The regard for your guests, your processes, and the lack of empathy or attempt at a resolution at this facility is hands down, the worst I've experienced at a hotel. I will preface my experience by saying that I stayed at this property under the "Explore Program". I am only stating this because it was addressed to me by your employee. I would think that should not compromise customer service, but I was informed that in fact does. On Friday, January 3rd, 2020, I booked two rooms at your facility. The check in process was great! I was allowed to check in early which was a great help as we were in town for a work event and the coordinating of resources/transportation was an issue for me. However, Saturday morning was a different story. My fiance and I Ubered at 9:30AM to get our vehicle and our overnight bag. Fast forward to 10:20AM, we arrive back in our room upon our return and our room had been cleaned. Normally, not a big deal at all. But after searching for our items left there when we left, we realized they were all gone from our room. Included (that we can remember) were my fiance's earrings, her clothes, some of her makeup, alcohol, bottled water, and snack food items. At that point, we got ready and went to the front desk (before checkout at 11AM). When expressing our concern to the rep at the desk, she called housekeeping. Moments later the earrings were returned and we were offered for them to try to locate our other items.
Stepped on nails going into bathroom room 118 informed front desk (manager is out of town end of month) was refunded room and told to call with medical bills. Not good enough hopefully I didn’t get a disease who knows how many people stepped on it.
