The service at Hotel Jackson is top-notch. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and special. The room was clean, especially the bathroom, which is a pet peeve for me. Great location if you want to walk to everything in downtown Jackson. Only downside was the view from our room, as it faced the top/back of a nearby restaurant which was kinda run down, but that’s not HJ’s fault and since I could also see mountains from our window, that made it better. Overall the amenities and staff made the experience exemplary!

Hotel quoted us $1100 for two nights but charged us $1472. They would not honor what they quoted. Told us due to dynamic rates it wouldn't be possible. We aren't even there yet!

This hotel and their managers are unethical. I had a family emergency come up and they would not even work with me on rescheduling. They told me they would not be able to resell my room and would only refund me half. I lost $1, 500 as a result. Then, when a friend of mine called to try to book a room for the exact same nights, after my room had been canceled, she was told they had no rooms available. I called Michael back and he told me that was because they require a 5 night minimum stay. The website says it’s a 3 night minimum stay requirement. Michael was condescending and awful. Do not stay here. There is also a complaint about this hotel on trip advisor about how unethical the hey are. Beware!

No doubt one of my favorite hotels. The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were cozy, and the hand squeezed orange juice was amazing. If you’re staying in Jackson, I highly recommend you check it out.

I can’t say enough greatness about Hotel Jackson! The entire staff is beyond excellent in making sure our stay here is exceptional! The room is fantastic, the food is delicious and has left a forever memory of a birthday weekend beyond comparison!

Been to Jackson hole 3 times. I understand progress. But in first time was the best in the 1984. Less people. But I still loved it lash year.

I won't be staying any where else when I come back to Jackson Hole! First, location, location, location. The best spot in Jackson Hole for sure. All of the best restaurants, shops and night life are within walking distance. We went skiing and snowmobiling and everything is easy to access from this hotel.
Second, the hotel is medium priced but the stay, amenities and staff are by far superior to any other hotel in the area (I would have expected to pay more). The hotel itself is modern, trendy and full of surprises. A mirror that doesn't fog when you take a hot shower, an amazing library, a "boots room" that you leave your boots in over night while the room dries and heats your boots so they are ready to go in the morning! A top notch restaurant where I literally ate the best omelet of my life. I could go on.
Lastly, I save the best part. The staff goes above and beyond and is always making sure you are enjoying the stay. Dorian made this trip something my friends and I will never forget. Dorian you rock buddy! We will be back 100% and we will be bringing all of our friends and family!

Very charming town, great ski resort, amazing culinary. One of the best boutique hotels I've ever been. Staff is very friendly, decoration is modern, room has great space.

Located conveniently. Interior design is very nice. A bit pretentious, but it's understandable considering the price. Service and atmosphere were impeccable. One "not so great" detail — my friend had to wait very long for her order at the hotel's restaurant FIGS. However, overall very pleasant experience.

We stayed here 27-31 August and were truly impressed by the first rate team the General Manager John Rutter has assembled to work here. Every employee — the front desk receptionists, door men, concierge (Marco was incredibly helpful getting us a rafting trip), house keepers, food and beverage manager, head hostess and everybody else in a leadership position, to Mr. Rutter himself was always helpful, smiling, upbeat and knew they were all part of the team, regardless of their position. An example of this was one night on their back deck restaurant business picked up and everybody got involved in order to ensure things ran smoothly. The head hostess, assistant general manager and the food and beverage director all started cleaning tables, filling water glasses and bringing out meals. Nobody was above helping out. This is very rare but it's indicative of a common sense of purpose and sound leadership. Well deserved 5 star rating.

Tiny information place. The workers were really helpful and sweet. They provided some good alternatives for camping, since we went when the campgrounds were closed.

Walking into Hotel Jackson you are immediately greeted with a smile by the man opening the door for you. The entire staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home. We ate breakfast one morning during our 3 day stay. I had the omlet and sausage which was great! My boyfriend had the waffle, it was equally delicious. The bar made great drinks as well and they deliver in a timely manor. If there is anything that one needs, call down to the front desk and it will be promptly brought up to you. One of the employees left us a very kind note thanking us for the tip and wishing us a wonderful stay. Absolutely will be going back to this hotel next time we visit! Everything here was enjoyable!

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Jackson in Jackhole Wy. Soon after its opening. The rooms are very elegant and the beds are great. Every detail in the rooms was thought out down to the small lighted mirror in the bathroom. The towels were plush and the sheets were the finest thread count. We were met at the front door by a young man who took care of our luggage and valet parked our truck. The front desk young lady had everything ready when we got there and check in was a breeze. The hotel manager recommended a restaurant, which was great in town, and even drove us there. We by chance met the owners and after talking with them know why their hotel will be a hugh success. They want their guests to be treated as guests in their home. We sure felt that way and will return for a longer visit in next trip to Jackson Hole. Joyce and John Van Every.

New Boutique Hotel, located steps from the central downtown. The staff was amazing, they arranged a whitewater rafting trip for me and a free house car to get to dinner a couple of times. The rooms were nice, contemporary, clean and new. I would come back and stay here again.

Hotel Jackson is an Excellent hotel of this class. The amazing architecture, the breath taking scenery, the rooms that are kept extremely clean, and the friendly and welcoming staff. All these factors have made my stay there a true vacation. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this great hotel to everyone planning on having a great times :) Just be there:) YOU WON'T REGRET IT :).

Terrible experience. Expect to get into a lot of obstacles when you try to work out a solution with them when you're in trouble. Booked and prepaid the hotel from June 15-18. Due to weather problem, flight got cancelled and I was stranded in Chicago airport on June 15. On June 16 2am I found out the airline couldn't rebook me until the 17th, so I had to cancel the trip. I called the hotel several times during this process and told them the situation, the staff told me their manager wasn't in and arranged that the manager to call me on 10am on the 16th. 10 am of the 16th came and went, no phone call. I had to call them twice on the 16th morning to get in touch of the manager M. She was courteous but she sounded apathetic and condescending. I tried to talk to her in good faith and see if I could get some deposit back (at least for the night of the 18th). She rejected and told me the cliched answer that if she does this for me she has to do the same for everyone whole cancels. I tried to explain to her it is a special situation cos it's out of my control, she wouldn't listen. I then called Expedia, and CS told me they are adamant about keeping the money but M's supervisor would call me again and offer me some credit. But again, I never hear anything back. I gave up. To you potential customers: BE AWARE.

Haven't stayed in the hotel, but lunch at Fig was delicious. The hotel lobby is beautiful.

The finest newly built boutique hotel in Jackson Hole. Family owned with pride! luxury to the bone. Gourmet kitchen, attention to details, and service beyond exception.

The old Woods Hotel no longer exists, it was torn down. Hotel Jackson is a new, luxury, first class hotel which is currently under construction. The reviews on this website are dated and not related to Hotel Jackson.

Their website is really amazing, because the rooms look nothing like it. The suite my family stayed in was filthy and the lock on the door barely worked. This isn't a hotel. It's a rundown motel with a new paint job. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Ok, no breakfast BUT very nice rooms and the best service I know. Woods is perfectly from the location. In the near is all what we need, bars, breakfast, bakery.
