Room clean, friendly staff, pool could use a skimming though.

The employees are very helpful and friendly.

So far so good. When we got here at midnight after a 7 hour car ride, we were greeted with a happy welcome and led to great conversation. Clean room and it was a pretty room, got a good night sleep, yummy breakfast and friendly staff all around the place. Def recommended. Uhaul girl gives a shout out to the Diva, thank you for the warm welcome when we arrived!

I've stayed here for work a handful of times, and for the price it has everything I need! Good location, clean comfy dark rooms, warm breakfast, a small gym, and coffee/tea/cookies 24/7. Its too bad Robert at the front desk doesn't work here anymore, he was awesome! I'd recommend it, I'm even staying this week for a few nights!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I had made a reservation for the night of my wedding to make sure I had a safe place for me and my new bride to stay after the reception and when I arrived the front desk informed me that they had over booked and there were no rooms available, it was a holiday weekend and at this time all the rooms in town were already sold out so on my wedding night I had to sleep on a friends couch. I called the manager the next day to get an explanation and he was unavailable so I left my name and number I have no waited over a week called three times and haven’t heard back from anyone.

A comfortable night's stay. I think Country Inn may have recently acquired this building from another chain and are somewhere mid process in upgrading it. The mattresses, some of the decor, and carpet seemed new, while some other furniture, and the building itself, were more run down. But service was friendly, we got a good night's sleep, and breakfast was somewhat better than what a lot of mid-range hotels offer (though not as fancy as other Country Inns I've stayed at).

I had a lovely stay. Robert was hospitable. My room was clean and spacious. 2 downsides. The cleaning crew really do not do a thorough job, and my shower head was broke. Other than that nice peaceful stay. Thank you Robert.

Pet friendly hotel with a clean and well kept pool and grounds. Low noise levels Thurs night, sufficient towels and bedding. Very courteous waitstaff. Tasty cookies available multiple times a night. Continental breakfast was acceptable but some staples not available: lacked fruit and hard boiled eggs.

This is a great hotel with nice amenities. It is in a safe area just off the highway and made a perfect stop on my return trip to Colorado from Wisconsin. The only reason for a 3 star review and not a 5 star review is that when I called to book a room I was told the room would be $30 for the night by the employee I spoke to. However when I went to check out the bill was for a $70 room. When I asked the same person that told me the room would be $30 ho's response was that he could never offer such a rate. I've taken this to their corporate offices.

What a gem! This is a very nice and properly maintained older property. The rooms are actually mini suites and are reasonably clean. I'd stop short from calling it perfect, but good. Nice and quiet as well. Breakfast is MUCH better than expected and food is cafeteria quality. Good bagels, ground beef breakfast burritos with the trimmings, waffles (of course! ), biscuits ans gravy on my one morning there. Nice bathroom, good water pressure in the shower. Comfy bed and sheets! Occasionally you can find a real deal on this place on Priceline, I got it for only $41 plus fees which made it $53. I'd be comfortable paying up to $80 here.

Pool was closed which was NOT advertised, in a run down area. Room wasn't terrible but beds were tiny.

Got a room for 1 stay for $80 got a queen bed for my daughter and I, didn’t expect the stay to be perfect. The service was good. But once we got to our room, it was larger than we had expected. There was a cup in the corner including some gum wrappers. There was no sheet on the lower mattress. The shower was disgusting, stains on the wall and some red stains in the corner of the tub, weird chiming sounds in the bathroom not the best experience. There was stains on the carpet couldn’t walk without shoes. Once when trying to go to bed started hearing strange sounds. My daughter and I could not sleep. Worst experience ever.

We stayed there overnight on a trip home from our niece's graduation. We liked the level of amenity. It was close to the Interstate 80 exit. Breakfast was better than average compares to similar places. Staff was very nice.

If I could give a Zero, I would. We specifically chose this hotel as we have always enjoyed County Inn & Suites. The pools & amenities are top notch. We are in town for my niece's wedding. I have my daughter & preschool grandchild with me. … This general manager — Ray Patel — has known for quite some time that the pool is broken, closed, and most likely will not be repaired. We would NOT have stayed here if we had seen CORRECT website information. Swimming FOR PAY — OUR MONEY — is available at a nearby golf course. The hotel does not pay for OR reimburse the swimming fee. We will be writing a letter to corporate Country Inn & Suites to let them know the GM is not proving truthful information on his website.

Great rates, clean rooms, hot breakfast, cookies — The list goes on and on. I stay at a lot of airport location motels. Many are sketchy. This was isn't!

Room was damp, smelled old, carpet stained, A/C unit smelled of mold so bad had to shut it off, on a 99 degree day. Bedding was also damp. Clothes reeked of that smell all day. Breakfast was terrible, the hash could have been cat food. Desk guy in the morning not very helpful. Will not stay there again. Recommend to anybody much better value somewhere else.

Great hotel for excellent price through Priceline! Pool wasn't open because of tiling work. Huge room with a very comfortable bed and my favorite feather pillows!

This hotel is nice and we got it for a good rate. When we walked in they had fresh baked cookies and you can't go wrong with a continental breakfast. The room was very clean. 5/5 would recommend to my family and friends.

Good hotel with a great breakfast. Don't bother going there unless u have $100+ laying around for a deposit. Also I was not happy that it took an entire week for the incidentals/deposit fee to be refunded to my acct.

Country Inn and Suites provided meeting space for a 2 day business training conference. The attention to detail and welcoming service made the conference a success.

Newly renovated rooms at an unbelievable price. If I could give six stars I would. Hit breakfast and fast internet… Outdoor pool.

Room was comfortable and a good value for the cost. The hotel is a bit outdated and the bathroom was a bit small. The bed however was good and the staff were all very friendly.

Great service friendly staff and very clean I loved my stay. Everyone was so helpful and was quick to respond if I needed anything I had called down to the office and asked if they had complementary razors because I had forgotten mine I barely get off the phone and someone is knocking at my door with one I was surprised how quick they were!

Stayed for the weekend. Very clean and affordable. Great breakfast and the free cookies for guest are a great addition and simply delicious! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially CJ and Melanie who went out of their way to be so nice and helpful. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!

I stay here frequently as my job involves traveling through Lincoln every few weeks. Rooms are always clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. Complimentary cookies in the lobby are a nice touch as well!

There were a couple minor things, but not worth reporting. The staff was wonderful and made us feel (myself and my children) so welcome. Would definitely recommend this place! PS, they have free cookies.

We had a very pleasant stay! Our room was clean, the bed was actually very comfortable, and the employees were extremely friendly. We will absolutely choose to stay here again the next time we're in Lincoln.

Super nice hotel, staff were professional, the room was clean and comfortable, I was her pleasantly surprised. I've easily paid much more for a hotel of this quality. Breakfast buffet was awesome, even had bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and fresh cut up fruit (not just whole fruit) with yogurt. Would definitely stay here again.

Don't let the adult store nearby deter you because it almost did me! Lol This is the best hotel EVER and the price was unreal! People were nice, food was great, and rooms were clean and comfy!

The staff here was very pleasant, the rooms were dirty and the carpet was dirty as well. It was very dusty. I got a good night's sleep which was all I was after but if someone cares about cleanliness this would get a 3 out of a 10 from me.

I've stayed here many times and always been extremely satisfied. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, free Wi-Fi fast enough to download and stream, and the free cookies are always a great touch. I'm always happy to stay here!

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here! The extras such as cookies, lemon water, hot coffee with plenty of additions and hot water always available was awesome! Housekeeping always did a great job, I loved the detail such as folding the toilet paper. I also liked all the mirrors in the room. We would definitely stay there again!

From the outside, the place looks a bit dated, but inside is very modern, and the rooms are very nice as well. The staff we all experience was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was nice and very comfortable. Not as clean as it seems at first look though. However it was a very nice room and had everything that is to be expected in a room like microwave and refrigerator.

Recently renovated rooms. Exercise room equipment (both treadmills) were not operational. Breakfast was good.

We stayed in a king bed suit to accommodate a couple extra guests. The room was nice, had a queen-sized pull out. Lots of room.

This place was dirty and the service was not good. We had an issue with the room price but could not get in contact with someone to help us resolve it for the life of us. There were hairs and dust in the restroom and there was trash behind the furniture. I enjoyed the free cookies and continental breakfast though.

Pretty good stay room was fairly nice but the bathroom was small (like could barely stand in there). Otherwise it was fine and convenient as it was right off I-80 and a quick drive to the down town area.

Overall clean hotel and nice breakfast. However the heater didn't work in room 123 (oil burning smell came out of the heater activating the smoke alarm to go off at 2am), also the tub was a bit dirty.

When they said hot breakfast, I didn't think they meant the 'fresh' fruit. That's not fair, it wasn't that bad, typical hotel breakfast with rotating hot item. Bacon and eggs one day, sausage and different eggs the next. Kids loved the pool.

Long story short, let me preface by mentioning I've stayed at this location at least 18 nights (18 separate reservations could've been one or more nights) out of the 23 Country Inn and Suites reservations I've had for the last year and a half (according to my Priceline history). However, they have no record of that, according to Rachel, at the front desk. She refused to make an exception or phone a manager when I was unable to provide a $25 deposit due to extenuating circumstances she was privy and a party to. I was denied a room I had already paid for and now all my funds were tied up until I couldn't phone my bank the next day — this was at 9:30p. M. Rachel also stated that when she was homeless and had a limited amount of money she would sleep on the streets — implying I was homeless, or I should sleep on the streets. Or both, in addition to advising me on how to manage my money! Despite the circumstances surrounding my poor preparedness, I feel I should've been afforded much more, but would've been grateful for a little compassion since I am a loyal customer and never had any issues. Connie is still fabulous and had she been working I'm sure the matter would've been resolved without delay, as she provides great customer service and customer retention, inadvertently! 5 stars to Connie and that guy that only works weekends! Rachel is young and has yet to learn that policy and customer service do not go well together.

Very courteous staff that is always willing to help accommodate any needs you may have. Located about a half mile from the airport and a 10 minute drive from downtown. Comfortable, clean, well furnished rooms. Overall a great place to stay for anything from business trips to family vacations.

The rooms were spacy the beds were soft and comfortable.

Complimentary cookies, super water pressure, heat lamp in the bathroom, friendly staff, classy ambience… what's not to love?! Definitely worth more stars than the 2 1/2 given on Priceline.

Older Country Inn & Suites, having most of the basic conveniences and amenities of a Country Inn and Suites. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel shuttle service was unreliable, but taxi service to the airport and hotel was covered by the hotel. Staff was mostly pleasant and helpful.

I stay here because it's close to where I need to be, the employees because they are always helpful, and the continental breakfast. The rooms need a little care, the heater had a real tough time keeping up with a consistent temp, room 217's heater sounded high pitched from the motor so it woke you up every time it started, and the shower water changed temp when my wife flushed the toilet.

It was pet friendly and cheap. It was close to I-80 and we were driving to Chicago so it was ideal.

Very curteous and personable staff, clean rooms, and reasonably priced. I stayed for 2 nights and had no issues. It made my trip easy and relaxing.

I was told from priceline that this was a 2 1/2 star hotel. This was WAY better than I was expecting. The Good: Super friendly girl at the desk. They upgraded our room for free. Very hospitable (rare commodity these days) — fresh water with cucumber and lemon waiting for guests in the lobby as well as fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! Things are newly renovated and clean. A library of children's books that you can take to your room. The disappointing: No indoor pool. They have an outdoor one but it wasn't open for our stay. Would recommend this for the price. Plus, the little details of hospitality say A LOT about a place. Good job.

The Hotel is very clean, nice, newly remodeled rooms staff is very friendly I was with a group working here we would most defiantly stay here again. We book close to 200 days a year in hotels in various hotels in Nebraska I would have to say it was low cost and a nice place to stay. We have stayed in several different rooms in this hotel doubles and suite.

This hotel is AWFUL. The manager on duty, Jeff, was the most useless person ever. My room had gnats and the fridge and microwave didn't work. Upon returning home I discovered my charged was charged an additional $135.00. When I called the hotel about the extra charge, they told me they would look into it and get back to me. I have never had a worse hotel experience, ever.
