Friendly people. Nice rooms. Good location.

We stayed at the hotel with a group for a funeral last weekend. They were willing to work with us on group rates which was very nice. The booking process was somewhat difficult. I ended up going in to book rooms for two parties that couldn't. I paid to hold the rooms. They were unable to locate one reservation so they just booked another room. The hotel then said the original reservation was a no-show… Then the hotel also charged us for smoking in a room that we weren't even rented, charging us hundreds of dollars. Working to fix this with the hotel now. I will update on if they made it right or not. Still waiting to check my credit card to see if they charged for the "no-show" room… whew… what a mess.

I found the bed very uncomfortable, but that is just me. Very nice room. Shower door wouldn't stay shut though. Nice breakfast.

Completely happy with my stay. I would Definitely recommend this place and if I go back to the area it is exactly the place I would stay again five stars from top to bottom got in late one night desk clerk went out of his way to find a place to get pizza for us excellent excellent place.

Rude unprofessional & racist.

Stayed July 3rd, beautiful hotel and a nice room. Left out for the day came back that evening, room was not cleaned, trash cans not emptied, dirty towels on floor, and bed was not made. Hotel Manager Ryan came from behind the desk, and cleaned our room and also put up shower curtains, there was none before, we took a bath. There for family reunion and I left 3 t shirts for my grand children in the room. Call back and was told no t shirts found, not only do they need help also need honest help. The shirts have our family’s last name so it’s nothing they can do with them but sleep in them or use as a rag, VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This newly opened hotel is absolutely beautiful, and a wonderful addition to the Grand Rapids metro area.

The location of Best Western Plus was wonderful and convenient for spending an evening out for dinner and a movie. The rooms are nice and spacious although it took some time getting used to a bathroom door with cracks at both ends. Gives the feeling of not having privacy. Great hotel though!

Very nice for the price! Everything is updated and not far from tons of shopping and stores.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We were forced to pay $131 per night for this hole by the hockey tournament we are playing in. I don't even know where to start! The a/c we were told only makes the room hotter so they gave us two fans! This is the highlight of our first night stay. I think enough said. I would not stay here myself if they paid me but we were forced as a family to stay here and to add insult to injury nearly at triple the going rate for this truck stop.

The first nite we stayed the poeple accross the hall had the police called all nite long thay were fighting l thought we're never going to get any sleep.

My brother and I stayed here for one night in May 2015, in total after taxes and fees it was $79. It was well worth the price. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Definitely the best Days Inn I have stayed at, most Days Inn are run down.

My wife and I came to grand rapids for mother's day. We have had a great stay in this hotel. The staff has been really friendly to us. I would recommend staying at this hotel to friends and family.

I stayed here for two nights with my boooooys, Drew Boo, RaRa, Daddy Matty and Andy K. There were stains all over the sheets and a chair, every hallway smelled like cigarettes at one point, despite its being a non-smoking hotel, the muffins and doughnuts were hard as a Keegan and I heard a drug deal go down in room 121.
