Smells like a wet on hallway, + smell disgusting food coming when someone is cooking, no plastic dishes no toothbrush or toothpaste no coffee machine can't get hot water, it is overpriced I rather use airnab! I'll definitely not come back here. Waste of money, no room service and 100$ per night good business, wow.

Staff is great and polite and although they say the facilities are renewed they seem pretty run down and the free Wi-Fi connection is seriously bad and slow.

Hotel looked great upon arriving. Stayed for 3 days. Beware if you plan to cook/have food for the tiny brown ants everywhere. At one point I found 4 ants crawling up the blankets on the bed. Called the office and they brought up new sheets/blankets and a can of bug spray that we had to spray around the room ourselves! We weren’t offered another room nor a discount. Will not be rebooking.

The hotel was nice and clean. Also the staff was very pleasant and nice to deal with. I definitely would recommend this hotel and visit in the future.

This was a great stay for me and my family staff was awesome rooms were clean its very rare you find a room with nothing wrong anything I needed staff was quick to assist me overall relaxing would recommend to everybody 2 thumbs up guys ill be back.

Staff is extremely efficient, and friendly. Bedding and linen is high end. I would recommend it.

I don't really have much to say. Sometimes I like to just get a room, and hang out for the night. This is usually where I go. Everything is clean and well kept. Just needs an ice machine.

Functioned a nice place to relax while on a work trip. Clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay with my two little dogs. They had their own queen bed but they still slept with me of course. The place is nice but they did need to vacuum under the bed a bit more. My dogs went under there and came back with a little chip. Not a big deal as the rest was super clean. The bathroom was all new and the wood floors were really nice in the bathroom and vanity. Plus a huge kitchen with everything you could need. Very nice!

This hotel was not clean (with obvious trash on the floor and furniture), hair in the sink and even the pillows. The front desk, when informed of this, said that rooms "are usually clean" (? ) and only offered a different room once I insisted. After checking the second room, I almost immediately noticed hair on the pillow. Needless to say, we packed up and went to the Detroit Sheraton down the street! Sheraton was more than accommodating and not only matched the rate but gave us free Wi-Fi and breakfast vouchers! I will NEVER stay at another Extended Stay America. They are dirty and do NOT care about their guests.

Not happy… we booked 2 queen beds & a sofa bed & the first 2 rooms did not have sofa beds & the first one I walked into smelled terrible! The lady @ the desk was very sweet & trying to accommodate us. She finally got us our room which was very accommodating but now our shoes are sticking to the wood floor as we walk. So, my husband took a damp towel & with his foot went around & mopped the floor. The towel was black! I'm not a happy camper!

Friendly staff. Quiet. Halls, common areas, parking, stairs/elevator, vending and laundry clean and welcoming. Room was nice, but looked like they hadn't swiffered under the bed in awhile… lota of dust bunnies and remnants of the previous guests. Also, television was small and not the best picture quality. All-in-all though, our stay was nice.

When we walked into our room we were surprised at how nice it was. It had a separate living room next to the kitchen. It had 2 closest and a nice bathroom. The heater worked a little too well. We were both too warm.

We were appalled by how dirty our room was. Immediately upon entering, the strong smell of smoke was quite apparent (even though there are non smoking room signs posted everywhere). The kitchen floor was sticky. We asked if we could borrow something to clean it with. We were told it was sticky due to a floor cleaner buildup. We ended up cleaning the floors ourselves and the wipes we used were black. The kitchen floor also had crumbs on it as did the stove from the previous occupant. We found slippers under the bed which to us was a sign the room was not adequately vacuumed. We did ask for a vacuum of the room. The front desk told us they would take care of it and also fumigate the room from the smoke. Whether they did, the room still appeared and smelled the same. The rug also had alot of stains and could stand to be replaced. We also did not have an ironing board but the staff did find one to put in the room. The noise level is another factor to take into consideration. We were on the second floor and could hear everything from the person above us, including use of the shower and toliet. The idea of an Extended Stay hotel is a good one. A much more detailed inspection needs to be done by supervisors and management on the level of cleanliness they are marketing.

Responsible guest with service dog kicked out of this facility — — stayed here before — — its the same — — customer no service. i am visually impaired disabled person with service dog kicked out of this extended stay for making one too many requests — — such as having the stove fan and light work, telephone information card accessible, information and instruction how to use the phone in the hotel (my cell phone died) the dog next door to stop barking all day, how to navigate using the air conditioner (i am visually impaired and it is hard for me to read the buttons). In the handicap room, there are no tables or desks. And according to the general manager there shall be no such items allowed or provided in the room. Period! there is only a small counter for wheelchair accessibility. the staff was put out by such requests. i am visually impaired and was offered the handicap room which has no place to hang your clothes. I guess disabled people don't hang their clothes. There is one counter but no place to eat such as a table or desk. I guess disabled people don't eat either! general manager will tell you to leave if you hold the facility to their contract. I was kicked out due requesting reasonable accommodation of a desk to setup my laptop and scanner so I could scan documents and use a screen reader to read / listen to them. Using words like "please" and "thank you" are not recognized in this facility. customer no service! nice hotel, curt, lazy, unprofessonal staff.

Does the trick. Staff friendly. Room a good size and well heated. Large fridge and adequate cooking facilities. Close to highway and meijers works well.

Extended stay provides a clean room and comprehensive amenities for anyone who needs a long term stay in the novo area.

Quiet nice atmosphere. Set in back not allot of traffic and customer service is wonderful. Will always stay here when in area.

Great location, right off the expressway. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
