotel was under construction and you could see that entering the hotel and walking to your room, but the rooms themselves were fine (especially considering how affordable they are). This isn't a 5 star hotel so don't expect the polish of the Hilton, but it was solid and I'm happy with the experience I had for the money I spent. I would stay at this hotel again if I was in the area.

One of the nicest hotels we have EVER stayed in this year! The two ladies who were at the front desk from 3-11pm were absolutely sweet and very accommodating! They have me a card with their names & I lost it. Sorry ladies. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable with really nice comfortable pillows! The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Boiled eggs, two kinds of name brand yogurt, different kinds of breads, bagels & cream cheese, sausage gravy & biscuits, 3 different kinds of cereals, oatmeal, scrambles eggs & sausage links, fresh waffles & syrup. Coffee, Hot Chocolate, OJ & Fruit water! Definitely a hotel we would stay at anytime we're in Omaha!

Stayed two weekends. Payed $50 deposit both times. Have yet to see my Money! Fecal matter on the bed. Yep. Fecal matter. As in poo. T. V. Was busted. Pool heater was busted. Strips of exposed carpet tacks. Smells of cigarettes. Management has yet to address any of these issues. Only thing they got going is the breakfast and the breakfast staff. Those were some awesome ladies!

We were in a newly remodeled room and it was quite nice for this price point. The halls were still being remodeled so they didn't look great but the room was great. Very nice breakfast and very friendly staff.

Branding this hotel as a Comfort Inn was a little ambitious. Would have been more accurately branded as a Quality Inn or Econolodge. The rooms were tiny and the beds left a lot to be desired. We booked two queens and ended up with two full size. The only plus was that I paid with reward points. I was expecting a little more from a Comfort Inn than this location delivered. The main attraction of this hotel is its proximity to the Zoo.

Long wait to check in. Once checked in was told it would be a 1 to 2 hour wait to get into room. (check in was at 4 so why were rooms not ready) Asked if being in a handicapp room without tub would be okay, we agreed but was very dissapointed that the bathroom had no vanity or any place inside the shower to put shower items. Sink gurgled unless it was plugged. 4am dumpsters were being changed out outside our room waking us up. Pool was not heated and to cold for our grandbabies to use. Location to the zoo was great but will never stay again. Entire hotel undergoing renivation which we were told we should have known that we must have not read before booking. I checked the website once told that and it is NOT listed anywhere.

We had a suite the room was very large and in good shape. We arrived about 1 am my wife who use to inspect hotel rooms instantly checked the beds. Both of the comforters had big yellow stains on them. So the front desk had them changed immediately. Because of that incident they discounted our stay. So the staff is super awesome great customer service. Now I was ambushed by construction going on at the hotel so it looks a bit scary. I felt they could have put a warning up on the website so we weren't taken by the looks of the construction. Other than that happy with the staff location and the hot breakfast. Will stay again.

Building was under renovations but other then that great place. Comfortable beds. Nobody causing disturbances. Friendly staff.

The staff was extremely friendly and upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a faint smell of paint but after a few minutes, it wasn't noticible. The location is easy to find and it's very convenient. When I made reservations, I knew they were remodeling and they had cute signs all over the halls letting guests know. We didn't hear any construction at all. I would have no problem staying here again.

Pet owners beware! When we checked in, we were told there would be a $50 deposit charged on our credit card for the dog and it would be refunded after they checked there was no damage to the room. When we checked out in the morning, we asked about having the room checked, the employee told us that housekeeping would check later and confirmed the $50 deposit would be taken off the credit card. Well, the credit card bill came and the $50 was still there. We called and talked to management about it and was informed that it was a pet fee and not a deposit. Management didn't even want to hear that their employees are telling guests it's a refundable deposit. Very expensive pet fee for a below average room. Also, the door to the room had to be lifted up in order for it to open. Will never stay here again!

Myself and 3 of my friends stayed here recently when we were in Omaha for a concert. It is in a great location, easy to get to and a short uber ride to restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. An added plus was the complimentary full breakfast which was really good! We will definitely stay here again!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon entering, we noticed the hotel was being remodeled (which we did not know when we reserved it). While this fact made the appearance of the hotel unsightly, it was clear that the problems with the hotel were more than just related to construction. Our room reeked heavily of cigarette smoke and we immediately requested a new room which smelled a little better. The new room had stains on the bedspread and a air conditioning unit which was visibly filled with debris. We left the hotel immediately without staying the night. As a father of two young children, I was not about the spend the night in a hotel room with exposed carpet strip tacks, loose staples, smoke-filled rooms, and numerous other hazardous and dirty issues.

Rooms and halls are being remodelled. There is no elevator so don't pack heavy if uou know your room is on floor two. It's really close to the zoo but a good 10-20 minute drive from the city.

I am giving it a 3 because the beds are comfortable. They are remodeling the whole place. Carpets are ripped up and no bottom floor rooms. My wife just had knee surgery and I told them this befor we booked the room. They dont care at all. Didnt even offer refund so we are stuck for 4 days. The indoor un heated pool is a joke. The web page shows an awsome pool but the one they have is 12 foot by 12 foot and 4 foot deep. At least the heat is good and the beds are nice. Breakfast was the best part of this deal.

In my opinion it is typical american hotel. Good breakfast, very good water with lemons, close to zoo 20min. Of walk. Rooms clean, but I could hear noise from neighbours. Lady at the desk was very helpfull willing to keep my baggage after checkout. For such price I can recommend.

Room was clean. Service was good. Pool is a little small, but big enough for small kids. Breakfast was typical. It's very easy to get to the zoo, or hop on the interstate.

The location doesn't get closer to the zoo. The accommodations we're as expected, clean and adequate. The breakfast was above average, and is what brings me back to this hotel. A very enjoyable stay!

Great place to stay, room was clean, the hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast are a was well stocked and kept clean even thru a busy breakfast time. Pool area was clean and well maintained.

I definitely expected more for the price. Small room, small pool right off the lobby, no elevator, and odd smell throughout the building. The staff, or at least the one staff member who I saw, was great though!

Clean, fast check in, fast check out, everything in the room worked. The pool was out of order the day we were there. We had not intended on using the pool, I mention this only because we were notified very early in the morning on our trip into Omaha that the pool would be unavailable. In town traveling to the eclipse, no reservation problems, I'd stay here again!

Pretty gross. A little sketchy. When we got to our room it smelled like smoke. Not overwhelming but stale and gross. The sheets had stained coffee on them. I overall did not feel safe here. Although we were on the second floor, the back rooms are at ground level. Our door took a great while to get locked.

Great location, and great staff. She directed us to some awesome Chinese delivery that was much needed. Upon walking to our room, there were a lot of spots on the ceilings that appeared moldy from being wet, and the walls and doors were scuffed up fairly bad. When we walked into our room it did not smell fresh, it smelt musty. The stopper in the shower was broken, we had to move in to the side so we could shower rather than bath. There was a large area of freyed carpet near the bathroom. The comforter had some holes in it, and lastly. It was kind of humid so we turned the ac on. Although even at it's coolest setting the room was still rather hot. The breakfast was okay. I hope that these things are in the process of being fixed because they have changed my view of this hotel chain, which is sad because I know that almost each hotel is independently owned. I will not be back.

The location directly off the highway was great. Very close to the zoo, which is very nice after a long day walking. The room was nice, but the electric outlet in the restroom was not working meaning no hair dryer or coffee pot (without moving a lot of stuff). The breakfast was good with lots of basic choices. Biggest downside is no elevators. After multiple hours driving to get there (from Colorado) and then more time walking around the zoo lugging stuff up stairs was the last thing I wanted to do.

To start off, the "fitness is a bike and a treadmill. The poop is may be a 7 by 7 foot square. If you don't have kids who want to do stuff instead of sit in the room. Speaking of the rooms, you can't even get pay per view movies or shows. If you were a couple or single person with no kids this would be an alright hotel.

We had a double room — it was smaller Thad expected but very clean. Free Wi-Fi, cable, coffee maker (1 cup), fridge and microwave. Breakfast was great although crowded. Very close to the zoo but there is NO SHUTTLE as described by the Visit Omaha website. The pool is only about 15x15 and the deepest portion, in the middle, is 4.5". Nice quiet stay.

The rooms are very nice. The air-conditioning is really cool. There is an indoor pool if you want to swim which was pretty nice. The suites that you can reserve, that allows you to add extra bed to the room so instead of having 2 beds, you can add another bed and crib, if more people are staying in the room. Wi-Fi is pretty good. If I gas any problem it would be breakfast, its pretty good overall, but the sausages are pretty small and the bsucuit are not warmed or heated you are expected to do that your self but other wise it a great place to stay.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone! The continental breakfast was a joke. They ran out of everything, including plates! We were expected to use bowls only. Many hotel visitors were unhappy as they still had 2 hours left of breakfast and weren't refilling any food. Staff was friendly but when you don't have the utensils or food to please your customers that results in outraged stayers who I unfortunately witnessed backlash on your staff. Poor management was clearly evident here. Fix it for future customers, not for me as we will not be revisiting.

It was a nice hotel, clean and well decorated. The pool was small. The lady at the front desk looked up details of a nearby river that we wanted to visit and printed out directions. The continental breakfast was ok. I liked that they had strawberry batter for waffles or pancakes. Nice, but not give stars.

My parents booked one room and I book 2 rooms 2 months ago. The Night Before Our stay the hotel called my mom not me and said the pool would be down for a whole week. So we had to scramble to find another hotel Last minute. Find Comfort Inn & Suites in Council Bluffs their sister Hotel. Had to pay more and could only get one room. The hotel was terrible! The pool was 5 foot deep and we have little kids with us that could not touch. The pool room itself was so hot you couldn't breathe. When you ask for towels they brought out 3 at a time and there were ten of us. The staff was rude and we caught them talking and swearing to each other on several occasions. There were dogs everywhere! I will never stay at another Comfort Inn in my entire life! Worst trip ever!

Wont be staying at that place again. Motel Rep conveniently called me the morning of the reservation to say the pool was closed for repairs. When asked if I could cancel my reservation they said no problem call Travelocity and tell them the circumstances they will refund you. FAR from truth! $50 cancelation fee and I would have to recoup it from comfort inn. Pfft. Someone on 1st floor was smoking and it made the 2nd floor smell also. Witnessed what appeared to be a lot lizard servicing 2 truckers across the street from motel. No water pressure on 06-10-16 at 930 a. M. The motel is located on a dead end street in a questionable part of Omaha. The only positive is the Zoo is right across I-80. Less than 5 minute drive. Guests beware! very questionable place!

Other than having a tiny pool this place looks great. Relatively close to the zoo and clean for a hotel to stay in with the family. We enjoyed it a great deal, and they had a decent continental breakfast.

This hotel does not deserve anyone to spend there money here. They advertise a pool that the whole time we were there never worked. They advertise there continental breakfast which never had anything stocked. There power went out for half the day. They acted as if it was OK. With small children sitting in the dark is not an option. The staffs attitude on this whole stay was horrible. They advertise about there parking lot it doesn't even have enough parking for there guests. This hotel was a joke and its sad to say I gave them any of my money. Stay at your own risk!

I'd give no stars but system is making me give one star at least. Our experience at this motel was horrible. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. We met our daughter and soon to be son in law here. Both my daughter and her fiance are both hearing impaired. They were watching TV with my husband and talking very little. We received a phone call from front desk letting us know that they had a noise complaint. That they needed to quiet down. They already had the TV turned down so that they were sitting right up by the tv. So they turned down the TV even more. They could barely then hear their show. I was sitting on the bed and I could barely hear their tv. It wasn't long and the guy that was working showed up at our door and told them that they had complaints that they are hollaring. My husband let him know that no one was even hollaring. That he didn't know what he was talking about. The guy was very rude and acted like he was lying. So my daughter and her fiancé went back to their room so we didn't even get to spend time with them. My husband continued to watch the movie alone while our kids were sleeping and I was resting on the bed. Later on there was a knock at the door it was two police officers with the gentleman from front desk. My husband opened the door and the officers told my husband to gather our stuff and to get out or else they were going to take him into JAIL.
