Wi-Fi don’t work in the room was told to stand outside of room to use Wi-Fi what kind of customer service is that I been in the customer service all my life and was treated like I was nothing needs to retrain staff asap.

This place always impresses! From the check in to the check out! Staff is the friendliest and most helpful!

Room was not well cleaned hair from the previous guest was in the tub and on the vanity. Now on the plus side the staff were prompt when around 2 am we woke up to the very strong smell of pot in our room. The down side was the room reeked the rest of the stay of smoke. This was the second stay in a week and the fist was about the same the room was cleaned very quickly and not at all throughly. Given the other options in Lincoln and in the down town area I don’t think we will be stay here again.

Stayed overnight during the coldest night at — 26 or something frigid like that. Had a federal appointment the next morning and had used valet parking but of course my car didn't start. The young man working tried to help and jump my car and when he couldn't get it he called the maintenance engineer to help. I had called a taxi knowing I couldn't be late for my appointment but these helpful employees got my car started and then made sure I made it to my appointment and that my car was safe and would start again after I was done. I can't tell you what this meant to me and how relieved I was too be taken care of with such concern and will definitely stay here anytime I am in town again. My room was clean, comfortable and breakfast was a hit also.

TL;DR: Poop stains in the bathroom, no blankets and no help. Rooms were not sanitized prior to us staying here the proof? The room had poop stains on the toilet seat, stains on the bathroom floor, hair on the counter and I’m the sink. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC! How can you lie about something so serious, plus there were no blankets (just two sheets with a thicker sheet like thing in between, which seems like a bad choice in the middle of October in Nebraska! ) no bedding besides sheets for the pull out bed, no fitted sheets so the whole bed was a balled up sheet mess in the morning and we were freezing and the mattress for the pull out bed was so thin our daughter woke up and said she tossed and turned all night because of the bars! She weighs 50lbs! That shouldn’t be possible. And last but not least we tried calling down 4 times for more pillows and blankets and no one ever answered. We obviously could have gone down but we were too exhausted to fix it by that point. And it took me a whole pack of those Clorox hand wipes to clean the floor and the toilet! Don’t they know I’m in short supply! I guess I didn’t get the memo that 3 star hotels could be so disgusting and have human feces chilling out on a toilet seat. Someone call the health department, they are more worried about their profit than about human lives.

No cold water in shower at ALL. Couldn’t bathe upon coming in late after an 11 hour driving day. Then couldn’t shower in the morning, either one of us. Water was scalding hot. Splash bathed from sink that had cold water. I had to wash my hair in small shallow bathroom sink that didn’t drain well. UNACCEPTABLE for Hilton property’s!
We were told where to park in under ground pking across street. Cost $11.25 this morning. No validation!
The sheets and pillows wreaked if bleach neither one of us could sleep. Poorest experience at Any Embassy Suites.

Air-conditioning didn't work in my room even after I asked to have it fixed. Restaurants and bar closed without notice. Lincoln covid restrictions allow for both to be open currently.

Great place for a professional conference. Very clean with courteous staff. Catering was elegant and good quality.

I get to this location once a year for a convention. The room is always clean and well stocked. The desk staff is always quick to supply what ever I need. The breakfast cook is amazing at his job. There are plenty of great things to see near the hotel and lots of good dining. There is even a movie theater a block away.

A clean, well lit, welcoming location close enough to anywhere you might want to be in Lincoln. Reasonably priced for the room size and over-all quality of the establishment. Wifi had decent coverage but seems to struggle as if it was implemented before they considered the place being used as a large event space. That aside I would certainly drop by again if I end up in the city. P. S. : Great breakfast too.

Beds are comfortable. The breakfast is free and they have a chef who will make pancakes and omlets to order. In the evening there is a reception where dip is free and they serve drinks. The meeting rooms have met our needs perfectly. The location of the hotel puts you at the heart of downtown Lincoln.

Very disappointing, for the price paid I was hoping for something more relaxing. The room was very outdated, had a bottle of water with a tag indicating is consumed would have to pay $3 for it, the sheets were old, and sleeping in the bed was as is falling asleep in a pile of newspapers, too noisy. The sheets were stained and had little black things all over it, not bugs, the breakfast was good. The swimming pool smelled like chlorine too much. I had to leave my car in a parking place and pay for it because there was no parking available. The sauna was out of order, and when my family went into the pool in the morning, they were not allowed in until almost 10 because it was too low on chlorine, it already smelled to much. Anyway, not worth the money I paid for it. The staff however were nice.

Very cool place. Lobby is beautiful. Reception and breakfast are awesome. Free drinks in the evening. Large comfortable rooms with hair rates and a quick walk to Haymarket. Perfect for us.

Amazing hotel with great staff! We had a mishap with Toppers Pizza giving our pizza to the wrong person when delivered and the lady at the front desk immediately stepped up and offered us food and a snack bag since we weren't able to get the pizzas. The room was very clean and the business center was nice! Will definitely be coming back if I'm in town again.

Room was as expected… clean and updated. Amenities were great… complimentary snacks and soft drinks in the room… very delicious breakfast featuring a omelette chef. Great value… I would book there again any time!

Visited Lincoln during a game day and it was really cool to see how football brings the people together. The town feels really lively yet safe at night with people of all ages hanging around bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel room was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Attended a conference in the hotel. Meeting space and bathrooms were clean. Bathroom was looking a little worn, but otherwise fine. Great location in downtown Lincoln. Easy parking in attached garage.

My wife and I stayed at the Embassy Suites this weekend along with our infant son. It's a great location in downtown Lincoln. We paid for the convenience of valet parking due to downtown being busy for the Spring Game. The rooms are starting to feel a little outdated, but are very comfortable and spacious. We made sure to get up early for their breakfast which is always amazing. We also went swimming (our sons first time).

Rooms are clean and comfy. Check in was quick and employees very courteous. Free drinks and minor apps are always the best reason to stay at Embassy. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the room hvac. Old controls and can t go outside hotel set points for that time of year.

Great location. The whiskey and steak restaurant across the street is great. It’s also very close to everything else of import. Good rooms. Friendly staff. Great social hour 1730-1930. Can’t ever complain about free wine/beer/cheese/snacks. The only issue is you have to pace yourself if you want to go out for dinner and see the city. You could live off the free breakfast and social hour offerings very easily and happily. Probably the best part about Embassy Suites. The parking was across the street, but not too inconvenient. The valet is $8 more per day. It’s still cheaper than any large city you’d stay in. Good job guys. I enjoyed my stay. Recommended!

Went to a christmas party event. Very clean facility. Friendly staff but possibly not enough staff. Dishes were not cleared and coffee was not served. Food was good. More staffing would easily solve the issues and earn the embassy 5 stars instead of 3.

This is a very nice hotel with clean comfortable beds and a fairly big bathroom. The location is ideal in downtown Lincoln if you're looking to have a good time there is seemingly countless bars in walking distance. My only complaint is the check in process was slow and the employee checking us in didn't seem to know how to do most things.

The venue was great for our work party. The staff was friendly and courteous. Everything was clean. The room was comfortable and well kept. The breakfast the next morning was perfect, albeit a little slow, which was expected from how many people were present.

It's a nice hotel, very comfortable, friendly staff. But the traffic and parking is absolutely the worst I think I've ever seen. To park in the garage, you have to drive past the hotel, then around the block making FOUR left turns! The garage is across a one-way street (which is going the wrong way). Parking is very expensive and the last time I was there I had to park all the way up on the roof of the 8 story garage! Skip the Embassy Suites and stay in the Hilton Garden Inn, it's just a few blocks away and the parking and traffic are much easier.

We've stayed here many times while visiting Lincoln and it's by far the best place to stay in town if you like being close to everything downtown,. The Food, bars, clubs ECT. Everything is within walking distance and with Lincoln's beautiful downtown it's the only place to stay. The staff is great, we love the valet parking and room service. The food is fantastic! If your heading to Lincoln for ANYTHING this is the place to stay. (The stadium is just a few blocks too! Go big red! )

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly. The bar the a great experience. We had also received some complimentary drinks which was very nice. We chose that hotel because it was in the middle of everything we were wanting to do. Overall great experience.

Great staff and valet. The rooms are good but are probably in need of updating soon. Having said that, they are still quite comfortable and relaxing. Love staying here.

Good hotel in a great location. My only complaint is that on my first morning here tbreakfast (hot breakfast anyway) seems to be only through the made to order line. Most Embassy Suites have self serve for bacon, scrambled eggs, etc. On the second morning they had breakfast on the line but it was cold — they hadn't turned on the food heaters or something. Third morning the breakfast was okay (but still not great compared to other Embassy Suites I've stayed at). The evening receptions seem have been equally mediocre. I've only come down for one but the chips they had out were stale. I couldn't finish them. All in all, it's a good hotel but I have felt that the quality of the amenities is a little lacking compared to other Embassy Suites locations.

The staff was very friendly the moment I walked in. My room was very clean, a bit cold easily and quickly solvable with the thermostat. I wasn't able to attend the appetizer event going on in the evening but if it's anything like breakfast I would definitely recommend going. My bed was very comfortable and felt as if I was sleeping in my own bed at home. Breakfast was exceptional, they had a variety of food to choose from such as fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, eggs, waffles, and even custom omlet. My only complaint is parking as the valet didn't know what pricing was so I parked in the garage across the way for just 5 dollars.

Thank you Embassy Suites in Lincoln Nebraska for all you and your staff did to insure that the Crete Carriers Christ-mas Party was a huge success. My husband of only 5 months was never able to come before. His late wife (of 40 years) was never able to go due to raising a family and sickness. So far everything has been pretty great. The breakfast is amazing and they have provided great service while I've been here with a conference. The housekeeping isn't the greatest though. First night in we had a towel hung that looked like someone who had been eating Cheetos had handled it. Not that it's a big deal, but when they replaced the shampoo/conditioner on the second day they had mismatching brands set out. They also didn't take our trash out for whatever reason. Overall, it's a pretty great place, but for the price, I guess I would have expected a little more out of housekeeping.

I didn't stay here, just hung out in one of the rooms for a party with PUP the band. Name drop, hell yeah. It looked nice and comfortable enough but I was mostly just there to drink whiskey and eat hummus. Elevator was fast.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The evening hospitality was nice and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The rooms are very well kept.

Older style but very nice still. They have an awesome breakfast. Decent area in the middle of the building to sit.

Overall it was pretty nice. There were a few minor things like the desk drawer handle was barely attached and there was water damage on a ceiling corner in the bedroom. Also some of the cable TV channels were spotty. Other than that, rooms were spacious and clean. The dining area is beautiful. People at the front desk are very nice.

We stayed at the hotel for one night from Saturday to Sunday and had a great time. Saturday nights they have free drinks and snacks at a social hour from 5:30 to 7:30. The room itself was very spacious and accommodating with two queen beds and a pull out couch in the other room. Two TVs and a well stocked bathroom. The morning breakfast was very good although the line for cooked foods was incredibly long (20-25 minute wait). The valet service was great and the parking is free if you'd rather park yourself in their private garage. Overall a very lovely experience where you get what you paid for.

Loved the complimentary breakfast cooked to order and the suite was roomy and nice. I didn't like the water bottle that was in the fridge and looked complimentary but cost $3. There was another sitting near the sink that had a tiny price tag hidden on it. The conference rooms were outdated and I wasn't impressed with the food, but it was a fine experience. The hotel looked neat with the creek running through it. The loading bay party was fun too.

The location was easy to find with a parking garage conveniently across the street. The convention center was not very large however the layout is thought out and easy to navigate, and we'll maintained. The catering was decent and had enough variety to accommodate just about anyone. All in all it was a pleasant experience. The only negative thing I can say is that a few of the rooms were getting a bit warm by the end of the work day. This was due in part to the high attendance in some of the rooms.

Stayed here in May, 2016. The hotel is in a nice location, but the room, furniture, etc. Eas old. It looked like it hadn't been updated since the late 80s, or early 90s. The rest of the hotel was nice. I've stayed at several other Embassy Suites/Hilton hotels and found this one not to be comparable with any of their other properties in the Hilton brand. Parking and internet were extra, which brought the total per night charge to about $200, which wasn't good value for the money. Next time I'll stay at a cheaper, nicer hotel and take Uber to get downtown. Then I can pocket the extra $100 per night.

We went to a grad party, and the place was lit af and we watched the okc vs. Gsw game at the bar n it was gr8!

Location next to the Centre of Lincoln ideal for walking towards centres commercial close.

Great to have Chipotle nearby :-) rooms were nice but not the highest end finishings I've ever seen. Breakfast was AMAZING with chocolate milk.

Pros: — large clean rooms with micro and fridge — full toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap) — great breakfast, especially the made-to-order area — valets are FAST and friendly — super-close to campus and the Haymarket Cons: — no free parking — south-facing rooms in summer might not be cool enough (try to avoid those in the hot summer months)

We really enjoyed the convenience for attending our niece's graduation at U. Of Nebraska-Lincoln. Two things that made this a less than perfect stay. We were not given happy hour tickets for drinks — no big deal — but it was difficult to get them due to the lines and when we did finally get them, happy hour was almost over. The other time was when we went down for breakfast, coffee was difficult to get due to the lines and we were forced to wait in the extremely long made-to-order omelet line for bacon. Why couldn't that have been out on the main buffet for people who didn't care for an omelet? Seems their attempt to portion control also extended into what we could eat with it.

Clean, spacious rooms. Great free breakfast buffet and afternoon happy hour. It's currently undergoing construction, but it's really not noticeable.

Location is in central downtown. The building has been very well kept and the rooms are very nice. The staff was very welcoming as well!

Just a great downtown hangout — game days and business events. Good place to grab a drink or have a business breakfast. Valet seems to stay busy and rides to the airport pretty consistent.

Everything was fine just a few channels on the TV had problems. But I loved all the rest of it.

Staff were friendly, and readily available when needed. Great pool and exercise room, with attached restrooms and showers. Parking is close (just across the street).

We stayed here one night last week while in town seeing a concert. The lobby and it's staff were awesome, both during check in and at 2am when we were looking for places still open to go eat. The free drinks and snacks before dinner is a great touch and the staff during those hours were really fantastic to us as well. Rooms are HUGE with a private sitting area and bedroom divided by a door, not just some half wall partition. Bed was super comfy, and everything was VERY clean (I tend to look for stuff like that) Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and made to order pancakes, French toast or omelets. The best part of breakfast for me was that we ACTUALLY HAD A PLACE TO SIT! it was great. We've stayed in so many places where we were forced to eat in our room due to lack of seating in the dining area, so this was very nice. Because we were there for a concert that was walking distance we just parked the car in the city parking garage over night for 9.00 but if you want to come and go they offer valet for a few dollars more. There are tons of places to shop or eat at close by, it's a great location. I would definitely stay here again if we ever end up in NE and would recommend it to others. Worth every penny.

We come here every year for a 2 day stay for the last 5 years. We have never had a problem everything is nice and clean. We would have a hard time finding another place to equal to here.

Probably the worst experience EVER that we've had with an Embassy Suites. I'd expect service and treatment like this from a Days Inn or similar hotel, but not Hilton Honors supposed better quality facilities. To begin with, we are Diamond Members of the Hilton Honors Club. We spend alot of money traveling and like to rest in quality facilities. To simply get a reservation at this place was a nightmare. The reservationist was rude, said they didn't have any rooms available (when the online and 800 numbers stated they did), and then refused to honor a military rate. We then had a change of plans and needed to bump up our reservations by ONE DAY! Before I could even ask for a room, the on duty manager blurted out "we're booked". First we have to fight to get reservations, then we have to listen to an attitude when we needed to change the reservations. OMG! This facility could take lessons from the Lexington, Kentucky Embassy Suites. When a customer down there asks for something, the standard response is "my pleasure" from the staff. Needless to say, I cancelled the entire stay with the Embassy Suites and called the Holiday Inn. The gentleman on the phone said he'd be more than happy to help us with our stay and if they could be of any more assistance, just ask. I highly recommend using another facility to stay in. Customer service is not anywhere to be found at this Embassy Suites in Lincoln, Nebraska.

First of all, I am a Hilton Honors member, which doesn't mean much to the company. After staying 60-70 nights with them in the past years. I am attempting to redeem points for a stay. This particular hotel has told me multiple times that the hotel is sold out. Which in my part of the world means there are no more rooms. They are all reserved and full. Turns out this is not the case, they just won't provide a room if I am not staying more than one night. So essentially they are saying they are sold out, but are able to offer more than one room for me if I have the need. Hilton, feel free to contact me, you have my contact info.
