Stayed here recently while traveling for work. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great, and I really appreciated that it started so early (5am! ) for those guests who have to leave that early. My room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

What a lovely hotel for Denison, Iowa. It is close to the hospital for those needing a place to stay while visiting a loved one in care. The best Boulders hotel in my opinion over the others nearby. Nicely appointed decor and rooms, lots of room choices available. There are many restaurants including Hillside nearby. I would suggest this place any day to someone. The area is being built up and soon will look more visually appealing once the area construction is completed nearby. Safest location in town if you need a hotel.

Place is newer and clean. Breakfast is very basic. It is quiet. The staff is not very friendly. They plow through their tasks. It is worth about $60 a night, not 100 plus.

Been here twice now and rooms are always clean, very up to date due to it just being built, but none the less very nice place.

Great place to stay at, the night lady is very pleasant to talk to and very courteous. This place is well worth the money and plus the rooms are spacious and very clean.

My daughter and I were in town for a thing. We had booked a cheaper hotel in that town. When we got to the other Hotel we found they do not clean their rooms ever and very unsafe wires hanging from a ceiling for a smoke detector so we went to this hotel and they were very nice and did everything they could possibly do to let us stay there otherwise we were sleeping in the car.

Was here for an overnight and was very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of our room and the restful sleep I got that night! The breakfast was good too! The only recommendation I would suggest is better ventilation for the workout room. One fan didn't seem to be quite enough. Will stay here again!

They have nice rooms and breakfast is included with your stay, but they have no elevator and no pool. Ok, but not outstanding.

Our family of five stayed here for a few days for a funeral. We stayed in the "family suite" which was bigger than other rooms and had a sleeper sofa. The staff was very nice and helpful. It would be a five star review of there was a pool for the kids. We went to the local pool during some downtime.
