I just recently blocked off and booked ten rooms for my wedding at this hotel. It was the worst customer service and organization I have ever received from a hotel. Every time one of my friends or family members went to reserve a room they were hung up on more than once, told there is no rooms for weddings blocked off, or that they have no idea what the person was talking about. I had an out of town guest go to check into their room around 4 PM (being told check in was at 3pm) and her room wasn't ready. Once she got her room the refrigerator wasn't working she paid about 70 dollars more for a suite and the only difference between a suite and a standard room is a sink and a tub. Not worth the price at all. The day of my wedding I was told that the groom and I didn't have a room at all and that it has been cancelled. Obviously that was the NOT the case. The person working at the hotel then says it was the grooms fault he booked the room for the day before. I check our confirming email from the hotel and he booked it for the correct day it was in fact the hotels error. They were sold out so they had no room to give us even though it was their error. The grooms mother happened to be in line when all of this happened and ended up giving us her room and she had to stay at a hotel across the street. One of my bridesmaid was charged twice for her room. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone I know. Horrible horrible customer service and their staff and manager seems to have no clue what is going on. Dont stay at this awful hotel.
