Incredible experience! The hotel is a little cold but I think that's just because it's old. Make sure you bring a sweater!
The property is beautiful and I loved having coffee in the sitting rooms! Our check in/out staff were very friendly. The location is great as we could walk to the arena easily. The only downside is for the price, I feel they could invest in better beds. Ours was extremely small and creaky, and for almost $300 I would of expected a nicer sleep experience. Other than a small issue with the key swiper not working that night (which was fixed with a quick call) it’s a great location to stay at. There is parking on site and there was coffee and juice and breakfast down in the dining room! It’s worth a visit but treat yourself to a king room bc if not you’ll regret it.

Worst experience ever! We called ahead to let them know our flight was arriving around 10pm and we would be there directly afterwards. We arrived around 10:30 rang the Ring doorbell, called and texted the numbers provided on the door for over an hour in the wind and rain with no response. Finally we had to try to find a new place to stay and take an Uber to get there. Finally we got a call back at 1230 in the morning from 2 different employees. One saying she left early and another saying she left late. Don’t waste your time and money trying to stay at a place where employees make their own hours and don’t care about their guests.
