Fantastic room for the price! VERY affordable. We got a king bed (which faced the window not the traditional set up) and a couch. This made it feel way more at home. Great ceiling lighting, and great updated layout! … Definitely would recommend!

Excellent hotel for the area and business travelers who want comfort, professional, competent staff and convenient location. Have stayed at this Courtyard many times for various functions and each time it exceeds the previous stays. Excellent rooms, comfortable, good sized bathrooms. They also have a bar with pool table, excellent food, coffee, and grab/go items in the morning. The outdoor hot tub is very nice and they have an indoor pool. The staff is awesome. They …are obviously well trained, and know how to deliver high service for all levels of Marriott Guests. The location is awesome — located in the heart of Maple Grove, Arbor Lakes and within walking distance to the shopping/entertainment that the area offers. Wee have held a couple meetings here too in their private meeting space. Always comfortable with the highest levels of guest service. I will always recommend this hotel to every client and family looking to stay in Maple Grove.

Very nice hotel situated in a great area. Facilities were clean and staff were very friendly too. Rooms were well kept, but there could have been more USB ports in the room to charge devices.

Not impressed. $180 a night and didn’t get free breakfast. Was in Minnesota on business and the room was held for me with a company card that was supposed to be charged as well. The front desk person would not charge the card the room was held with so I had to pay. Rooms were alright.

Great place. I've been here before and will come back next time. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. There is a Starbucks and a bar at the lobby. Free pool and gym.

The reception staff is very welcoming and quickly checks you in. Rooms are modern, very clean and quiet. This is one of my regular stops in the area and the quality of service is very consistent. 5 stars are well deserved.

Room wasnt finished when we arrived had to wait, pool no towels, hot tub broke, suppose to be high end hotel, just wasnt up to my stanards, next time we go will be back at holiday Inn.

When we checked into the Marriott Courtyard hotel this afternoon, the front desk clerks (Momilani & Vincent) asked us “what brings you to the Maple Grove area today”? We explained that we were having a staycation celebrating our anniversary. Her reply was “well, that calls for an upgrade to one of our whirlpool suites”.

It located in a very convenient place, close to shopping, eating and hiway. Great to have off site meetings.

Beautiful hotel, with a great little bar. Food was tasty, drinks were perfect. Room was comfortable, quiet, and very nice. Staff was super friendly. Totally enjoyed my stay.

Very clean. Very modern interiors, lounge area/bar area are very welcoming. Rooms are wonderfully kept. Patio suites are really worth it in the summer.

Rooms were great, beds absolutely comfy, staff very helpful even faxed medical records for me. One of the nicest hotels I've been to in quite awhile.

My husband booked a surprise stay here for our anniversary. We live close by. He travels so he has Marriott rewards so he got us a large suit with jacuzzi. The room was very updated and modern which is our style. We changed and went to dinner. When we got back we had a message saying they have something for us and we’re bringing it up. They brought chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne. The gesture was very nice. The room had a nice large patio. Very nice hotel. Thank you!

The rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was so incredibly loud that sleeping was difficult. It came on a couple times an hour, and woke me up each time.

Staff were friendly and great, but… the mattress was horrible. Contacted guest services and was told that all rooms have the same mattress. They brought me an extra comforter and pillows to help. Just disappointed because every hotel usually has comfortable beds at least. Everything else was great though.

Very kind and very courteous! Reasonable pricing. We even forget our tooth brushes and they brought us new ones! Was really happy with the stay. Would come back.

My fiancé and I had such a great time staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Maple Grove. Even though we live in the area, it was an early Valentine's getaway for us. We got a room with the in-room whirlpool and it was great! The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. When I told the front desk it was our Valentine's getaway, they offered us complimentary champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, which they delivered exactly when we asked them to. It was such a nice touch and we felt so special!

Great room. The service was excellent! Very clean and nice rooms, plus a good bar and food area and a pool table! A very solid hotel to sped a week in, I think the only downside is a small shower for such a large bathroom but I like big showers soooo. Would recommend.

I had a couple in the room next to me who were fighting loudly early in the morning (3 am) and I called down to the desk and they took care of it. The next day when I mentioned to the front desk and asked for them to confirm if those people were checking out or if they were there another night they looked for me. The next morning they gave me a free coffee and breakfast voucher. So nice! And then I forgot my pants there and they are sending them to me! Great customer service!

First, very friendly and helpful staff… That's always appreciated. The rooms we have are modern, clean — new feeling — and comfortable; largely what I've come to expect from the Marriott family of hotels. I'm here with the kids, they've been pretty good but it's been a friendly environment for them as well. We've enjoyed the pool, relaxing, and taking in some of the nearby dining. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Best thing about this hotel is the free laundry and dryer service. Just need to bring your own laundry detergent I believe. Beds are very comfortable and Wi-Fi is quite fast. Gym has good workout equipment. Close to many shops and restaurants.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special! I absolutely love this hotel! I recommend this place for families, couples and single people. The location is great. Shopping and restaurants are in walking distance. I give this hotel 6 out of 5 's.

We came from Chicago for a Twins game and stayed the entire weekend until Labor Day! The two ladies at the front desk were phenomenal the nicest people I have ever met. Awesome room and cable, comfy bed too! Minnesota was a great experience and I will stay there if we go back! I loved it so much. The coffee and bistro was the best! Thank you for everything!

New hotel, very clean. The rooms are large and thus far I haven't heard any outside noise. Great location next to shops and food.

Me and my man stayed there last night. Best hotel experience I've had! The staff was great, everything was clean, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. We enjoyed a nice soak in the jacuzzi under the stars and enjoyed a drink with at the bar, before turning in for the night. What's better is that when we booked through orbitz, this place was cheaper than many rooms at lower quality places! I highly recommend.

The absolute BEST Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at for travel. Close to lots of restaurants and shops, great staff and spacious rooms. Fantastic hotel for business or leisure-great location to the city.

Called twice to make arrangements for our wedding coming up. Was transferred both times to a voicemail. I left thorough voicemails both times and never heard back. We went with another location.
