If I could give less than one star, I would. The woman working in the breakfast area actually laughed at me and told me no when I asked for allergen information. My 5 year old son and 18 month old son have dairy issues, one being anaphylaxis.

Okay rooms, door was tricky to close but it looked nice, I only stayed the one night. In the morning they had breakfast, it was very tasty, seemed more cooked in the kitchen then just heated from bags, which gave me a nice homey feel. Good place to stay over all.

Nice hotel and the service was great. It ia centrally located downtown to easy walking to the businesses. Great view of the Mississippi River and just a short walk to the river.

In May of this year my nephew was in the hospital nearby, and traveling from Wisconsin I needed a place to stay. I booked the room, called ahead to confirm my reservation, and when I arrived the front desk staff remembered me from our phone conversation. I was impressed by the clean and massive lobby when I walked through the door. My nephew then passed away. All of the staff expressed their condolences, and when the manager and assistant manager found out about my family's tragedy, they quickly took it upon themselves to personally deliver flowers to us. It meant a lot to my family to have staff care about people they had never even met. I hope I never have to go to the hospital again, but if I do, I would definitely stay here. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great, too!

Clean rooms friendly service. Great continental breakfast… Nice rooms with microwave and mini fridges. Very helpful staff knowledgeable about area dining.

The facility was clean and the staff seemed friendly. I was there for a big fishing event and it would have been nice if they adjusted their breakfast time for us so we could eat before heading out. The buildings design is flawed and there is minimal noise reduction throughout. You hear every door, step, or kid playing in the pool.

Very nice Quality In with in house bar and restaurant, best value on the block hands down.

The young lady at desk was wonderful her name is Ashley give me directions and all I'm a trucker she was great. Will stay again. All the staff was great. Wish t. V was bigger. Bit can't have everything… LoL.

Awesome place to stay! Very polite staff. Jenny in the breakfast area was great to talk to and she kept everything full. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It was a beautiful hotel. I highly recommend!

Good service, priceline booked the hotel wrong and the Quality inn went through a good length to fix the proble. Highly recommendable.

Hotel was well placed to get to my work. Room was nicely furnished bathroom was good room was very clean breakfast too was good.

Pool was very cold although supposedly heated. Staff was friendly. Has a small snack concession area that had snack sized chips, frozen individual sized pizza, candy bars, sodas. Breakfast wasn't too bad-consisted of scrambled eggs, waffle maker, dry cereal, yogurt, apple juices, and biscuits and gravy. Hotel room was clean, bathroom was also clean. Location was fine as well, which is right by the river.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean and room service was very accommodating. Cynthia at the front desk was always there to resolve anything that came our way. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel grounds were well taken care of. The rooms were clean and resupplied with lines. The great dissiapointment was that the pool was to cold. The hater hadn been running again.

Lobby was cold. Indoor pool was very cold. Breakfast was good.

My favorite place to stay in Quincy. Large rooms, on site restaurant and a lobby bar makes this hotel a great destination.

We enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant in the motel and then had a comfortable evening relaxing in our clean room. We really were impressed with the breakfast that was provided. It was as good or better than if we went to a restaurant and this was included in the price of our room.

Very nice hotel… good value. Excellent hot breakfast buffet. Pool was clean. HUGE GOLDFISH in the pond near the desk.

Right across the river. Convenient and reasonable price. Beds comfortable and good hot breakfast. Front desk person not very friendly when we checked in but everyone else very nice. Hotel starting to show a bit of age in the front door and elevators.

The receptionist at the front desk for check-in was NOT friendly or helpful (the rest of the staff was very nice). *The room was nice but could have been cleaner — there was a booger on the bathroom door (seriously), trash can had not been emptied (there was a beer can and papers there when we arrived), and the floor was very wet in places (I assume from swimming). *If you want to get any rest at all, do NOT book an atrium side room. There was a conference group having an after-party at the restaurant adjoining the hotel (which does have very good food btw), that kept us awake until 2 in the morning. Every. Single. Noice. That was made sounds like it is right outside the room. It made for a very unrestful night. *The continental breakfast is wonderful! The hotel itself is not bad but we now know which part of the hotel NOT to stay in.

This place is awesome everyone is very kind & helpful. We had a wedding rehearsal here & it was very good. The food was very tasty!

Quality Inns and Suites of Quincy Illinois was a nice stay for the family. The rooms were clean the staff was friendly the restaurant in the hotel which is called Drakes was good. Overall my visit was exceptional the pool was well kept and maintained and plenty of towels for everyone. I would definitely stay there again.

Quality inn and suites looks fancy from the outside but when you step in the door it opens up and whisks you to a nice hotel in a big city nothing like most small town hotels. Truly an outstanding design including a fish pool, bar/lounge area nicer than 95% of the bars in Quincy and one of the few Indoor pools in town as well. The restaurant as well has an incredible atmosphere and even better food and service. One of the nicer restaurants in town and likely best BBQ one.

Reservations sent by email were incorrect, called immediately to get this corrected, LIED TO being told my fiancee would not be charged penalty fees, HE WAS CHARGED, I do have Screenshots on my phone of the correct dates I entered for his stay, they still refuse to refund money they stole from him, now going to place a consumer complaint with the BBB and the I. G. Also my fiancee has been told by an employee that incorrect dates were cancelled out, yet within the same hour time frame I called spoke to her and she insisted they were still in the system. So are we being lied to again and gonna get scammed by them stealing money again as the incorrect dates are approaching? DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL THEY LIE AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, LOOK UP OTHER REVIEWS AS I unfortunately did after booking found several issues of them making false charges!

Clean, comfortable and upscale. Staff was incredible. Beautiful lobby. Enjoyed my stay!

We're here for an event, Fishing for Freedom. And this is our 2nd time here, and we love it. The staff are awesome and welcoming. Thank you. :)

We visited Drakes for dinner. The food was excellent and the staff was attentive.

This is a nice hotel. The clerk would not give us the online rate, so we had to sit in the lobby and make a reservation online, then walk five feet and check in with the online reservation. Stupid. It's time hotels just offer the rates found online. Instead, customers have to jump through hoops to get the rate. The room itself was very nice. Nothing "fancy, " but very clean. My particular room has a glass sliding door that goes out to the public area (sitting areas, pool, restaurant/bar, etc. ).

If you work second shift or nights I DO NOT recommend this place. Between their maintenance man beating and banging and the loud house keeping staff. It is very hard to sleep. Stayed here for almost 3 months working 4pm to 2 am.

Drakes food was very good. Grilled chicken sandwich is awesome!

It was a great stay, loved the bbq here a must try. Clean and fresh place to stay.

This was our second stay… we love it here… we had a bad experience at The Drake… so Keneyetta… General manager of the hotel and Mike the chief at The Drake… they went out of their way to make things right… and they did… we may go back for New Year's Eve… which is also my birthday,! I'd like to add… our room was wonderful… clean… neat … the bed was extremely comfortable… the hot tub… awesome… thanks for taking such good care of us… Kenyetta and Cody… and Mike at The Drake!

We stayed here for two nights over the weekend and it was very nice. The rooms have been completely remodeled with brand new beds, pillows, flat panel TV, new bathrooms, etc… The staff were very accommodating with the two special requests we had. The continental breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy along with the typical cold cereals, fruit, pastries. Very convenient location to downtown.

Nice room that it. We checked in 1100 pm no pool closes at 10 opens at 9 am check out 11. No bar no food. No discount for late check in. No discount for correction officer or state employee. We here because mom in hospital.
