We spent the weekend with our grandchildren… we enjoyed the pool area. Very friendly & accommodating staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay family friendly, great customer service and great breakfast. Would highly recommend this place have stayed here twice in the last 2 1/2 mknths.

Last minute anniversary plans to book a hotel for our 25th, and walked in and got and room. Lucky us, for not planning better, but great service. Front desk ladies where wonderful. They even put wine glass and a bottle of sparkling juice out for us. They made our improv anniversary wonderful.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. Amazing room, amazing breakfast, really nice staff, mini water park, hot tub. Just loved it.

Stayed here for one night with family. When I got to the room, the toilet had cigarette ashes in the toilet bowl. I told the receptionist, and she sent someone to clean it while I took the kids swimming. She was very apologetic and accommodating. When we got back to the room, the bathroom had been cleaned but our TV didn't work. The front desk sent someone up to fix the problem. There are some traffic noises but it didn't bother me. The hotel was almost full, but I did not hear any noise from other patrons, so I slept soundly. There were a lot of kids in the pool area, so my kids had fun playing with them. The hotel store sells water toys for kids and snacks and various sundries. Breakfast area was clean and well tended to. My only complaint about hotel is that the bathroom is one of the smallest hotel bathrooms I have ever seen. But room and hotel are very clean.

The hotel has a nice and updated reception area, Rooms are nice but the bathroom I got in mine was small. I stayed here for 2 nights and house keeping never cleaned my room, we were getting ready to leave the room around noon when she came and we told her to come back later. We got back to the hotel at 11pm to find the room untouched, I went to the reception and told the lady working at the desk but she never even said "sorry" or any kind of apology, all she said was that's weird. I asked for new towels which she told me she will bring to the room, when she brought them up she gave me a card good for 1 free item from the stuff they sell at the reception are.

We have had an absolutely amazing time at Shoreview. The staff have been super welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was warm and delicious. The water slide is awesome and our kids stayed in the pool for hours. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

This hotel is one among the few ha offers great service. The hotel itself is fully secure and outstanding service are assured.

The pool with water slide is why we booked here, and kids enjoyed it. I like the little convenient store, we bought a couple of pizzas; they baked them for us and will deliver to your room. The room was clean & comfortable.

I stayed last night because of the nastiness of mother nature. Originally booked a 2 queen room (all that came up at the time) called asked about a king instead incase a family comes in from the storm and needs 2 beds. It said 2 available, but in person they showed none available. It was ok. I was just thinking just in case… got to hotel to check in & I had been upgraded to the king. I was very appreciative. I felt less wasteful (wasted space). The room was amazing, front desk ladies amazing, the cookie smell amazing, bed amazing, clean room amazing… I'm a huge fan of staying at Country Inn & Suites anyway because they are always great. But Shoreview Location so far… my absolute favorite updated, I fresh & (love the extra seating areas). Thank You for the grab & go breakfast. Will highly recommend this location.

Staff was amazing, very nice. All areas clean and neat. Breakfast was good, not just cold cereal and toast.

Staying here for a week. So far, the customer service has been exceptional and the rooms are wonderful! Breakfast is the same daily, but has reasonable variety. All in all, certainly worth the five stars!

Newly updated, comfortable rooms, decent FREE breakfast, and fresh cookies everyday. The staff is very helpful in any question you may have. The rooms are clean and the service will try to help where they can. Make sure to bring a dollar bill with you for donations and take a chance at the wheel for a chance to win reward points, chips, beverage, or a thank you for donating to a good cause.

It is a great place to stay. They are doing and have dome some remodeling. We have gone for the past 2 years for a birthday party.

This is a great hotel. We have stayed here for several years for the Back to the 50's car show. Staff is terrific, polite and helpful. Clean, great breakfast and newly updated lobby and eating area. The only thing I see they need is a new toaster.

This place is conveniently located next to a gas station 24 hrs, Quiznos Subs (YUM! ) and a pretty good Chinese food.

Superb staff, who went above and beyond to cater to the guests. Clean hotel, with perfect pool area for the kids. Waterside only opened 4 to 9 during weekdays, but they gladly turned it on when they saw us in there during non opened times. Will definitely be back!

The room was spacious, like a suite with 2 queen beds, a sitting area with pull out sofa, microwave and fridge. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good, having hot and cold options and the service was good.

It was very clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety. We met as a group in the lounge area… Very nice.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and it was quiet even though it was full. Breakfast was very good and the service area was also clean. The staff was very courteous.

Requested room away from elevators & ice-machine during book, got room that was right next to it. When I went to the front desk, they told me that all rooms were booked out so it cannot be changed. When I checked under the mattresses for one of them, there were shredded note-papers made by a previous guest. Pillow cases and covers were stained, ladybugs would come into the bedroom over the next 4 days, and one of the cable TV's crapped out during the 2nd day.

Good breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds. But we found a pair of dirty underwear under the chair that didn't belong to us. Makes me wonder how clean the room actually was. Water slide was bad, and only open for a couple hours a day, and the front desk lady was rude upon check in.

I had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Room problems and missing remote. General manager is an idiot. Had two room suite. Sleeping area was cold and sitting area hot. I had to go to front desk and ask for fan to get cold air from hallway into sitting area. So the door to hallway was open. My 1 year old was sleeping in sleeping area. Filed a complaint and ask for manager to contact me. She emailed said sorry about staff and that was it. Complaint again and she emailed me this. Well she recommended leaving door open between sitting and sleeping area well what's the point of two room suite and why would I do that when my 1 year old son is sleeping in sleeping area. I came of got regular room if she recommends opening door like that. Any other thing what if me and wife wanted to have a good time while someone was staying with us in sitting area on pull out couch. You have to pay with card you reserve room under. A lot more but don't got time to keep writing. Mr Blazevic, Thank you for your stay with the Country Inn and Suites of Shoreview, MN.   We are writing  in response to an inquiry from Country Inn and Suites Customer Service that was received on your behalf today. As we understand the situation, there were items of concern:   1.   There was a questions as to the nature of a ten dollar additional charge on a credit card.        The hotel places a temporary ten dollar authorization on all stays to cover any incidental items that        a guest might charge to a room.

Decent business hotel with nice staff. The rooms are newer and fairly clean. They do have HBO, a fitness center, and a small swimming pool that opens until midnight. There's complimentary hot breakfast in the morning, scrambled eggs, ham, and hash browns, bread, bagels, waffles, cereal and fresh fruits. Hot coffee and tea all day. Bed is comfortable but the top blanket has never been washed and so looks disgusting. Other than that, it's good.

Room was not cleaned well: huge food crumbs and cheerios on the floor, dirty comforter and no manager was ever given my information to address the issue. I had to call back.

It was good besides the fact that it was good.

Very disappointed when we got to the hotel and the hot tub wasn't working and my kids couldn't use the water slide because it is not open during the week. They failed to inform me that when I specifically asked about it and reserved a room. Do not recommend this hotel.

I spent a week here consulting in a nearby company. The room was clean and cosy. I absolutely loved the bed with a six inch thick matress, I would sleep a lifetime on that. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only — being from Europe — I was rather dissatisfied with the breakfast options, but that's probably not the hotel's fault. American breakfast is obviously greasy, fatty and deadly in all imaginable ways. Eggwhite, fried potato pancakes, white toast bread, oatmeal, diced ham. The rest was the opposite extreme — all healthy — fruit, white yoghurt, cereal. Nothing reasonable in between (I would love a slice of dark bread with cheese spread and some slices of good ham or beef. ) But nevermind you Americans, you'll probably feel at home here ;-).
