Awesome place for families who want 2 bedroom suites at great prices. With kitchen.

Traveled over 500 miles today. Wanted a comfy room with eating faculties close by. We we're happy to find the Suites. Friendy service, nice room and area eateries. But just because there was a college game in town tonight, rates jacked up to over $160.00! I'm sure other area hotels did the same as well. It's just a huge ripe off to take advantage of us out-of-town guests just because of a game. Well, I hope they win!

We were greeted very warmly here when we arrived. Our truck broke down while we were traveling so it was a convenient stop next to the Ford place. It was right off the freeway and a quick drive to the airport to get our rental car. We used the swimming facilities and the water was a little cool, but overall a great experience. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary but was good. We loved our room with two bed and a pull out couch.

After a 10 hour road trip with our dog that slept 9/10 hours, with showing no signs of flees. Woke up needing to run to pet smart for flee medicine. Told the front desk, and there reaction was not very helpful, they were defensive claiming this was the first ever complaint about flees. Would have appreciated a more sincere response.

Got two of the last rooms available for the night and other than some confusion with the room numbering they were perfect for the one night we needed to stay. The breakfast was ok but nothing special, one of our party mentioned the orange and apple juice was a bit off tasting. They appear to have been remodeling and it looks good.

Friendly, clean, reasonable.

Terrible experience, said it was non smoking but yet the rooms smelled like an ashtray at the casino. Asked for 2 wake up calls and did not get either one, when we checked out I asked the person what happened and he just flat out said that he forgot, must have been that bottle of liquor that was sitting behind the counter at his desk. I will never be back to a Countryside Suites again, I would rather sleep in the car then to waste my money here.

The room we stayed in was clean and the hotel staff was polite and friendly. The area was convenient and safe and the hotel allows for pets. It would be nice if there was a small designated spot for pets to go to the bathroom though. Most of the limited greenspace had dog poop that hadn't been picked up for a while.

The front desk was not very welcoming/friendly. They complained my kids were running the halls when they weren’t and plenty of other kids were. The couch and chair were horribly stained. The pool is very tiny and was closed most of the day on a busy Saturday during a basketball tournament.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good price. Wish they had fresh fruit in the morning. Would definitely stay there again!

They allow dogs and have a wonderful continental breakfast consisting of waffles biscuits and gravy yougart cereal. Etc. Very affordable.

Besides having door key issues when we checked in, everything after has been very good. Got the best pillows ever!

Nice helpful lady at front desk, but the pool smells like poo, "breakfast" is cereal and hard boiled eggs. Needs lots of maintenance throughout building, but All decaf coffee will ruin any hotels rating.

They make it easy to check in. Have everything that you need. Clean, quiet, and nice to have late pool hours.

First time stay was great. The front desk check-in was very friendly and helpful. It's over-priced but I'm used to that in Lincoln on game day.

When I got there the older lady at the front desk was rude. She had an attitude the second I walked in. She looked at my address through my ID and kept insulting the neighborhood I lived in. She then kept asking why I came to the hotel and not another one. It sounded like she really didn't want me there. She then kept asking me about what I was going to do that night. I was going to Omaha and she asked why I didn't just stay there. Keep in mind all those is meningitis said with attitude and rudeness. She seemed really frustrated with me even though I have done absolutely nothing. I definitely won't go back here, just as she wanted.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! We called 5 other hotels in the area and none of them excepted birds. We are traveling across country with our green cheek conure and needed a place to sleep at 1:30am. They let us have our bird AND they didn't charge us for it because he stayed caged. The staff were so friendly. The free breakfast was pretty good. They had a waffle maker, muffins, bagles, cereal, and even eggs. Good drink options as well. They also had high chairs. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Easy to get to from the highway. Beds were comfortable enough. But there were weird stains on our sheerts. The pool was a bit of a let down. The morning we left, the boiler broke leaving the whole place without hot water… the front desk said it couldn't be fixed until Monday. We got half off our bill but I will bad for those people who were booked for the rest of the weekend.

Hotel rooms a really nice. Two bed rooms come with a coutch, microwave, and fridge. It comes with a free breakfast but there is not very much. Just muffins bagels waffles and biscuits.

It was a great experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, best breakfast at a hotel we've had in a while. Best part, blueberry waffles!

Clean room and a comfy bed. A little dated but great nonetheless.

Not any negatives here. Really friendly front desk. Nice facility — new and well-kept. I didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked very nice from the hallway. The breakfast bar was perfectly kept. Food was fine: great value along with the room, Wi-Fi, HBO & cable. I'd stop here again!

Huge room for the price. Not super family friendly as the staff was concerned about kid noise from the pool. At least on that night. Nice view of the marsh from the rear of the property. Very clean and cozy atmosphere. Feels more like a home inside than a typical major franchise hotel.

A very refreshing stay after a long trip. No complaints what so ever.

We took a 15-day road trip cross-country. This hotel was nearly the best value of them all, considering comfort, cleanliness, and breakfast. The only issue was that there was no elevator. That is not uncommon and certainly not a show-stopper.
