We attended the Quality Inn for 1 night for a wedding. The rooms had new furniture and freshly painted walls. It looked fantastic and the beds were great.

I was actually pleased with this Quality Inn. The hallways seemed dingy, but the rooms were nice. Our room had been freshly painted. This is a good hotel for the price. Check-in was quick and easy.

Front desk was very nice. They have a laundry room and fitness room. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The only thing is that it had this smell. It was a non smoking room, but it smelled like people did smoke.

The good — Very reasonably priced; comfortable beds; main items in room clean; clean, bright lobby and breakfast area; pet friendly hotel. The disappointing things — 1) No elevator to the second floor. Not a problem for me, but could be for others if they are out of rooms on the first floor; 2) The staircase is just outside of the entrance to the lobby. Anyone can go upstairs without going past the front desk and the front door was not locked. 3) There are smoking rooms at this hotel, at least one for sure. It was right across the hall from my room and you could smell the cigarette smoke in the hallway. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke, so this was bothersome. I have become accustomed to smoke-free hotels. 4) Attention to detail was lacking. The bathroom was clean on the surface, but there was toothpaste on the wall under the mirror. I found two long black hairs on one of my towels. Lots of scuff marks on the walls. I have never seen such wrinkled sheets on a bed and the fitted sheets were too small and barely fit over the corners of the beds. None of these was earth shattering, but definitely showed a lack of attention to detail, and when you add them up it lead to my three star rating. 5) Front desk staff — The young man who checked us in was very friendly, but was sitting behind the desk wearing headphones and quickly whipped them off when we entered, looking a bit startled. Doesn't really bother me, but not very professional.

Cigarette smoke was bad. Room was good. Nothing special.

Decent hotel, good location, quiet, clean rooms, biscuits and gravy every morning for breakfast.

Clean, nice breakfast room was clean and enough space. Rooms are nice and quiet even if other stuff going on in the place.

Front desk staff (Wendy) was A+ for helpfulness. The room was basic, but clean. I would stay here again.

The room apeareap to be clean, until we lifted the matress, the bed sheets were not. There was hair not just long but short and curly. Gross… Bathroom plaster cracking. And the curtains on the window. Freeking nasty, splatered with idk what little stains all over it. And the lower level Hall way offered multiple smells from the front to the back. Quality no not even close. Price should have been half and this place should be inspected by the city. We will never stay here again. This was a complete loss of 87$. Very bad for that kind of money. Desk and breakfast staff was polite, respectful and nice. They need different work instructions for cleaning.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, the breakfast provided was tasty and the location was perfect.

I enjoyed the room a lot, and it was a good price but the hot tub leaked in the room and didn't have the right seal to prevent that so someone called the room and complained. I mean we just got out of the hot tub and dried off. We weren't splashing so I think that was not our fault. Anyway — id probably stay again.

Staff is very kind and accommodating. It's a small small staff, but they treat the guests very good. We stayed 4 nights for a wedding. Quiet hotel with all the amenities you need. Breakfast is nothing special; a typical continental breakfast. Across the street from Walmart and a few fast food options so that was convenient. Close to the interstate too. Overall great experience.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! My mother, myself, my grandmother, and my aunt all got sick about 10 hours apart from each other with a bug that only lasted about 24 hours. The staff was so awesome! The ice machine wasn't working and that's all we wanted and could "eat" so A. J. Who went above and beyond the call of duty, went next door to the Best Western and got a bucket of ice and brought it all the way to our room along extra blankets. Kay works in the day time and she has been more than helpful with extra towels and making sure we are comfortable and taken of. The owners have checked on us as well. Great experience! I would give this place 10 STARS if I could!

Quiet and clean. The 2 best things to know. Check in was quick and easy. If choice member reserve room before checking in saves you a few dollars. Breakfast is decent and the breakfast room is nice.

Nice place to stay overnight. Clean modern room — very reasonable rates. AAA and AARP discounts. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

It was a decent Motel good Hospitality of people inside.

So I didn't stay here, but I'm giving the hotel a "customer service 5 stars" though. I originally booked this place last month through booking. Com and then I cancelled about a week prior to the visit due to some changes in my travel plans. I just looked at my credit card statement and realized I was charged anyway. I call one night and didn't get management. But I got a call back when management came in (which is always a plus) and they fixed the error booking. Com did. Cathy & Kay were great and apologized for the error and issued me a refund. If I pass through this area I'll definitely stay here mostly because of the honest and good people working at this facility. Thank you!

This motel was so. Good. Their staff was very quiet and energetic. Rooms were very clean. Love to be over hear.

The rooms were overall very nice but when we arrived, we found old tacos in the fridge. The whole room smelled like rotten food.

Decent for a night's stay. Clean. Refrigerator was a little loud, ended up unplugging it.

Clean comfortable rooms. Staff there are great. Reasonably priced.
