Super nice staff and amazing water pressure.

Going through new ownership parts of building under renovation. Checked in couple hours before check-in time and they were able to accommodate. Booked online for king bed but got 2 queens instead. Didn't matter though service was great. Room same as any other independent inns.

One or two of the staff members were really friendly and helpful, the rest were so unbelievably rude it was not even funny! Will never stay here again and would never recommend to anyone!

Just ok. Not any outlets available by the desk to plug in laptop. None by the bed either. Only one available and that was by the sink.

$300+ for a week which is a rock bottom price in Minneapolis area. No breakfast but not a concern for me. Room smelled like smoke and the housekeeping needs to learn their job. There was trash left in drawers, furniture not wiped down at all, no fitted sheets on bed, sheets were dirty or stained, security lock on inside of door was busted, shower curtain rod is ready to fall off the wall, small holes in walls, marks and stains on walls. Hotel staff at front desk needs a vacation and an attitude reset. All that being said… NO BED BUGS and to me because I travel 45 weeks a year for work is the most important thing. Also, there was great water pressure and super hot water. I failed to mention that the peephole on my room door had been turned inside out so you could look in from the outside and when I mentioned it to staff, they didn't seem to be that concerned about it. (I obviously turned it back around).

I’d like to share some thoughts about my experience. When I opened the door, I was greeted with a smell I’m still not comfortable with. Some positives to my experience, the three of us were graciously provided one hanger and two towels to share as well as a two day contact high from the drug scent wafting through the vents. I can only imagine they’ll be receiving a Nobel Prize for the science experiment growing in the fridge! Congrats! Kudos to Asteria’s commitment to going green! Our toilet paper wasn’t changed from the previous guests and our sheets probably weren’t either! In addition, the curtains may never have been washed. What an eco-friendly establishment! Furthermore, when our door not only didn’t lock, but it also didn’t even close we were told to push hard and don’t worry, no one was coming in anyway. Thanks for the reassurance! If I had been drinking from the toilet, I might’ve been killed!

Not a very pleasant hotel! You get what you pay for, cheap and smelly place.

I was satisfied with everything except the crumbs left on the floor and the bugs they attracted. Otherwise it was a comfy bed, lots of TV channels, and plenty of desk/counterspace.

The rooms are a lil old but they still have smoking room.

The heat in room did not work. Told the front desk, she that the little plastic space heater was supposed to heat it. That did not work either. The bed had a bow in it. Not comfortable at all. Wasn't impressed. Will not stay there again.

For Maple Grove MN this is a great place to stay the rooms are cheap and clean I would love to recommend any to stop and enjoy your stsy.

Sheets were dirty, room wasn't cleaned, door security latch was broken, night crew sleeps in his own room while on shift… And we just got here. Last resort hotel. Morning update… 2 hour late checkout was paid for and the staff is pissed we weren't out after an hour and a half, the heater blew cool air all night, the running water in the next unit sounded like a freight train at 6 a. M. Bottom line : Rude absentee staff and small filthy rooms. Avoid if you can.

A little noisy, but it was ok. An outlet by the deak would have been helpful.

Great for a place to stay. Breakfast is basic with no Gluten free choices.

The room was what we expected for the price. We were dissatisfied with the lack of nutritious options at breakfast (everything was bread and sugar cereal). Would have liked some fruit or yogurt.

It's a place to sleep and that's about it. No taj majal but what do you expect for half the price of neighboring hotels. Friendly staff, prompt to address needs.

I think it's great. It's clean and well kept. What makes it a nice place to stay is the staff. Everyone is friendly and even remembered my name in the mornings.

We stayed as Asteria Inn & Suites last night, May 26th, 2016, as our Granddaughter's graduation from high school was last night. We had the handicap room which the bathroom was so dirty we didn't even take a shower there. The plaster dust from putting up the handicap bars was all over the bathroom. When my husband grabbed the grab bar next to the toilet to get up his hand slipped off the bar because of all the plaster dust. I wonder how long that has been like that? I am sure they did not just put up all the bars that day. I spoke with the man behind the desk about it, he looked at me like he did not know what I was talking about & just said I am sorry & went about his business ignoring me.

Dirty mold on the bathroom walls very bed sucked I told the manager but he didn't care unprofessional staff rude and inconsiderate don't bother! Breakfast was weak! Would not put one star but it makes you put one on there to continue.

Very friendly, family oriented. The staff made me and my kids feel very welcomed and even went beyond their duties to help me. I could not be thankful enough. When you are striped away from everything the smallest kind acts mean the world. Having a roof over our heads, beds, hot shower was such a blessing. Thank you Asteria staff.

It was weird. The lady that checked me in was weird. I noticed the sign that that said 'no non-registered guests after 10 pm'. In town for work, my husband wasn't with for check in and I said he'd be in around 11pm. Her jaw dropped to the floor. She then rolled her eyes. After I picked him up and got back earlier than I thought as 10:30pm, there was a nicer man checking in another couple. No troubles. About the room though. It had a strange smell. I had to open the window wide and sprayed my perfume all over. The shower smelled gross like a sweaty fat man. And there was dog food on the floor. The nice thing was that they used body products that were hypoallergenic. But they were in huge dispensers and smelled like men's products. I'm a lady and I like to smell like a lady. Never going there again myself. But would recomend for a nights stay on your way through town on a budget.

Very comfortable bed, easy access on and off the expressway, great price.

DONT BOTHER! Worst place ever! Room was Gross! Beding was dirty and no hot water?!?! Are you kidding me this place is a joke worst hotel I have ever been too! My sister and I picked this place out on our road trip as to save a few bucks A HUGE MISSTAKE! This place was a joke staff was so rude the lady that checked us in was so unprofessional no smiles no nothing! Just because we got in late like 5mins after 10 treated us like dirt! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS HOTEL! BUG BITE INN CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Hotel is condemned. Call to check before booking to see if they are reopened. Very unhappy that we had to check with 4 other hotels for rooms because everyone else was booked… probably because this hotel was closed. Owners not helpful when we pulled up and learned about the situation.
