The lady at the desk was nice but they charged my card the day after I left and It’s not even the same card the room was paid for so I’m lost on why they did that, and we had to switch rooms because the room they had us in was dirty still.

It don’t matter if your a silver member with Hilton! They don’t honor the perks that you’ve earned. Front desk and cleaning department extremely rude! Apparently they have staffing issues that effect how they treat their guests! I will never stay here again! Apparently they have discrimination issues!

Looked like they were doing a good job with covid safety. Helpful, friendly staff. I've stayed here the better part of 3 weeks, as I'm doing work in town. I don't think I'd want to be in a different hotel. I feel safe here. Also, battle creek isn't the safest city, crime wise, but this is in a pretty decent neighborhood.

Great Location for food and drinks and the Casino is nearby.

Staff is very nice and welcoming some few maintenance things but they are getting them taken care of great beds so comfy only thing is no hot tub and pool is kinda small and not deep but we had a blast and like tbe staff here they care about their guests.

We still don't have a key to our room due to them installing new locks. Manager tried to tell me I would have to wait until finished, it was after 6pm. The TV doesn't work right, he said he couldn't help when he could call and get a signal sent, weather isn't an issue, laziness is. I would speak to management but he is the manager and just plain rude and nasty. Wonder if I could cancel the rest of my stay and stay at a different hotel where the staff actually cares about their guests.

Rooms are clean and hotel is quiet.

They welcomed us in and invited everybody back down at 4pm for fresh cookies
(one of our kids doesn’t like chocolate / the hotel manager gave him a $1 to get treat from vending machine) … Above and beyond But the thing that impressed us was the wrestlers had early rise in shines so to accommodate that they served breakfast 1hour early And wished all the wrestlers luck Thank you for an amazing stay we will certainly be returning.

Not the most up to date of all the Hampton inns I've been to however, they did have a lot of personal touches that I liked from an actual personal greeting card, mints and a small candy bar. The breakfast was the same as any Hampton but I liked how they had the little boxes of cereal instead of the turn pour container. I was able to grab a little box and head out the door.

Our stay was for 5 days, the air conditioner leaked from day one to the point where if you stepped on the carpet you could see the water. No other rooms were available, and the manager didn’t even offer a monetary solution. Maid staff did a poor job, no fresh towels or refill of toilet paper. Hotel ran out of ice along with the only elevator was out of commission for a little bit. Quite disappointed.

Friendly staff, rooms were clean, breakfast was kept very stocked and clean as well. Try to get an odd numbered room, the even number rooms face the highway and can be a bit noisy.

The hotel staff was friendly. We asked for a cot, and the first front desk lady said there wasn't room in our room for it. We ended up getting one from the night front desk lady. They had a water pipe burst, which turned the water off for 3 hours. They gave everyone a slight refund for that, which was nice to have. The hot tub could use a cleaning. But the pool was pleasant. Tile is slippery everywhere! Pool bathroom, pool area, our bathroom. The breakfast was good, but lukewarm. They had a microwave so we heated it up again. The bed was comfortable! But the sofa sleeper was not because you could feel the bars and springs. The cot was comfy. Overall, we had a great stay. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. If I could separate my rating into Service and Facility — it would be 4.5 stars for the service and 2 for the facility. My issue with this property is purely the facility. As a Hilton Honors member I’ve come to expect more from their properties. This place is in dire need of some maintenance. The hotel since VERY near the interstate, which is convenient, however the windows are sub par and it sounded like I was standing right next to the road. My first indication that this was a problem was as soon as I walked in there was a set of ear plugs on the desk. Management was very understanding and moved me to a different room on the back side (away from the interstate) of the hotel, upgrading me at no additional charge. My room seemed worn and dated. The tile in the bathroom was cracked, the sink coating was worn off, and one of the towels had red/orange stains on it. Throughout the hotel I noticed similar signs — carpet torn / frayed near the elevator, granite poorly seamed in the breakfast area, etc.

Wonderful atmosphere with the nicest staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Everyone was beyond accommodating and the entire hotel was clean and tidy. I do not have a single complaint! Our little family will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

It was really nice they give you snacks when you check in overall my room was spectacular and the the staff was on point.

I was here because my nephew had a birthday at the pool and they rented a room. I dont no much of there policy or prices but it was very clean from what I could see and the staff was friendly. The elevator seemed to be a little sketchy. Other then that it would of got a 5.

Lovely stay, beautiful clean room. Bed is a bit high and could be hard to get into if you have short legs or mobility issues (I'm 5'4 and had to get in carefully instead of just sitting down). Even numbered rooms face the highway.

The room was nice, it looked like the bathroom had been updated and the furniture was reasonably new as well. Everything was in good condition. The room size was large. The pool is pleasantly warm and it has a hot tub. We took our son and some friends and it was a great time. The breakfast was just ok.

Do not stay here. I spoke to Sarah about a charge I had no idea about. I was charged for a room I didn't stay in and I didn't book a room here. I asked her for a refund and she said no instantly. I said this must not happen all the time and she said it happens all the time and they love charging people for not showing up. I cancelled my reservation and yet I still get charged. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be disputing this. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wi-Fi is unprotected and blocks browsing. Fitness center only has treadmills. Breakfast is edible.

This particular motel abides by their policy about not allowing the wife stay in a room their husband reserved over a week prior because the form of payment was in said husband's name and he was not with me at the time. The document I had stated the card used, which I had in possession, and amazingly our last names matched, but that was not good enough. On a side note I offered to call my husband to verify, but this was still not in accordance with said policy. We have used this brand of hotel for years because they have always outdone themselves, but not again as we feel they did not specifically note their policy and the card was still charged for said room no one was allowed to utilize.

The location was not the best in the city but the hotel and rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was just ok but was good for what we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

This Inn is very nice; front desk was helpful and friendly, well appointed and spacious rooms, beds are very comfy with room to actually walk around each side, well stocked "snack" bar in lobby. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn of Battle Creek if you are in the area!

I recently stayed at The Hampton Inn Battle Creek while attending a concert at Firekeeper's Casino. It was fantastic!. Beautiful inside and out. Clean and cozy room with comfy beds and linen. Tiled bathroom. Very quiet as we stayed on the side facing the expressway. Great waffle breakfast. Coffee available 24-7 in the lobby (good coffee! ) Staff was very nice and helpful. Awesome location near every shopping center you could want! THANKS FOR A GREAT WEEKEND!

Rooms are nice, coffeemaker and fridge. The TV had analog and digital channels. It would have been nicer with all digital.

Great customer service from the lady running the front desk. Full hot breakfast was delicious and huge time save. Will return.

Phenomenal building, so up to date, Rooms are very clean and breakfast is amazing. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the closeness to the highway and it's noise… Of your a light sleeper, ask for the other side and your fine. Super friendly. Oh yeah, hot tub and pool, very clean as well.

First off, they accommodated my family of 5. Which was harder than it sounds. I had several other hotels turn me away. My children had fun in their indoor pool and hot tub. They picked up a specific type of tea for my husband after they did not have it on our first morning. The staff was so friendly I felt like they actually liked us on a personal level. It was a good time, clean room, good people, I'll be back.
