Came back to celebrate 5 year anniversary. The staff was very polite and friendly. The continental breakfast had an awesome spread.

Don't try to make a left turn out of the hotel, you'll need to wait a long time or floor it when you see a small opening. You are better off taking multiple rights and then a left, or what for your GPS to redirect you. The is conveniently located by many shops and stores.

Great area rooms are nice. The breakfast area is super small though.

They really care about their customers, customer care and customer service. If there is a misunderstanding they quickly take care of the problem. Unlike some hotels and motels they really clean there linens and rooms with no hesitations and make sure all the housekeepers are doing their jobs. I highly recommend this place. Comfort away from comfort.

Friendly staff, very helpful. The store is a little on the small side, but it's directly across the street from a Meier, so it's also not entirely necessary. (sidewalks are a problem in the area, but there is a lighted crosswalk). They have a 'managers reception' a couple of nights a week, too — similar to an Embassy Suites, but generally lower grade booze and snacks — still a nice touch.

I had a good stay at this hotel. My room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Everything was very nice and I would stay again, but the room was extremely warm and did make sleep a little less relaxing.

I enjoyed a clean room, decent, free breakfast, and a comfortable bed. I do resent the current trend of charging for Wi-Fi, which they do if you want decent coverage.

Just remodeled. I stay here whenever I am in the area. Best price in the area, hot breakfast, nice staff. The place isn't the most fancy, but I am just looking for a place to sleep when I am in the area.

Typical Hampton inn but no HBO. All other factors being equal, a deal breaker for me.

I have been traveling for my business, and with the reasonable rates and accommodations it is the right fit. Rooms are comfortable and the morning breakfast it hot and waiting for me every morning. Twice a week they have a lite dinner and refreshments available for guests.

Typical Hampton Inn, rooms are neat it is used a strict room deo. Breakfast also includes Hampton Inn typical, in the evenings (5pm-7pm) there is free beer in the reception area.

I have stayed here in the past, but the rooms seem to have gone downhill. On my most recent visit, the carpet under the air conditioner in my room was soaking wet (and I mean three feet of wet carpet, not some small spot) and the room was extremely humid (82% according to my portable thermometer and humidity gauge; by contrast it was only 71% outside). The front desk politely moved me to an adjacent room where the situation was only slightly better (no soaked carpet, but still very humid and the floor felt so dirty that I laid bath towels on the floor rather than walk barefoot on it). The front desk then offered me a third room, but on inspection it was no better in terms of humidity. Yes, the air conditioners in the latter two rooms were working, which should have helped with the humidity, but that apparently wasn't enough to resolve the issue. While the front desk was helpful, the whole affair was really inconvenient and I didn't sleep well, neither of which are things one looks for in a hotel experience.

Jodi, the night guy was beyond helpful when we discovered the booking page didn't reserve our room. He found us a room and got us all taken care of while being friendly, chatting with us and seeming genuinely interested in our trip. Our room was clean, the beds comfortable, even breakfast was good. If you ever need a place to stay the night I highly recommend staying here.

Pleasant place, maybe a little small, but very economical. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot breakfast, afternoon guest socials with wine, beer, and food. Would stay here again.

We needed to find a place to stay while we had some work done at our house. We used our Hilton Honors points and could stay for 3 nights. The same amount of points would have gotten us one night at Embassy Suites. This Hampton is impressive! The manager and her entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional. Free hot breakfast each morning. Last night and tonight they had free wine/beer/etc. And a warm snack/meal. They may have it other nights, but we are checking out tomorrow. Last night's food was beef stew and chips & salsa and tonight was chicken wings and chips & salsa. Couldn't have had a better experience! Room was very clean and well furnished. Highly recommended and we are extremely picky and well-traveled.

Location is good near alot of shopping and food. Rooms pretty clean and spacious but there service sucked not only was I double charged but no one could tell me why. Im going to have to dispute charges, major hassle.

My Brother and I stayed here for 1 week and the staff are extremely freindly, the room is very comfortable. The Hotel is easy to find. My one slight gripe is that as with many hotels in the USA, that there is no Bar or Restaurant in the Hotel, although these can be found locally.
