Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We drove an extra 10 miles for a queen room. We get there at 1 am Sunday morning Saturday night. Waited about 15 minutes maybe longer for a front desk clerk who looks something out of a cheesy horror flick. Proceeds to tell my wife that she must not have booked the room right because there are no queen beds. My wife, who is a choice hotel employee was no happy to have her intelligence questioned an being spoken to rudely. We had no choice but to take the double bed room. Upon arriving to the room on the other side of the facility, the keys were not programmed correctly and she had to walk all the way back to the desk. She comes back and we open the door to what to me looks like a crime scene. The floor, which is the focal point of any hotel room as soon as you open the door, was covered in giant stains. The bedding, looks like it was from the mid 80's. The pillow cases looked grungy and so did the sheets. The TV, a 30 year old tube with terrible picture. The balcony, covered in pigeon excrement and infested with the fattest pigeons I have ever seen. No screen door either so that rules out any fresh air, which the room desperately needed. The beds, extremely old spring mattresses that were louder than those on porn sets. Here is the final nail in the coffin. The Wi-Fi. Who in their right mind would run a hotel and force guests to download an app, watch a video, and then and only then will you be logged into the Wi-Fi.
