Only a couple of things : a Matt for the tub would be great & safe. A choice of smaller pillows would be nice. The woman who took charge of the breakfast was FANTASTIC! Professional, and kept the place clean! Very polite. She’s to be commended. Front office lady was great too!

This hotel is doing a complete renovation. Some of the new rooms were just finished and they are wonderful! This is a king suite so it has a separate room area with a sofa bed and desk while the standard rooms are similar, but in one room area without a sofa bed, the desk is near the bed/beds and there is a chair instead of a chaise lounge. Every room has a convenient microwave/keurig/mini fridge area. The best hotel in Le Mars just got even better and they're not even done yet!

Great breakfast, spacious rooms, many TV channels… and the pool and hot tub were the right temperature!

Great service and people! Right next too everything you would need. Fast food, a grill and Wal-Mart within walking distance. Room is clean and up to date.

My family had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Sioux City Iowa! The staff was top grade, and the atmosphere made me feel like we were miles away at a private Resort.

Very clean, easy check-in with a very nice desk attendant, a nice pool and a great continental breakfast. The beds were very very uncomfortable for Holiday Inn beds and the room is either hot or cold, no real middle ground. Best Hotel in LeMars.

Clean and friendly. Have been here for three weeks for work. Good breakfast usually served by Ann, who is a sweet heart.

Clean and quiet. If you are in the area this is a good option (and one of the only options! ). Nice size rooms with a kitchenette and sitting area, good breakfast options. No road noise in the rooms either, it is far enough from any main roads.

Stay was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Easy to find location not far off the highway.

This hotel has issues with water leaking into the building. Our first room has the sheet rock soft and pulling away from the air unit and mold growing around the unit. The pool also showed issues with water leaking into the building where it meets the main hotel. They are in process of cutting into the roof on the outside to add flashing to keep water out.

Rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable, the price was affordable as well. It's a little difficult to determine where to turn to get to it, but simple enough to find.

Mediocre breakfast, low selection. Comfortable rooms, beds Helpful and courtious staff. Not a great value due to the price, but not the worst valued IHG property I've stayed in.

This is a great hotel. I stayed here as part of a wedding party. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We had taken over most of the rooms. The night staff stayed around late & kept the pool open & allowed us to pretty much take over the breakfast area while we caught up with each other. It was a great stay.

This was an average hotel. I don't have any complaints, but nothing stood out either. There was free breakfast available, which is always a nice perk, and they just upgraded their internet as well.

Didn't have enough cots for the amount of ppl in the Hotel. They never cleaned our room. The front desk lady had to empty our garbage no one came to clean the 2 nights 3 days we where there.

Large rooms with fridge, sink, couch. The rooms were clean and the morning breakfast was fantastic with lots if options. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Friendly staff. Nice pool.

Very clean hotel, though our room was not cleaned after our first night. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the pool was nice. Would stay here again.

Becoming my go to location when 8m away from home. Always clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

We were in town for a funeral and stayed here. The staff was fantastic and the room was great but a little pricey. This is Le Mars Iowa, not a major metropolitan area people! I appreciated that they changed up their breakfast offerings for people staying several days like we were. We would definitely recommend it and stay again in the future. They just need to reevaluate and tweak the room prices down 30 or 40 dollars.
