Room was dirty, carpet had stains, couch cusions had rip in them. Very outdated… and the whole place smelled like mold. You could smell it instantly as soon as you walked in the side door. Took forever for the bathroom sink to drain and the toilet acted like it didn't want to flush.
Stayed here during a local softball event. They upcharged the room rates because we were a large group… definitely not worth what we paid. One of our families came in a day earlier, pool was open with all amenities… we check in the next day and they said pool was closed with limited services using covid as their excuse. I guess COVID isn't an issue on weekdays there. Ice machine didn't work the entire time we were there. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay… the rooms in this place is nasty. The lobby was clean but that's about it…

Do not stay here — chose literally anywhere else! My friends and I were there this past weekend and our two rooms were not worth $150 a night after taxes. One didn't have working heat and they had to be moved at 11:30 at night. Our room didn't have a working shower, so I had to go across the hall and use another room's shower (which the shower was cold). We also had no plugged in/working phone and the night stand drawer was closed shut with packaging tape. We heard other people murmuring at breakfast about similar complaints. The front desk girls are so sweet and were so sympathetic, but have no power to actually make things right with our bill. No manager is on duty all weekend long (including when their hotel is fully booked for a conference), so you still have to pay this expensive price for a terrible experience and then just hope the manager calls you back the next week to make it right. Don't give them your business, they are not prepared for it and if you have a problem, they won't have the means to fix it while you are still there. There are a ton of hotels in this area-I'd try another one.

Great FREE breakfasts in the AM!

Very nice place had my bridal shower there it was beautiful. I would return there for other things people were friendly.

My bathroom had dark hairs all over it and there was trash under the bedskirts. My mom has another room across the hall and her pillow had blood on it.

Thank you to then honest staff! My daughter left a necklace behind and they took the time to collect it and call us to let us know they had it. I hadn't even realized it was gone yet. I've stayed in a lot of hotels the past couple years and have never had anyone call to let us know what was forgotten/lost. Thank you!

Our first time staying at your establishment I have to say very impressed on how clean everything was and Jessica was just a doll. Helped me booked a group block and went beyond my expectations to accommodate everyone! I know it’s hard and having a group as big as mine along with other teams there, you would think the staff would be a little understanding and have a lil more patience, one gentleman that worked the front desk was very standoffish rude and not helpful by no means, you would ask him something and he would roll his eyes like I was supposed to know something about your establishment! Have to say the maid staff was very helpful outgoing and friendly. I was out front smoking early one morning and as every staff walked in that day for work greeted me said hello and asked how everything is going. 5 stars for the staff other that that gentleman. We will have more tournaments down there in the future and will do everything to book again with you guys thanks.

The staff was incredible! Always smiling and eager to help. The amenities and property were great. Breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. Hope to stay here again.

Overall clean and neat. Needs some updates and repairs… rust on door frames, bathroom fan didn't work. Front desk staff at night was MUCH nicer than the lady in the morning. Food for breakfast was very nice.

Enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. Our group had used at least eight rooms for the week end and the conference room. Since so many people stayed there it would have been nice if they had given us a price break on the price of conference room. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Rooms were spectacular. Plenty of space. The pool was very clean and love the fact that the kids can play and have a fun time!

Not so great. I like the Hampton Inn in Grand Prairie more. It's cleaner and the staff is nicer. The Hampton inn is also pet friendly.

This place is wonderful, esp the staff. Everything is clean, they are attentive and kind. The only issue I have is every time I stay there truckers park under the window and idle their trucks all night making it impossible to sleep.

Beautiful excellent service. They took care of all our wedding party with no issues. We had a full hotel with the wedding party and also a baseball tournament going on and they handle it like a champ. I would definitely book with them again for anything I have again. Loved the service, the workers, the room, the breakfast, the shuttle. They had a lot to put up with with our gang and they did it with a smile on their face! ’ Thanks for making my sons and his new brides wedding a wonderful event.

One of the very best country inn and suites we have ever stayed at. The location had a very friendly helpful staff, and close to restaurants so we didn’t have to drive. Anytime were in the area we will plan on staying here again. Thanks for a good nights sleep.

Rented their great room for a baby shower. Pricing was very reasonable. They were accommodating and clean. They provided us with coffee, extra tables, and privacy. Would highly recommend!

This hotel is extremely nice! We're attending a family reunion and some of the family said their room isn't as good as ours, so perhaps they are remodeling, but ours is fantastic! The king bed is very comfortable, the shower plain, but good with lots of water, and we have good amminities: refrigerator, microwave, Jacuzzi tub, etc. The breakfast included is good with eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagles, toast, cereal, fruit, breakfast bars, pastries, waffles, etc. The kids really like the pool and the hot tub is enjoyed by many. The exercise room is small, but sufficient with two treadmills and an elliptical of sorts. All the staff are fantastic and I would definitely stay here again!

Christy at the front desk was great. If it wasn't for her great directions to the hotel we'd still be lost. Very friendly and helpful. She upgraded us to a suite which was sooo nice. The bedroom was totally separated from the other room by a doorway. This was for more privacy and any hallway noise. Bed comfortable and very clean. Only problem was the so called breakfast. Usual cereal and etc, but main entree was scrambled package eggs, diced ham peices usually (used for salads) and tortillas. We went across the street to a restaurant and got biscuits and sausage gravely and bacon and eggs. If you just want a nice place to sleep their great.

Stayed here a couple of nights with 4 kids over a cold spring break. Had an excellent stay! Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and comfortable, pool was amazing with great hours, and staff was happy and friendly. Will be back!

We stayed for one night in A Jacuzzi suite. The room was perfect for the two of us. Upon checking in we were informed that because we were guests Longhorn Steakhouse would give us a free appetizer. The Wi-Fi worked well enough we were able to watch a couple of movies. Overall, I was very happy with our stay. The staff was all very friendly.

Rooms are nice and clean. The pool was warm which was pretty nice since it was so cold outside. The breakfast was good since it included eggs, bacon, and waffles.

This is our second year for renting the Great Room for our small family holiday gathering. We would like to thank the entire staff, in particular the front desk manager, for their pleasantry, professionalism, and helpfulness in making this such a enjoyable occasion. Great staff. Every single person was courteous, friendly and helpful. I'd errantly booked the wrong date and they were able to get me a room plus a small goodie bag for my kids. In both the went above and beyond. Everyone was truly excellent. The only reason I don't give a full 5 stars: the property was showing some age with a window that would only 1/2 lock and a utility closet that wouldn't lock. The bathroom had minor indications of being in a high-humidity environment. Also there was a large carpet stain near the elevators. Honestly, though, everything seemed well cleaned (and I'm very particular in that regard). I would absolutely come back.

I brought an athletic team for an invite meet. We stayed over night and the room was very clean. I checked for bed bugs as a precaution and there was none. The staff was very nice. Just one concern though, there was only one staff member working the breakfast on a booked hotel, due to the invite event and she was trying not to show she was overwhelmed and trying to keep up up the amount of people. I believe there should have been two staff members working the breakfast on mornings like this. Despite the understaff, I will check out other Country Inn & Suites locations during my travels.

This was the first time I ever stayed at one of these. We stayed at the Peoria, IL location, and got the 2 Queen Suite. The room was spacious and clean. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The kids loved the indoor pool. The only suggestion would be to have more towels when you know how many people are staying in the room. And also have towels available at the pool.

I have stayed here at several occasions and it has been always a good experience. The room is always clean, especially the bed which is comfortable. One important factor I like about this hotel over few others is the shower having good pressure. The gym equipment always have functioned and serve my temporary stay. Also, the location is good for a walk as well.

Rooms are nice. Tv is smaller than most other hotels. Internet is annoyingly slow. Like, less than 1mb per second download speeds. That's ridiculous. I don't know what's with hotels and their insanely slow internet, but you need to fix it.

Maybe I'm nitpicking a tad, but for the price per night I don't think I am. First off the A/C has a "constant fan" button on it which did not work at all. When you have two kids with you it's nice to have background noise especially when doors are constantly being slammed in the hallways at 5 am. Second off, the curtains wouldn't stay closed all the way and let the sunlight start blaring in at 6 am (CST). Third, our sink has a nice steady stream of water flowing out of the pipes and straight onto the bathroom floor. Luckily since we're staying just one night, our boys won't need to shower so that allowed us two towels to place underneath the sink to soak up the ever growing puddle from brushing our teeth and washing our hands. Oh and I almost forgot, while walking back up to my room I almost tripped over a garbage can on the stairs that was catching a fast steady drip of water leaking from the ceiling! The only bright spot was the woman working the counter that checked us in. She was very nice, but the hotel itself is a total rip-off for the price per room!

Washer is broke, and owner knows issue but won't fix. Front desk told me to go to candlewood. Bs. Will change hotels. Sad.

One of the cleanest Country Inn and Suites I've stayed at. The breakfast is the best. The woman who takes care of it stays on top of it refilling things as needed.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The night I arrived back home, I discovered I was missing a pair of earrings. I took them off the first night and placed them next to the TV and never wore them again. I called the hotel and no one could help. They suggested I call back in the morning. I did. Twice I left messages for a manager to contact me. I finally gave up and posted a negative review on Trip Advisor. Wouldn't you know it. The moment they got the Trip Advisor report, they gave me a call. EIGHT DAYS AFTER I LEFT MESSAGES! The only reason they bothered to call me back is because they got dinged with a negative review. Shows where their customer focus is. Oh — and they didn't bother to mention on their response that it took them 8 days to call a customer back. And to top it off. As I suspected by that point. They were of no help at all. I truly believe, with all my heart, that a member of their staff stole my earrings. They, of course, deny it. do not stay here.

Beware of the extra charges that they charge you after you check out. Make sure you check your bank accounts the next day! The night staff was very friendly, however I wouldnt talk to any manger there! Very Rude! Nice and clean place if you want to pay 322.00 dollars a night for a 2 queen size bed! OH and you will pay that! I know we where not the only ones this happen to. At least 5 others.

And I don't mean small. It definitely has a country feel. Great Breakfast area, even had free soup on Thursday nights. Very nice staff and comfortable rooms.
