Beautiful pool and hot tub, super friendly staff.

Nice clean hotel. Easy access to highway and nice surrounding area.

I loved this hotel. It looks big from the outside, but it's nice and cozy on the inside. They have a book borrowing system, unfortunately I didn't have time to look into. The employees were hospitable, willing and happy to help you with whatever you needed. If I ever come to this area again, I am definitely going with this place.

With a 10 day visit to Pella IA, couldn't have been happier with my stay. An extremely welcoming and comfortable, very quiet suite. Everything worked. Very helpful staff. The pool wasn't too cold and the hot tub wasn't boiling hot. The Continental Breakfast was a little sub-par with not much flavor but not a big deal at all with such a well run hotel. Also great that it's next door to a 24 hour convenience store.

We stayed during the Tulip festival, accommodations were great. They even had a nice little indoor pool, which my kid loved.

2nd Comfort inn we have stayed at clean rooms excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Room was nice, bed was hard, TV was really tiny but the breakfast was awesome. Seemed like nice people though.

It was an alright stay in a mostly clean room. The beds were remade for me when I got back the second day and it was touched up. But the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the shower had hair on it. The staff was kind and accommodating. Nice pool and small exercise room.

Party room rooms are good sized and thr pool and hot tub were great.

It was fair for a quick night stay. Big rooms, big enough beds, chairs, tables every thing they had. Breakfast was okay. Only complain that we did not find any plates or forks in the room.

Clean rooms, generally very quiet in the hallways, and there are free cookies. The breakfast is a little lacking at times.

We stayed for a family event. Were able to get cheaper rooms through a radio deal. Our bathroom had tons of hair (head and pubes) and nasties around the shower and toilet along with some piss around the back of the toilet. Needless to say, not impressed. Talked to the front desk and showed them the pix we took and they said management would call us. Yep, never called us. Not sure if we will stay here again.

Room was clean and very big. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Overall really good experience staying there two nights.

The staff was very friendly, and courteous. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be though, and the room was a bit dated. Maybe time for an update. Also, the breakfast was not restocked the one time I went down for it.

Very lovely experience! Coffee and tea in the lobby upon check in… Staff was very kind and hospitable! Wonderful hot tub, large indoor pool that was heated to the perfect temp. Sauna, (although we didn't use it) … Our room was spacious, nice and clean! Comfy bed! Breakfast was AMAZING! A Very large variety to choose from! Hot biscuits. Delicious gravy, eggs, sausage… Hot cooked oatmeal with all the toppings! Fruit compote, yogurt, waffles, cold cereal. Little cake doughnuts, pastries. Etc. Would def recommend to anyone passing through the area!

Very nice place to Stay for any reason.

We stayed here for a week. The staff was extremely rude. Even though I took out the trash every day due to the fact that the maid service times were inconsistent. We received a bill for deodorizing because they said the room smelled of food. The vent fell from the ceiling in the bathroom. They said I broke it. Im 5' ft tall. How could I break a ceiling vent? Even though I reported it and no one came to repair it. Also said I left clothes in the room. Yes I did. Next to the trash so that the lazy maid could finally do her job and take out the trash. I. Made the beds myself everyday once agin because housekeeping was never available. They charged my card because the hotel did not have competent housekeeping and maintenance. They should have paid me since I had to care of my trash, making the beds and requesting towels. This was not a hostel. I expect that in a hostel. I am a flight attendant. I travel for a living. I have never felt more unwelcome in a hotel in my life.

The staff is will to help, no matter how big or small the issue may be.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is very good. The hotel staff is very helpful. Overall an excellent place to stay.
