Stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and we will NOT be back. This was our first time at a B&B and we arent impressed. We never were greeted by anyone as far as an owner or keeper, our fireplace in our room didnt work, not well maintained at all, cold breakfast, server wasnt friendly or social. Definitely over priced for the "accommodations". Outdoor hot tub, the reason we stayed here, was not up and running. We did get some advice from fellow people staying here, if you're wanting a upscale B&B, check out the bed and breakfast association and stay there instead! This B&B isnt on the association's list and it shows! Also, breakfast was just something cooked up, no spread of different breakfast items, you ate what they made or you dont eat at all! We left to explore, came back and no fresh towels or emptied garbage can. Stay elsewhere and get your monies worth!
Beautiful rooms, friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Fireplaces outside. Hottub. Beautiful lightings with torches around! Truly exotic.

We stayed at the Victorian Mansion during the 4th of July holiday. Sally and Bets are wonderful hosts, serve a delicious breakfast and strive to make your stay very comfortable. The mansion is lovely and takes you back in time to the 1800s. We highly recommend staying at the Victorian Mansion to make your visit to Galena more memorable. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.
