Highly recommend. I'm a travel chef and work 11 hour days once I get the hotel I just want to relax, they bring my food to me ot anything else I need.

Great food t Ton’s Too restaurant in the motel.

Booked a room online, showed up at the hotel to check and was told that they were not renting rooms to anyone that lives within 100 miles. I live in Quincy, just wanted a night away from the house, guess they don’t need business.

This hotel was nice, but never again will I give business to one of these hotels or any in their chain. We tried to stay at this hotel and they would not accommodate us. I am traveling to Quincy every week for the next 13 weeks as part of a Covid Response Travel Nurse team. This hotel would not work with us (we requested an earlier check-in, as we work third shift). We did not request a discount, and were willing to pay full price for not even a full day use of the room.

Thank you for a wonderful wedding weekend! Seyer/Overstreet wedding reception was absolutely perfect! Fantastic food, great staff, clean and comfy rooms! Really a fantastic experience and we thank you all for such a great job!

My wife and I are photographers @brookerodgersphotography. We have shot two different receptions here. The place is lovely, although slightly dimly lit (but what reception hall isn't)? Either way, good food, excellent staff, and while I think it's funny to mention, the 's were very clean! Great job, Holiday Inn Quincy!

Clean and nice. I got bit by something in the recliner, could happen anywhere, but freaked me out a little bit. Strange activity in the hall last night, but as a woman traveling alone, but I toughed it out. There were maybe 20 cars last night in the hotel. I asked for late checkout this morning because I was planning on kayaking, and it's going to rain all day. I was not able to get late checkout. I'm sure the room could have been cleaned tomorrow. There's no way it's full tonight. Not the best customer service. Also the key had to be inserted into the door about 10 times before it would unlock. All slight annoyances, but added up to a three.

Rooms were clean but couldnt get in to pool key card didnt work went to front desk know one around stayed a second night with out going through a third party almost double in price probably would not stay there again.

Friendly staff and quick and easy check in. Room was clean and amenities were nice. Tony toos was a good place to eat as well.

Not very handicap comparable. My room was halfway down the hall. My legs fatigue quickly. I barely made it to my room pushing the luggage cart. My key didn't work and my door would not unlock. I had to push the cart back down to the front desk for another key, then push the cart all the way back again. I get in the room, the beds were so high they were 1/3 the height of the ceiling! I couldn't sit on the bed because it was so high. It is ridiculous. The handicap parking is a joke. The handicap spaces are just as far away from the entrance as the rest of the spaces.

Great place clean and nice looking feels like home.

My mother-n-law stayed there and she loved it.

The beds you have make you rest well. Room cleaning. All services are good.

The staff were great, rates reasonable, rooms good and the restaurant and bar was great. The pizza and breakfast we're something to go home talking about.

Came to Quincy to pick my daughter up from her dad's and with yucky weather and having to come back to town in the morning, anyways; went ahead and booked a room. Very nice hotel, helpful staff; I will definitely be returning, again!

This is a nice facility, away from Street noise, with nicely furnished rooms and comfortable beds. The restaurant is not a typical Holiday Inn restaurant it's a local restaurant that operates within the Holiday Inn and the food is outstanding. I will always stay here when I'm in the area.

I had called a few days before our stay wanted to know if we could check in at 2 I was told yes she put it in the computer we got there at 2 was told NO! The lady was so rude so we left and went to the mall I called to see if it was ok to come back at 2:45 she hug up the phone on me, so pissed now needless to say we didn’t want to go back so we checked in at 3:30 I would not recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone I also had a terrible experience at the restaurant that’s in the hotel I ordered the $7.99 chicken omelet so so salty and once again the lady was rude because I told her it was salty,

Holiday inn Express in Quincy Illinois is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we're traveling through.

Took away the complimentary breakfast, bathroom smelled due to a venting issue, bed was dirty. Very disappointing after staying here for nearly 4 years.

Key card did not work and I had to go to the front desk multiple times. On one of the locations the desk clerk ask how I was putting the key in like I had know idea how to use it. She then called maintenance to help. Once he got to the room he was having the same trouble with the door as I was. His solution was to "find the sweet spot". The AC did not work properly in the room as Well it took all night to cool and still did not come close to the temp that it was set for, and when it did run it sound like it was about to explode. Terrible not of sleep which makes a horrible customer experience.

Clean well appointed rooms. Convenient to downtown and trips into the surrounding country side. Great restaurant. Friendly staff. Always full so book in advance. The only negative was clutter (room service trays) left outside of rooms for way too long.

I wish this was the standard for all Holiday Inns. Perfect setup. Very good restaurant, rooms are nice/clean and a fitness room with dumbbells up to 50 lbs which not to many have. I like to stay in shape and not waste time looking for places to eat while I travel. Great layout!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was a good value when you purchased a voucher at the front desk, although the service was a bit slow.

Fresh, clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are smartly appointed and the shower stall is a welcome change to fighting shower curtains in small tubs.

Friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and the bed was super soft. The bed was even turned down when we arrived and there was a cold bottle of water waiting for us on the table (this might be only because we are reward club members). For $4 we also got a voucher for $10 for the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious. Not too far of a drive to Hannibal to see the Mark Twain sites either. Great experience overall.

We had our wedding and reception here this last weekend. From the get go, Mark was amazing to work with! He and the other Managers really went above and beyond to make everything great for us. I was surprised at the various extra things they took on for us to make the day run smoothly. Tony's Too provided great food. The wedding room was beautiful and the staff flipped it into the rehearsal room extremely quick. Our guests were well accommodated during their stay also. I can't thank Mark, Patrick and Heather enough for everything they did!

We held our wedding and reception here this last weekend. Mark, Patrick and Heather were amazing to work with! They gave us a lot of time and attention before and during the wedding. They worked very hard to ensure our day was great. Thank you all for everything!

We ate at the restaurant for our 25th Anniversary. The service was great and the food was as well.

Rooms were fine but they no authority to charge nearly a hundred dollars more. I never signed paper work and the two night stay before tax was 224 and some how I was charged 320.

Kylinn was a delight when we checked in. There was no luggage cart when we arrived. I even checked the hallways on every floor and couldn't find one. She saw us still sitting in the lobby and grabbed a room service cart for us to use. We hadn't asked for anything; she just brought it over and asked, "will this help? " It certainly did! Further, when we got to our non-smoking room, it was obvious someone had smoked in it. The entire room reaked; the bathroom was so bad I had to keep the door shut. We called the front desk and she had us a new room just down the hall in less than five minutes. She even brought the new keys up so we didn't have to run and get them. She went the extra mile and it meant a lot to us.

Right on the main road through Quincy, with plenty of options for food nearby. Has a decent restaurant attached.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. Here is the problem that I had with them. I paid cash for the room upon checkout and they charged my credit card more than what my room was even for. It took me three days to get this taken care of. In the meantime they took the money from my bank account, which I didn't expect, and made me overdrawn. They did get the money back in my account, but not in time to stop the overdraft fee. Not Happy! Please people watch your accounts after check out if you pay with cash!

Great shower and decent food at the lobby. Overall great place for a weekend stay.

Best place to stay in Quincy. Tony's Too is a great place to refuel and relax as well.

We stayed at the hotel and attended an event on site as well. All were positive experiences. I'm not sure when this opened, but it seems brand new. My only wish is that the hotel bar had a better beer selection…

Right of of I172, next to the Walmart. A great place to stay. I loved the restaurant in the place for breakfast; Tony's Too. A wonderful experience.

I transferred here because of the ice storm. They have a generator. Otherwise Quincy Inn is a better hotel for half the price.

Nice place to stay. Kids are free. Last time there, pool was closed. The restaurant is very welcoming to our kids, but food is just average.

It is a very nice hotel. Be warned that if you make a reservation for specific number of nights and have to check out early due to some reason they now charge you $50. I don't think it's Holiday Inn doing this, I think it's some greedy franchise owner who is trying to make an extra dollar from us business trvelers. First time in 30 years of business travel I have seen this.

Poor desk service. Poor room quality. Over priced. Horrible pool area. Next time I'd choose the motel 6 over this place. It is that overrated.

Absolutely first rate; wonderful rooms, great service, the staff is awesome. Menu and food in the restaurant is fantastic.

I was referred by our airline pilot friend who is based in quincy to stay in this new hotel. It was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The manager was very helpful during our stay. The work out facilities were brand new and very nice, the rooms and the beds were very comfortable. Flat screen TV's! Very affordable! The restaurant also has a good menu and great food. I was very impressed, and if I was stopping in town again I would stay at this hotel.
