It's a nice hotel when you first arrive it doesn't look like much but once you get inside it is very very nice well worth the money spent.

Fantastically Run Hotel! Updated rooms and newly renovated common areas, a good continental breakfast in the morning not some cheap cereal thrown in the corner. Easy location to get back onto Southfield and Northwestern Highway.

Recently was helping hosting a benefits and it was such a good place, the room was so affordable and I just loved all the staffs personality and their politeness, and hospitality.

Stayed at this hotel Thursday night before going to Detroit Zoo today! Very nice rooms, clean, comfortable bed and very roomy.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was the usual for Choice Hotels and filling. Loved the cinnamon roll flavored waffle mix and also the option of sugar free syrup.
We purchased our zoo tickets with a discount package and saved us lots of time not having to stand in the long line at the zoo.
We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were so nice and exquisite! Couldn't get an extended stay… Can you believe they wanted 50.00 to check out at 3pm.

The staff was great at this place. David, the manager, allowed me to check in earlier than that usually allow, and Derek at the front desk was super friendly and helpful as well.

Was pleasantly surprised with our room. We had a King size suite with Jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable & the room was clean. Staff was also friendly. We will definitely be returning!

The new renovated rooms are wonderful! The breakfast area was renovated as well it is awesome!

Except the bad shower and bathtub, anything else was good without any complaints. The breakfast is good and has a nice options. The room was clean and comfortable.

I took my fiance here for his birthday and we enjoyed it. Nice size room, comfy bed and it was clean. The jacuzzi was nice as well. Great stay I will come back soon.

Nothing out of the ordinary of all the hotels. Just breakfast is simple. And that's it. Nothing nuebo.

We had a date night at this hotel and everything was fine. The room was newly remolded and large for a traditional room. I would just suggest to your housekeeping to make sure to wipe down the shower walls. There was still some soap left from guests before us. I work in hospitality so I notice these things. We also were allowed a late check out (we asked when we checked in) but our door was knocked on every 20 mins for an hour in the morning. Seemed like the communication lacked between front desk & housekeeping. Other than that, the woman who checked us in was friendly and was genuinely interested in how my day was which made me feel welcomed.

The carpet was filthy, my white gym socks turned brown when I walked across the floor. The room was as clean as previous Comfort Inns I have been too. This is a really sad example of a Comfort Inn. I like the company that is why I stay there. The corporation needs to investigate this place.

My Husband and I were here a few weeks ago and had a slight snafu… but the customer service here is Amazing. So we're back and all is well. The free breakfast is Great added bonus!

Hotel is clean and reasonably updated. Staff is nice. Breakfast is ok. Walls and ceiling have zero soundproofing. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the next room and every foot step on the floor above. Regularly see bums wandering the parking lot.

I had visited for a meeting in one of the lobby rooms. Everything was clean and organized with no frustrating points. Overall it was a very straightforward experience.

The hotel over all is a good stay. The hotel needs a little updating. There is a decent amount of food to eat at the breakfast. Room was nice and clean but would be nice that if you get a queen size bed it is truly a queen size.

It was great everyone was very helpful to the ladies at the front desk to the cleaning ladies and great breakfast. Would recommend highly.

I used to enjoy this place. The rooms are always comfortable and clean, but don't come at night because depending on who is there, they will let you stand outside with a locked door and just look at you refusing to simply inform you that you need to pick up the telephone or swipe a card to get in… good professional customer service can be hit or miss, and their main kitchenette worker leaves much to be desired depending on what you look like if you catch my drift.

Nicely surprised with the quality of the room. It was very roomy and quite clean. Smelled fresh and crisp. A. C. Worked fantastic. Quiet and bright, cheerful hallways. Warm cookies at night in lobby, fruit infused ice water to accompany. Coffee ready in lobby at 4am, breakfast 6-10am. Lots of options. Everyone should find something that satisfies with all the breakfast choices. Waffles were my choice, fun to make and ready in minutes. Come and make yourself at home here, when you can't be at your home. Maybe I'm easily satisfied but I thought it was a really cozy, comfy and welcoming place to stay. Well definitely come back.

The room was nice, breakfast was pretty good. I really liked the made yo order waffles. The lobby had a lot of people yelling whichbwas tough but overall not a bad stay.
