Great stay. Well maintained room. Extremely comfortable bed. Huge shower. Close to restaurants and shopping. Will stay there again.

This hotel is nice and very clean. We got a king bed suite for our wedding and it is a very large and nice room, but the bed is very short! I'm 5'5 and my feet were hanging over the edge. They do not have a buffet style breakfast which is kind of a pain. You go down wait for it like a restaurant then charge it to your room or use an electronic coupon. Kind of odd. We did have issues with our room block and employees were not trained on how to access it failing to give some of our guests discounts, and being unable to tell me how many rooms were left. I had to go to them personally living 2 hours away. The manager was sweet fixed the room blocks, and comped our rooms for the trouble (free). Still, was a nice hotel. And they have brand new showers… the big open ones. Some ppl like but I'm not a fan. I recommend going to check it out for yourself. They do also have a pool and gym and an outdoor patio with a fire pit.

The hotel has a modern look. I appreciate the sharp style and swift check-in. There are many stores and restaurants nearby, but I did not feel the need to leave the hotel. The bar/restaurant in the hotel has a decent amount to chose from. The pool is a bit small, and there is no hot tub, but thay is not all that important to me. The fitness center is more than adequate, and so is the business center. The courtyard in back of the hotel is comfortable, with a woodlone view. Everything I have mentioned would normally make this a 4 star hotel, but the price was so reasonable, that I feel that I received a 5 star deal. I will be staying here again.

Nice building, quiet area. The sitting/breakfast area is spacious & cozy. There is also a bistro here. The staff has been courteous & accommodating. Our room is very clean & the decor is tasteful. Restaurants and shopping are very close. *late addition — the bed & pillows were super comfortable. It was a great night's sleep.

This modern hotel is conveniently located in Battle Creek. It has a little café in the comfortable lobby which serves a variety of healthy breakfast options. The excellent staff and service is always friendly and prompt. I've had a couple requests which were fulfilled in a timely fashion with aplomb. Whenever I need to do business in Battle Creek, this is the hotel that I choose.

Becoming less and less impressed with the Courtyard brand. Especially these newer built facilities, very poor construction and finish.

I have stayed here many times, but housekeeping is extremely noisy and knocked even when the Do Not Disturb sign was out. Very frustrating to try and sleep. Besides housekeeping and their slamming doors as they check rooms, the hotel is clean and has a beautiful fire PIT outside.

Front desk lady was polite and friendly. The lobby and Bistro was classy. The room was smaller than I thought it would be ut decent. However, wasn't nearly as clean and old food was in the refrigerator.

Very friendly staff. They are always ready to help at any time day or night. One of the best places to stay in Battle Creek Michigan.

The lobby area by the pool/elevators smelled strange, not like chlorine though, I can't place the smell. The room was nice, updated, newer hotel. The shower was open with just a glass wall divided the shower from the rest of the bathroom, it looked nice but a lot of water splashed and the heat escaped and I was cold. All the staff I saw was friendly and outgoing. They are close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Rooms were clean, nice, and up to date. The staff were friendly. Beds were very comfortable. It was cold outside and they had a very inviting fire out back! Very nice!

This is the best 2-3star hotel I've ever been at. I've slept at a lot of 4, 5 stars too, but for this price, it's unbeatable. Clean room, no odor, less than 2 yr hotel, bonfire at the backyard, new fitness center, fair swimming pool, clean lobby, etc. I don't know about the Holiday Inn/Towneplace Suites nearby, but I think this hotel's the best! Idk about the breakfast yet.

Very clean and modern especially for the area that it is in. I was very impressed when we checked in all the amenities it had and the cleaniness of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very nice hotel! Rooms are fresh and clean, beautifully decorated. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Property is only 3 years old, excellent condition.

Recently stayed with my family for a travel softball tournament. We were locked out of our room and the desk workers did not know where the emergency keys were to unlock the door. They called the manager on call and they proceeded to tell us he was too drunk to drive in. They tried to contact the maintenance that was on call, no answer. My daughter just got out of the pool and was soaking wet and my other daughter needed to get her meds from the room. They tried to pry the door open with no luck. About 1:00 am we were given another room to stay in. The workers the next day treated us terribly. Questioning us who would allow someone to pry open a room… I called and left a message for the manager asking for at least one night compensation and I never received a call back. I had to call on that following Monday and speak to someone. And all I received was an apology. My family stays at many hotels and this was the worst experience we have ever encountered and we just became reward members. We have never had to complain about a stay.

Rooms were clean. Staff friendly and polite. If you plan go leave hotel to eat, plan on a 5-15 minute ride. No restaurants in quick walking distance from hotel.

I was there with a group of friends for an overnight trip to Firekeepers. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice for a Courtyard. There were some holes in the wall where it looks like they may have demounted the phone. Other than that I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. And the staff were more than exceptional and overly accommodating! Felt so at home I extended my stay here 1 more day!

Great stay. However they promoted roll-away beds on the website and I was told they don't have those when I checked in.

Each time we stay it's so clean. We come down about every other month. It's a Five star.

Sent a client here to stay while on weekend business. The service is terrible. Lady on the phone sounded bored, and she was frankly quite rude. Was told there were hairs on the bed sheets and the room was way too small. For a Marriott this is unacceptable. Will be sending my business to another hotel in town from now on.

Beautiful hotel. We were staying the night New Years Eve and they had a shuttle to the Firekeepers Casino for $10 a person. Super comfortable beds and DirectTV.

Courtyard Battle Creek is a newer addition to the collection of hotels in Battle Creek, and it really shows. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern furnishings, the lobby is tastefully decorated, and the staff is generally very nice. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are planning to stay in Battle Creek.

You have what you need but the Wi-Fi is very slow. The rest is regular for a courtyard.

Very nice hotel and very new. All up to date style and features. Excellent place to just sit in by outside by their fire and read a book, or relax in the very spacious rooms. Love it.

We are staying here for a wedding a few minutes away. Our first night here was great. When we woke up Saturday morning we heard nothing but nonstop stomping above us. I called the front desk and told them about it and they said they would take care of it. The stomping didn't stop. An hour went by so I contacted the front desk only to learn that she only called the room, but no one answered! So she didn't take any further action! I've had to listen to this stomping for an hour while she did nothing! I called again and she said she would send someone up there. The stomping is still going on! It's been two hours! I would check into the Holiday Inn Express next door, but it is all booked. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I worked at a hotel when I was in college. Worst customer service from the front desk! If you find yourself in Battle Creek avoid this hotel!

Really bad experience this time. Front desk rep Christina (worst experience so far) was very rude! I forgot my toothpaste and was told to come down to comedown and get from the marketplace. The shower sink was choked and had to wait at least 20 mins to have someone come in, couldn't even take proper shower. I had to call twice before someone showed up. I will not stay at this hotel again!

Nice, new design Courtyard. Off the beaten path so it's quiet. Close to a few restaurants. Directions were not the most direct route and I kept thinking it couldn't possibly be right, but they got me there.

The rooms are super nice. The furniture and bathroom are all really nice and modern. My only critique is that there is no hot tub.

The room & the hotel is extremely modern and exactly what we are looking for on this business trip. However there was one major flaw, the hotel did not offer a continental breakfast or included breakfast with the room. Instead they forced you to purchase breakfast piecemeal from their Bistro. When we attempted to order a hot breakfast from the Bistro, They informed us that the cook was running late and therefore they couldn't offer any hot breakfast within the hour that we had to eat before our meetings that day… Disappointed that the only option we had was a banana and cereal… We could have gotten a hot meal from a gas station that even this hotel could not offer…

The rooms are very new and clean. The front desk staff are nice and friendly. The hotel property is very clean, safe and in a wonderful central location.

Wi-Fi was unusable. It would connect and disconnect never holding a connection. Elliptical in workout room was broken and unusable. Free weight set was nice. Both issues were brought to management's attention and they were indifferent. Breakfast was reconstituted food product. Breakfast was not this specific hotels fault but a function of the corporate choices made for courtyard Marriotts. Either way, it was neither substantive or nutritious. I'm in a hotel 130 nights a year and this experience was in the bottom 20%.
