This is a wonderful place to stay nice and quiet and very clean in door pool good morning breakfast.

Quiet place and beautiful pool area.

Good Location, Walmart is walking distance, lot’s up food choose nearby.

Nice people have great breakfast here.

Tiny bathrooms. No elevator. Only hot, hotter, and scalding water for shower. Uncomfortable bed. Only one accessible room in the entire hotel, which was no longer available when I checked in. Would never stay there again.

Breakfast was lacking. Clean room. Bed was comfortable enough.

Good price, very clean, good breakfast. Was pretty quiet except for 1 early morning train. Next to a Wal-Mart which came in very handy.

Rented the honeymoon suite over the weekend and really enjoyed the room! Very clean, and the service was great! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Price was fine, but rooms only had double/full size beds despite there being plenty of room for queens. Also, the TV had issues. Directv box was plugged in to HDMI 2 but TV would default to HDMI 1. Towels were extremely rough/scratchy.

Room newly remodeled, very nice and friendly people. Air conditioning took a little bit to cool down the room, but once cooled, it stayed cool for the duration. Pool could have been bigger, but considering the circumstances, I won't complain. Hot breakfast consisted of waffles and sausage gravy for biscuits, but was at least made better than most.

Polite services and did what you need it to but a bit ran down from a few years ago stay. Was able to get into our room early which was helpful!

Well kept and high end accommodations at an affordable price. Great continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub.

It was a clean hotel, staff was friendly but were miss informed on the room availability and ended up with one of my coworkers on a couch, would stay again as long as we all have beds.

Although I wasn't super impressed with the hotel itself (a little outdated, but that's about what I expected), the place was quiet, everything worked, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to use rewards points for a suite (local manager's discretion), which was very nice, and they also accommodated another special request I had I prepping the room. Breakfast was simple, but good, and we'll stocked. Overall, it was only a one-night, mid-week stay, but the place seemed very good to me.

Beds are so uncomfortable that it's hard to sleep. The pool is nice and a pretty good breakfast. The employees are nice and accommodating.

Hotel staff was rude and seemed to have better things to do than their job. Pool did not have towels to use unless you asked for them. Rooms did not have enough towels, 2 towels for 4 people. Stairwells smelled of smoke. Not impressed for the price we paid which was suppose to be a "group rate" for a wedding but ended up being the regular rate as I looked online for pricing. And when you have 2 rooms for 2 nights each that gets pricey. We will find another place to stay next time we are in town.

Guest restroom had a light out and there was no paper towels. I told the front desk. However, the next morning. There still was no paper towels in the guest restroom. We are adults. We where in the hot tub just before 10 pm and they requested we get out at 10 pm. We are adults. We where just relaxing and visiting. Give me a break! Breakfast was okay, very basic. Be sure to warm up what ever you get to eat. It's not going to be HOT.

Small bathroom, small room. Couldn't open window and the screen was also very ripped. No exhaust vent in bathroom. Didn't used the pool. Hot tub was out of service and had been apparently for the last 7 months. Was charged for in room safe for both nights that we didn't even use. Showers were great with pressure and hot water. Breakfast had the same old stuff of waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, toast, fruit and yogurt.

Room was clean, decent with coffee pot, mini fridge & microwave. Continental breakfast included. Restaurants are very close. Gave 3star on count of the hot tub not operational, pool was open.

Room was amazing but the customer service from the owner is something else… I paid for a hotel suite and after spending $170 Everytime I turned around they were yelling at my kids non stop for non sense reasons. My kids are not perfect by any means but they are exceptionally respectful when taking them out in public. The owner needs to reevaluate they way he treats his customers. I will not stay here again!

Fairly nice but could use some minor updates as they charge to much. Like lamps with ac plugs to charge devices. Get with the times guys!

As a consumer and a customer, the customer service I received was that of apathy. Having to deal with bugs, not addressing my complaints right away and being subjected to unsanitary measures (washer machine not dispensing hot water and not informing or maybe providing some type of warning sign that the washer machine does not dispense hot water was extremely disingenuous and incredulous). Once again, when I addressed you about the bugs (earwigs crawling up my shower curtain in the midst of taking a shower and a spider crawling out of the electrical socket) and the washer machine not dispensing hot water, which is totally unsanitary especially when it is being utilized by all the public, you showed no compassion. Spending $2048 (for 24 days) in your hotel while being subjected to bugs, no Wifi and a cold cycled washer machine is completely ridiculous; it shows a lack of professionalism and definitely customer service. As I mentioned before, Baymont Inn's Wi-Fi was terrible. The Wifi continued to knock me off line. I had to end up purchasing a Wi-Fi extender so I could continue to working from my hotel room, which I worked 12 to 14 hours from the room. I addressed you quite a few times about the Wifi. You continually stated in a nonchalant kind of way that the hotel has excellent signal, but it did not from my room. Unfortunately, a $20.00 refund is an insult.

Clean and comfortable room. Waffles and biscuits and gravy as hot items in breakfast. Only real negative was lack of usable outlets in the room. Two of the open ones shut off with the lights.

I booked online for one room for two nights, but for some reason when I called to confirm they had me down for two rooms for two nights. The staff was very friendly and willingly canceled one of the rooms for me. Then when we checked in the room wet floor had a very strong and musty odor but the staff went and switched our room floor us. So even though there were issues the hotel staff did they beat to fix the situations.

Great service, room was clean and overall a good experience.

It's got nice rooms great breakfast but a little hard to get to.

After my stay here last night, I can guarantee I'd stay here again. The staff is super friendly and courteous. They moved me to a better room free of charge when I checked in b/c they'd had cancelations. They went above and beyond their duties to be helpful. They opened the pool for me 2 hours early so I could exercise w/o kids in there. The breakfast was great! (even the OJ was OJ! Not watered down orange drink) The bed was amazingly comfortable and my room was spotless. Not sure what else you could want. Not to mention, it's a fair and fantastic price!

Hotel clean, however had to walk past smoking rooms to get to mine. I feel in this society, a hotel should be 100% non smoking. Beds were comfy and employees nice.

Everything was ok except for poor Wi-Fi signal.

Love staying there. The rooms are nice and quiet, the staff is super accommodating, the breakfast is not bad at all, and the grandkids all love the pool! Our whole family (five different rooms) have stayed there at one time and the only complaint was the one with two adults and five kids in a suite. Smile. No privacy for parents. We have stayed in a suite there as well as regular room and have had no trouble, ever! Definitely a great place to stay and within reasonable distance to the Ice Cream museum, Pizza Ranch, (walking distance to walmart if you need anything) Pizza hut is close and it isn't far from many other things to do.

2nd longterm stay. Came back because it is clean and comfortable. Staff is great. My only complaints are the Wi-Fi is weak and many towels are older and scratchy. Otherwise, very happy here. Last time I was here 5 months. This time I will be here only 3 months. If I come back again I will definitely stay here.

Nice clean hotel, with quick access to most parts of town. Very helpful front desk staff. Ran out of some breakfat items. Computer access worked well. Overall for a hotel in a town with limited selections this was fine. Note: drive down to Blue Bunny Ice Cream Store for a cone, but be advised that a single scoop is more like a 2 1/2 scoop cone. Also, we were there for the 4th of July and the fireworks at the fairgrounds were excellent. Better then many I have seen in big cities.
