The rooms were ok. We were in town for the dog show and were charged $10/dog/night for a total of $60. I later realized they advertised a flat $25 fee and called to speak to a manager about the discrepancy. I was told I would receive a call back. I have reached out to the hotel multiple times and a manager will not call me back.

BED BUGS! My husband stayed there last night (10-08-2019) in room 117. Got there after midnight after driving 12 hrs and had 15 more to go today so he woke up threw his shirt back on and left. Realized once he stopped at the gas station that he was itchy, come to find out he has a grip of bed bug bites on his stomach and up his side/back. Tried calling the location only to be hung up on and now ignored! We are not happy. This is unacceptable.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to! During check in our friends who booked the same hotel were told they didn’t book but were charged for the hotel room that night anyway. When we got into our hotel room we noticed our ac didn’t work, I went and told the man at the front desk and he did nothing about it. The windows on a second story room opens with ease and has no screen and the lock was broken. Then we tried to use the bathroom and the toilet didn’t work, again nothing was done about it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone EVER!

Clean cool and reasonable price.

It's small but adequate and rooms are clean and at least an HDTV.

Room was clean, shower was good. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door and disturbing us. Once at 9:15 then at 10:10 checkout isn't til 11.

Everything was fine. The door had to be latched to stay shut properly. Too tired from driving to say anything, but I'm sure they would have taken care of it.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were not the cleanest but when we requested new linen it was taken care of immediately and was cleaned again with many apologies. The pool is under construction and probably will not be ready from the looks of it until next summer. I would stay there again. We stayed there last Saturday and Sunday night.

Worst place I've ever stayed in my entire life. There was a hole in the wall. The floor was gummy. The room was cramped and dingy. There were people running around outside and the second floor above us until 1 am. The pool looks like it hasn't been touched all year. Large crack under the door. The door was difficult to open. You had to lift the handle up and slam into the door to open it. The only 2 positive notes was the parking and the nice young lady who checked us in. I would never stay in that dump again nor would I recommend anyone else to stay there.

This motel is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has a mini fridge, microwave, free wi-Fi, unique shower, most comfortable bed omg we slept like a baby it was so comfortable. Direct tv. And it was was an up to date room they have a secure doors throughout the motel so you have to use your key so it's safe. They have a bar and a free breakfast in morning. And a lil pizza place in there that serves great food. For great prices. They have discounts on rooms you have to check there web site, but they gave us military discount. But have other discounts as well. For the price and staff hospitality and good food it's well worth the stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The main manager/owner (? ) is very nice and is curteous to guests, although manyof the employees are rude and abrasive, and seek to only care about generating more money. There was a lady who worked the night shift and she was quite helpful and understanding.

Rooms are decent, just outdated. AC worked and beds were decently comfortable. Had to plug the appliances in myself and the TV didn't work, said something about a directv access card on the receiver. Breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, 2 types of cereal, toast, or a pastry. Overall it was a fair option for finding a place at 1230am.

Good as you can get for the area and price.

Went to Delzioso's at Amercas Best Value Inn. Awesome place for pizza, wings, soups and bar. Friendly staff. Cold drinks. Delicious food.

The place looks run down and the non smoking room smelled like smoke.

Small rooms. Old and run down. But for the money it's not bad.

It's cheap, it has smoking rooms, and you get what you pay for. Friendly staff and, again, real cheap. But, my toilet was clogged when I arrived, I let them know at the front desk and they gave me a plunger to deal with it. Phone didn't work, but they have flat screens with directv. It's a weird spot, but it's solid for under $50.

Great friendly service and reasonable price during the game.

A cheap place to stay. Nothing special, perfect for a quick night while on the road. Staff was nice, room was clean, bathrooms also clean.

Great amenities, amazing staff and a restaurant built in? It's a win/win.

Owner Hank is great, the property is not. It is not 2 star worthy and you feel dirty staying there. Be it cramming two doubles into a queen room so both beds are against a wall, the stains on the carpet, the shower only no tub with very limited towels or the bugs I had the misfortune of encountering (last time I booked through a third party app that rhymes with slicepine) expecting a two-star establishment its gross and you shouldn't have to see it to believe it.

Affordable weekly rates and fairly clean rooms. Certainly when compared to the options in the vicinity of this motel, which is near the airport and directly off of the interstate. The staff are friendly for the most part. The breakfast is cereal and milk and sometimes toast, so don't count on it for a hearty way to start your day, but agan, it's better than nothing in a pinch.

Pool is broke. Location is sketchy. Staff was very friendly. I would pay the extra to stay in a little bit nicer area.

Good rates for what you get. Whether it's a quick stay before hopping on a plane or just traveling thru… you can't beat it!

— — Rating: On a 3 day trip to Lincoln, we chose here, for it was convenient and seemed to match our style. We came, it was confusing at first, but after we asked and the hosts researched, it was all clear. Main Room and Bathroom were clean, just the sink was old. I would recommend.

If I could I would give this place 0 Stars. For starters the lady working the night shift behind the desk Wednesday September 27th was very unhelpful and made sure to display just how upset and inconvenienced she was when I awoke her from her nap in attempts to check in. I was unable to hear just about everything she said despite the fact that I repeatedly told her I could not hear her while she mumbled under her breath through the glass safety window. I wanted a room to get some sleep and informed her that I would only need it until about 1 p. M. When I would be hitting the road again. Considering that it was approximately 3 a. M. When I was checking in I didn't foresee this as being a huge issue however I was informed that if I stayed past the normal check out time I would be charged for two nights. At no time did she mention whether or not there was a late check-out option for maybe a few extra bucks. I didn't ask but in my situation I wouldn't think that information shouldn't be withheld without being directly asked about it. Me being the pushover that I am decided to give in anyways and go ahead and pay full price for a room I would only be able to stay in for less then 8 hours and was told I couldn't check in till 10 a. M. At this point it was obvious that I wasn't getting a room at this hotel because an employee didn't want to do her job that she was being paid for.

I was extremely disappointed with the service and overall quality. There were numerous beds and bags of trash sitting in the halls. I decided to shrug it off, then it started raining outside and INSIDE our room. Rain water sprayed into our room from the window and air conditioning unit, soaking some of our belongings. When we asked for a new room, we were told there were no rooms available. We then asked for a refund and they said if we wanted our money back then we needed to leave the hotel immediately. They eventually got us a new room, but only after we proved to them how wet our room was.

Hotel is clean. Room didn't have enough towels when we got to our room (only one full set), but the staff was quick to remedy that when asked. All electronics were unplugged when we got to our room, which was weird. Overall, a good value.

Value is a good name for it. It's not amazing, but for the price, you're getting a good deal. The rooms aren't bad, and the beds are fairly comfortable. It has one of the most unique shower designs I've seen. I'd recommend it if you're just looking for a place to stay and you aren't too picky.

The location seemed kind of sketchy, but nothing bad happened. The air conditioing in the room took 4 hours to cool the room down in 105 degree weather. It also made a really loud noise. The breakfast was very limited and only okay. This hotel is cheap and only good for a one night stay.

It was a little on the sketchy side, but what do you expect from a hotel next to a 24 hour adult store off the highway. The room was fine. Nothing fancy. The shower was pretty small and poorly designed.

Two stars for a 2-star hotel. So first off I get here and I get charged $7 that I was made unaware of when I called before I even drove all the way out to Nebraska. I had specifically asked if you could check in early and was told I could. Then I don't get the room that I reserved, not complaining about the non-smoking room but I wanted a king bed. The room, it's got a busted alarm clock not a big deal but still kind of cheesy other than that it's decently clean. I guess I've got to give it props for the microwave in the refrigerator and does have a cool little LG TV so all in all not bad but not what I expected and didn't realize it was going to be a $53 room when I only paid $40 online not sure whether I'd recommend. Want my $7 back! Now after taking a shower before he depart for the Iron Maiden show in downtown Lincoln Nebraska at the Pinnacle Arena I've never taken a shower that took as long as the one I just took this place needs some serious help! Unacceptable you think there would be at least a little water pressure and it wouldn't take me an hour to take a simple shower So I never got my $7 back and then upon check out the young lady at the counter would not stop and listen to my point of view on not being informed properly when I called ahead so I'm NOT recommending this hotel TO ANYONE EVER nor will I ever return to this hotel or motel or whatever you want to call it? and then on top of that I just wanted to let everyone know that there is no pool?

The rooms were pretty decent, as in the bed and TV were great. I only had 2/5 lights working in my room, there is a giant hole in the wall, pool was down, air conditioner didn't stay on during the night. Got up to turn it back on and wouldn't turn over. Overall it's an okay stay, just a run down hotel. Get what you pay for I guess.

My room was great because of the comfortable bed, free breakfast and over 17 free movie channels. Around the hotel looked messy because of a remodel but I think my room must of been a new one. Thanks.

Rooms smell like a ash tray. Once you turn the ac on it smells like you just lit a cigarette. Only good thing is staff is nice and rooms are clean.

You paid for what you got. Not horribly bad, but not the best. Room was clean, bathroom was nice, didn't like the bed, internet was funny.

You truly get what you pay for here, and that's not necessarily a negative thing. I'm always looking for the cheapest rates, without sacrificing quality. I've stayed here several times in the past few months and each time has been up to par. My rooms are always clean and stocked, and the staff is friendly. I really can't have major complaints when I only have to pay $40 to $45 a night. This hotel gets you from A to B with no extra frills. I will be back again and would recommend it to anyone with a tight budget.

The shape of their facility and the way they have their parking lot makes it very nice and convenient for up front door parking. So reguardless if you have a disability or simply it snowed overnight, you dont have to walk far to be in your vehicle. Conveniently located. Very nice and accommodating staff. Specifically our party arriving reserved the room later than we wanted. We had our reservation confirmation email but they had not received their copy yet when we arrived. The employee couldnt find the reservation and called in the manager who gave us a room anyway with our email proof and said it was ok that they would receive it. Easily found our room. Room was nicely cleaned. Cant give the cleanliness a 4 star though because I did find someone else's hair on my shower towel that was hung behind toilet and also found matching hairs throughout the room on the chair and floor. Luckily none in the bed! LoL. Manager also made sure he wrote the Wi-Fi password on our room key sleeve, so no hassle calling desk once settled in! Complimentary breakfast served. Outdoor pool, nice even though cant swim this time of year. Very cost affordable. No smoking so no stale smoke lingering! Thank you for all the above America's! We will be back!

Ended up at this place due to Hotwires deals that just list prices but don't show the actual hotel. First and last time ever doing that. It said there was Wi-Fi so I wanted to get a lot of work done with this early stop, so I figured a cheap hotel would suffice. We get there and first they put us in a room that was already occupied, then we're moved to a room that has an absolutely horrible odor, like ammonia mixed with rotting food. The 3rd room we were placed in was fine. But the top lock was broken, and the heater took half the night to warm up, while it was 20 degrees outside. Then there's the Wi-Fi, sure you can connect but the speed is worse than dial up modem days. Could not get any work done or download or upload work files. Then it completely disconnected for a couple hours around 9pm. I'm more disappointed in Hotwire not showing bad quality hotels in advance and unable to provide basic amenity of Wi-Fi, they say it's to protect the hotel's image with their "heavily discounted prices" but this turned out to be the type that advertises its low price on a big flashing billboard, it's discounted price on hotwire was bogus. This wasn't some great deal and if I saw this hotel before booking it I would have known to avoid it. So now I'm avoiding hotwire "deals" that don't show the hotel in advance. Edit: called hotwire to get refund, hotwire called the hotel to verify my claims, hotel denied them all.

This place is just AMAZING, staff is super friendly, always helping and trying to make your stay as the BEST. Duke, owner of the hotel is a very nice and friendly person. Every time I come to Lincoln this is my first and best option. I HIGHLY recommend this place, for a reasonable and economic price you get the service of a 5 stars hotel. Thanks for everything Duke and family. Now you have a friend in Miami.

Called and made a reservation at least two weeks prior to my departure from the USA. Been trying to call them days before my arrival in order to ensure my reservation was set and constantly being given one excuse after another — — from their computers were being worked on and being promised a call back (which never came) to being placed on hold for an inordinate time and being cut off. Very unprofessional and I definitely WILL NOT be staying there. I'm not even there yet and having problems. Very dis-satisfied.

The staff was quite friendly and efficient for a walk-in reservation. The room was nice, cozy and clean with free Wi-Fi and hot breakfast. Great experience overall!

Fantastic! The manager is a very nice guy he even made us waffles in the morning. The rooms were very clean and they only charge a 5.00 pet fee. I had a very good experience would 10/10 stay there again. Also they have very good rates.

Great for the price! My boyfriend and I are driving cross country and needed a place in Nebraska after the campground didn't work out. We didn't expect much, we were very surprised by the service. Both employees we encountered, one at 10pm the other at 7am, were very friendly. The one in the morning even made us waffles! There is a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and free breakfast. We couldn't decide between all the hotel options in the area and picked this one on a whim, I'm very glad we did. Our stay here was pleasant.

I live in Lincoln but needed a motel for 10 days this summer. Same situatuion last year, I stayed at ABVI East and was so satisfied that I chose the ABVI Airport location this year. You will find that the managers at both locations are very welcoming and accomodating. This former Motel 6 is being renovated but the rooms are clean and quiet. I drive a taxi and recommend ABVI East or ABVI Airport to my customers. For about the same price, you can and will do a lot worse in Lincoln.

This motel provided me with a good, clean basic room when I was in Lincoln for a three day Canine Agility trial. There was a $5.00 per day pet fee, which I considered quite reasonable. Breakfast is pretty basic with waffles and three cereals to choose from. This used to be a Motel 6 and the present owners are in the process of updating the interior. All the parts of the motel I saw were clean and have been recently repainted. The Manager, Mr. Patel, was as involved and as interested in the well being of guests and their perceptions of the hotel, as any motel manager I've met. This is the ABVI 'Airport" motel. Remember, it's the Lincoln, Nebraska airport, not JFK. I wasn't disturbed at all by airplane noise.

Duke was very friendly when I checked in, and helpful. The room was very clean (which for me is highly important), comfortable, and cozy. The price is very fair for my evenings stay. Thank you Duke! ~Rachel, Jacksonville, AR 3/7/14 stay.
