I am the manager at this motel and I can guarantee you that the comments Mr. Eric Shon stated on here regarding bed bugs and fleas is completely false. Mr. Shon was angry with the motel due to him not informing the motel of his dog and he was charged the daily pet fee that He did not want pay. We have not had any issues with bugs here. All of our staff are trained to look for any pests in all aspects whether it be bed bugs, spiders, roaches, ants or any other creepy crawler. We have a professional exterminater on a regular basis treat the property for preventative maintenance. Unfortunately we cannot control what a guest may be carrying with them therefore we take all precautionary measures we can. I have not had any issues with any pests while I have been the manager here at Budget Inn. As for the comments from Corey Towne and Charles Anderson, these people have not rented a room at Budget Inn in the past 3 years and there is no record of them ever renting from us. Thank You.

Inconvenient for check in… have to go down the street to get room key. Air conditioning did not get room cool. Very dated room.
