Found a bed bug. Took it to the front desk she looked at the cup like it was no big deal. (I work at a hotel). She then moved us rooms. Upon checking out today there was a housekeeper cleaning the room the bed bug was found as if we stayed the entire time and there was no bed bug found.

Very friendly, clean rooms and very quiet to sleep. Beds are hard but comfy. Ill be back.

We showed up at 1:30 and were told our room wouldn't be ready until after 3:00. NONE of the facilities, INCLUDING breakfast were closed due to COVID-19. I wish Choice would have told us that at booking because I would have booked at Holiday Inn, where we could have at least gotten breakfast with our stay! Pathetic communication!

As someone who works third shift I greatly appreciate your morning crew. I came in after getting out of work (approximately 5:30am) and was greeted by the early morning crew. Pam is awesome. Both people working this morning were helpful and informative. I will absolutely be recommending the Birch Run location to all of my out of town contacts. Absolutely five star service.

Great place to stay. Nice rooms. But the best thing is the staff is especially Meaghan at the front desk, super friendly and accommodating the best. Also Marisa at the breakfast bar saw her go above and beyond to help a disabled quest get back to his room. We were there for the epic flood that turned the hotel into an island. And still enjoyed our stay.

Really was a pleasant stay at the comfort Inn birch run. Very clean, staff friendly, hot tub was wonderful except… very loud annoying buzzing sound which was the motor for the hot tub. I wanted a nice relaxing moment after a stressful day in the hot tub, did not enjoy the buzzing noise of the motor. Please fix soon. Great breakfast choices. Mini egg and cheese omelets, sausage links, waffles, yogurt, fruit, Danish, everything was great. Highly recommend.

Well my Wife of 38 years and I have been coming to this Comfort Inn since 1998. The Staff is super Friendly and always makes sure we are good. The food is not bad either. Breakfast this Morning consisted of some half cut egg omlet triangles and some brown and serve style sausage links. It was quite tasty and the atmosphere was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a comfortable 2 night stay here with my family. Good hot and cold breakfast, great staff, and clean rooms. Would stay again if in the area.

This was an amazing place to stay! Lots of parking, shops and food near by! The rooms were so clean, the front desk was so welcoming and friendly! The staff was also very nice! The breakfast was fresh and good!

Impressive! Clean and modern hotel. Took care of everything and provided all the little "extras" such as water with lemon and popcorn in the lobby, detailed notes on working our two person got tub and even a FAQ sheet at check in about the hotel and local area attractions. Beautiful pool area, vending & even a tiny arcade. We will absolutely be back again when visiting in the area!

Clean lobby that looks recently updated. We stayed in a king hot tub room, and it was very nice. The staff was super friendly, and we had a very nice breakfast before checking out. I would recommend this place!

Location was great, went to birch run. Room was very clean & beds were comfy. Hot tub hours weren't long enough & they only allowed 5 in at a time so we weren't able to enjoy that.

Last minute decision to stay an extra night in the area decided on Comfort Inn. Now wishing we had stayed our whole trip here! Rooms are so spacious, have 2 littles that like to sleep on the floor and they had plenty of area to do that. Rooms very clean. Beautiful breakfast area with bacon, sausage, toast, bagels, waffles more! Decent pool and hot tub. Room had a fridge and microwave did I mention it was spacious?!

Very nice rooms, pool was clean, the breakfast was full right up till 11 with a large selection! The staff was helpful with a few things we forgot and the best part for us was the FREE POPCORN in the lobby!

Clean room and spotless bathroom with a super comfy bed and nice linens. Everything we needed at an affordable rate. Pool was crowded with kids having a great time. Front desk was very professional.

It was a good location. Bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi tub was a little small for 2 people but still nice.

My family does a family reunion/ Christmas party here every year in their large meeting room. I feel like its a nice place to host a large gathering. The rooms are also roomy and the beds are firm and comfortable. The staff leaves you be, unless you need something and then they provide great service. The breakfast is fantastic the next morning!

I love this place. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good, and all was clean. We had a small problem with the laptop to hook to the Wifi and they got it to work for us. Would recommend this Comfort Inn.

The Comfort Inn staff was amazing! They went out of their way to greet and assist us. The breakfast was great as well. The hot part of the breakfast was not as amazing as the rest of the breakfast, but still decent. The room was clean and spacious. I would definetly stay here again and I would recommend Comfort Inn.

Had a first floor room just off of an entrance which was perfect. King bed was very good and large pillows were comfortable. Hot tub was at the perfect temperature, pool a little cooler than I would have liked but it was the hot tub I wanted anyway. Location of hotel very convenient for access to either Birch Run or Frankenmuth. Breakfast buffet OK but crowded and variety could have been a little better, had the same 2 main items both mornings we were there, minor issue though, all other things considered. We stay here every trip to Frankenmuth.

From the front desk all the way around the building the staff here is very friendly nice they're here to please and take care of you any question you ask they have the correct answer beautiful beautiful place to stay.

If you are visiting the Frankenmuth area this is the hotel to stay at. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast was great! The location is perfect between the shopping at burchrun and Frankenmuth. Not to mention there is a meijer right behind in case you forgot something! They are also very festive!

Very nice place to stay, the bed was not too hard and not too soft, the pillows gave you a choice too. The bed sheets were nice, I didn't feel like I was laying in a hospital bed. The breakfast was fine and the Staff was courteous and pleasant. The price was would you would expect.

Comfortable room, clean, newer hvac system. Breakfast okay, but nothing special. No problems found. Will stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, didn't smell, and fully stocked. Continental breakfast was good but nothing more than standard. Pool area was clean and quiet and peaceful. Gym had the basics to get a decent workout in on the road.

My husband and I have stayed at Comfort Inn many times on our trips to the Outlet mall. We have tried other Hotels and we always end up back at the Comfort Inn. The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean. They have fresh popcorn to snack on in the lobby. The breakfast they offer is very good. Newspapers are at the desk. Pool and hot tub inside to use no matter what time of year. It's a lot of value for your money.

I will preface this by saying that my family (my husband, teenager daughter, 4 year old daughter, 1 year old son, and myself) stayed here for just one evening in anticipation of spending the next day shopping at the outlet mall nearby and wandering around Frankenmuth. We drove up after I got off work on Friday night, and we didn't arrive until after 9pm: The staff made my late check-in with three kids super easy, the room was huge and clean, and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back! The room was spacious with two beds and more than enough room to pop up my son's Pack N Play.

We had a great time. Few things were a little dirty. Greasy finger prints on remote, a hair in the jacuzzi tub. Nothing major though we just rinsed out the tub before use. Only thing I didnt like was when I booked the room, I booked one with a jacuzzi tub AND fireplace and the room didnt come with a fireplace nice room just didnt get what I thought I was paying for.
Also parking was VERY limited. We grabbed the last spot in the whole place and when we woke up, cars were parked along side of the building. The Staff was nice helpful and friendly and there was lots to do inside. Vend machine, game room, pool and hot tub… we will more than likely come back to this location but will triple make sure Im getting the room I prebooked.

The pool is ICE COLD hot tub full of bubbles. Yesterday and today told front desk repeatedly and they keep saying oh YEA we'll have someone look into it. The pool can not be 65 degrees at most that is not swimmable. Free breakfast was fake eggs made bad. My room was very nice! Mondays front desk girl rude, told her popcorn was EMPTY she acted like she did not hear me my sister and niece all say empty.

Ok if you are handicap don't stay here. There is not enough parking for the handicap. There is only 2 handicap parking spaces that is right where the elevator is. I hand to leave this hotel due to no parking and plus my room hand water damage in the bathroom in the ceiling and where the shower is and also had water damage right on the upper part of the wall right above the bed and the was for room 350. For the price I paid for this room it was not worth it and the farthest room from the elevator. It would be a decent hotel also if the had a cleaning staff on duty when they have events in the area for kids.

My company uses their meeting room for a variety of functions. They always take good care of us. Thank you for great hospitality!

Place was great clean and front desk is helpful, they have a pool and small gym, only one elevator which takes forever. They breakfast has a decent selection and the front desk provides unlimited popcorn. If you just need a bed this place is perfect.

Nice big rooms, and was very clean. I wish the rooms were a little more sound proof, especially since you cannot run the fan in the room to drown out outside noise. Breakfast was okay, but nothing great. Would stay here again.

Nice room, had a stale smoke smell to it, but you got used to it as you were in the room (but we were in a non-smoking room). Ordinary hotel breakfast. Very pleasant staff.

Room was clean. It was no-smoking, but it had the stale smell of smoke from when it was a smoking room. Comfortable beds, pillows. Good choice of food for breakfast. Easy access to outlet malls and Frankenmuth.

Our room was great, large, clean and with everything that the website said it would be. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were soft. Room darkening curtains, microwave, fridge. The staff and housekeeping were as nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty. If I had to change 1 thing, I would have requested that the pool water was warm. It was too cold to enjoy but the hot tub was perfect. I had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, smelt good, but wish it was more sound proof.

We woke up to a flat tire on a Sunday and were stuck waiting for repair on it. We left the kids at the hotel to swim and called when we found out that the only open tire shop would take over an hour to repair. We called the hotel to let them know we would be 30-45 mins late checking out and they charged us a half day stay. After swimming in the pool that had rusted and sharp metal around the windows and a hot tub that wouldn't operate, this added up to the last time we stay at that hotel. We spend at least one night a week at a choice hotel and this one is off the list.

Location was good, service was good, but room was dusty.

This hotel in Burch Run, Michigan was very well kept up and clean. The only thing I did not like was how slow the water came out of the shower head when I went to take my shower. It should have came out faster than what it did.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn on Thanksgiving. The front desk staff at check-in were friendly and for a discount hotel, everything appeared to be well kept and clean. The room was big. When I went to sleep, I noticed a little black bug on my top sheet which I flicked off without giving a second thought. A single bug isn't worth getting upset over. However, the next day red bumps started appearing on my body, arms, and even my face. They were bed bugs and their bites are very itchy and I keep finding more. I called the hotel today to alert them that they have bed bugs and their response was "sorry. " I appreciate the apology, but this is really, really gross. I've slept in dodgy places in third world countries and have never suffered from anything like this.
