The entire staff was great!

Great place for hosting, wedding and events, beautiful banquet with hotel facility.

I took a tour at the re opening of the hotel, the rooms were nice as well as the staff. Ate several times at Nomad restaurant the food was excellent. They really did a good job Renovating the banquet center.

On a business trip, entire hotel staff has been fantastic, great service! Received an email while I was in a meeting to join the Hotel team for a Managers reception. Very nice touch. I’ll be staying again.

Husband is a powerlineman stayed here first of August on storm, was bit by bedbugs his
co worker in another room actually seen them, not only had to throw out luggage had allergic reaction to bites and had to seek medical treatment

This place is beautiful. The room was really nice. We had the standard king room. The customer service was great! The only issue we had was there is no pool. They have a dry sauna but that’s it. There is also no jacuzzi. The breakfast wasn’t appealing either. You also have to sit in the dining area because there are no dishes allowed in the room. There is no city view. Well a real city view. Another inconvenience was there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Great hotel for a great price. The hotel is very nice, clean and modern inside and out. The night manager was so genuinely nice and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and I loved the extras like the shower cap and sewing kit. The hot buffet breakfast was fabulous and included in our stay (loved the orange soda bread! ). A wonderful experience and I cant wait to go back!

Love this hotel. Great staff and great customer service. The food is awesome, rooms are clean and tidy… newly renovated. My "go to" hotel when I'm in town. Love it. Check it out for yourself!

Came for the Woodward dream cruise 8/18/18 excellent customer service from Megan and Janell, staff throughout were professional and friendly except the older gentleman in the restaurant at the bar. I had to go there to get ice for the room I stood there a while before he decided to acknowledge me when he finally did I explained I needed ice he gave me a look as if I was annoying him then said " well it will be a minute I'm busy, when he cane back he went to a guy who walked up after me and asked him what do you need and proceeded to take his order. The building is clean and nicely decorated, my room was clean very very nice and modern, nice sized TV, comfy bed with nice white linen, clean carpet fresh smell in room, nice curtains, nice modern furniture and bathroom great price. The free breakfast was awesome. Only con's an iron but no iron board, I needed a microwave and phone book.

Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very silent environment. This was my best stay in a hotel. Highly recomended.

Nice place for a variety of stays. Especially a weekend get away. Access to highways, shopping areas, and entertainment spots. A wonderful restaurant adjacent to the hotel provides a refreshing convenience. Small rooms but efficient.

I Love this Hotel I meet the owner AJ and he and his staff made me feel like I was at home. I come home every year To Detroit. And I will come every year to the Best Western. To stay when I'm on vacation.

A newly renovated 60 era hotel with friendly staff. The beds were comfy and rooms were clean. The general manager was engaged and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was quite tasty. Nice selection of options. Hot and cold cereals, toast and baked goods, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, roasted potatoes, waffle bar, coffee, and juice. Easily accessible from I-696. The attached restaurant did not appear to be open yet. On the whole enjoyed my stay.

Good find in Southfield! The rooms are modern yet cozy. The breakfast is good! The staff are friendly. The gym is okay for short stays. A satisfied repeat visitor.

My husband gave me 3 days notice that we needed a hotel room so I started searching came across this one checked the reviews and decided to book I'm so glad I did our room was amazing nice very clean the staff was very friendly and helpful the food at the bar was delicious even though it was a lil pricey still worth every penny the bed was so comfortable I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Detroit.

Excellent Hotel! Great service! The staff on every level, general managers, night time and day time staff were so accommodating, friendly and professional. I love the rooms… a European feel with the antique mirrors gives it a great ambience. A great use of space all the way around. Bed was very comfortable. I will be staying there when I come to Detroit. And will tell my friends. Namaste.

I originally booked a room at a different hotel. But I read that this hotel had WAY better reviews so I switched. I should have kept our original hotel as it couldn’t be worse than this place! We had 3 room changes! Our first room, the sheets had hair in them and several yellow stains. They apologized and then gave us a new room on a higher floor. Me and my boyfriend get into bed and we find a sock in our sheets! At this point obviously the cleaning staff are not doing their jobs and actually cleaning the sheets or they would have found the sock when changing the bed. We are exhausted and getting extremely upset. We call the front desk and they say they will switch us rooms again. The lady comes up and apologized and said that when she goes to hotels she usually has her Lysol to sanitize everything. Isn’t that the point of housekeeping?!? To clean the room? Worst place ever. We will never stay at this hotel again.
