Very nice staff, clean rooms. Willing to accommodate for personal needs. Would definitely go back.

The manager, John, was very friendly. We had the Donna Reed suite and it was nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Excellent egg sandwiches were offered in the morning for breakfast. Overall nice experience.

Love it home like it's old but good.

Stayed for one night. Inspected immediately for bedbugs as I do this at all of my hotels upon entering room & they seem to be up to par with my standards as they have mattresses sealed in protective covering. I did notice ALOT of hair in the bed, I’m not sure if they allow pets but, having worked in the housekeeping industry I would say the sheets were definitely not changed between guests. The shower was disgusting, it literally looked like someone bathed an unruly German Shepard with the mud stains all the way up the shower wall to the ceiling. Found three huge spiders and several fly’s of all ages. Lots of dust & trash matter by base of beds and along walls of baseboards. I wouldn’t not recommend this place for 89.99 a night.

Charged 80 bucks for a historical room. Toilet lid about to fall off. Heat and air unit which is in the air could use some wiping off. Large amount of dust on it. Good hot water.

Comfortable room. Desk attendant Kobe was really helpful. He went out of his way to help.

You get what you pay for. The receptionist didn't know what he was doing, booked an already vacant room so had to switch that out. Finally got our room, opened the door to find antique city. About the only thing "modern" was the TV which appeared to be from last century as well. Bathrooms are very small so if you are plus sized you will have problems moving around. Don't plug the toilet as there was no plunger. Your better off spending more money on something different, not impressed at all. I won't be going back.

Unfortunately our stay at Park Motel was "historically" unpleasant. The infrastructure of this place is old, but with this in mind it did appear they keep this facility up. Our rooms and beds were thankfully quite clean. However even though we were all exhausted from an intense work day, none of us got much sleep. It felt as though we were sleeping on a floor that had a little extra bounce. This was largely dissapointing as we paid a good chunk of money for these beds. Breakfast the next morning was not enough to compliment our work day. For what we got, we felt we had to pay too much.

We stayed there 3 nights. Never cleaned our room one time. I had to go ask for clean towels. When I checked out I mentioned it to the gal at the desk. She just gave me a dumbfounded look. The smell from the slaughter house down the road was so bad. It made me gag. I would never stay there again and I would never send my worst enemy there.

I am the Supervisor of this motel and personally witnessed Ms. Allen leaving her door open her kids running in and out all evening letting these bugs in herself, she did not call the desk to come rid the bugs, so we were unable to remedy this situation because we didn't know it was an issue until now when Ms. Allen wrote this review. When Ms. Allen made her reservation the motel was booked full and she was informed right away that she would have to move rooms the next day to stay another day and that house keeping would have to get into her room the next morning to get it cleaned because it was booked that day to a different customer. She agreed and paid for her room. This is why house keeping knocked on her door in the morning. Also, I informed her when she checked in that if she wasnt going to stay she had to let me know by mid morning. Which she did not. She waited until mid afternoon to inform me. Therefor I had turned away several guests for the room I had reserved her and so I felt Ms. Allen should pay for the lost revenue incurred by her not following motel policy. When Ms. Allen called the motel informed her that I would be charging her for this room and Ms. Allen was yelling at me over the phone and I was the one who could not get a word in edge wise, so yes I hung up on her. She then called me back threatening law suits and fraud and all kinds of other things. Had Ms.

Walk away and don't look back. The room had so many bugs I was killing them all night. When we checked in stated to the lady we might not stay the next night she said fine let me know. Check out is supposed to be at 11 they knocked on our door at 9 asking when we are leaving. I called to cancel the room for that night way before check in and the manager went off the hinges on me telling me I can't cancel and she will charge my card as a no show. Hung up on me for no reason because I couldn't even get a word in. Talking about in Vegas u can't cancel the day of. I stated actually u can cancel because I have in Vegas with no issues. After being here I pretty much refused to go back to this part of Iowa again. This chick needs an attitude adjustment and after reading reviews trying to give benefit of the doubt I wish I could do no stars. If your able try a different one. Better yet if u can't find one ur better off sleeping in your car. They told us under new management it's a lie from what locals told me it's the same people.

Owners are nice room is nice looking housekeeping is terrible no toilet paper no towels they took my old towels and gave me no new ones airheads I'd say.

The trashiest place I've ever been in. Burnt out light bulbs, 20 year old towels, 500 year old beds. Need I say more, and all this for 60 bucks a night. I would rather sleep in my car.

Whoever rated this motel 5 stars must live in a third world country. The bathroom was totally disgusting. A cheap remodel, a 2 year-old did the caulk job, mold all over, vanity was missing cabinet doors, the beds were dirty with worn out pillows, sheets, and comforter. There is a Mini fridge, microwave and old school television. This is definitely not a room I will come back to relax in. Free internet was available with a good connection. The only positive of this hotel stay was it was close to where I was working and Walmart. The night manager was also very friendly and nice. However, for $60 a night I should have taken my chances at the super 8 or Days Inn. I picked this place because the reviews were so good. I gave this review 2 stars because the guy was so nice at check-in but I would definitely never come back due to cleanliness issues.
