Very clean hotel, staff wearing gloves as needed. Although we checked out at 4a, the same staff person checked us out, made a fresh pot of coffee and brought the ladies' bags to the car. 5

The Hampton Inn in Skokie was the perfect location for us to have our wedding block. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the planning process and during the wedding weekend. Our guests were very comfortable and we were able to have a family dinner and a henna party at the Hampton Inn. We highly recommend this establishment!

I have used them on and off for over 10 years. At one time I lived here for 3.5 months. Very pleasant accommodations with everything you'd expect from a nice hotel. Good breakfast every morning and a clean room at night.

Rooms very clean and comfy beds. Absolutely the most wonderful complementary breakfast (fresh, fully stocked and very clean even during major rushes). Kitchen, front desk and housekeeping very accomidating to every request. Pool area clean and well maintained. Very spacious parking around entire property. Would definatly recommend!

Very neat and clean hotel. Their service was spot on and for the younger generation, you are able to text the front desk instead of calling. Their indoor pool is not heated, but the room temperature is high enough to keep the water warm. Only reason they do not get a 5 star is because they forgot to bring us towels after we requested then.

They were nice. The facility was clean and we even received a text after arriving to make sure everything was good. However, we did ask for extra towels twice and never received any. The swimming pool was also out of towels. So they may have been having some sort of trouble there. But another plus was that they actually had pool toys for the kids to play with.

All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The check-in / check-out process was extremely easy. Room was good for the price paid and the bed was extremely comfortable. Food and beverage options at the complementary breakfast were great and fresh.

We stayed here 3 nights May 24-26 2018. My son got married in Morton Grove. Was wonderful. Clean, big rooms. Breakfast is 5 Stars! Lobby coffee and snacks. All staff was kind and friendly and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area were almost overwhelmingly warm each day… maybe the air conditioning could not handle the 98 degree days. Other than that, we will return and highly recommend.

Not the nicest hotel ever but nice enough! Free breakfast was great and the bathroom is surprisingly large. The biggest issue we had was the air conditioner making a loud banging sound every 15 minutes or so but it's not too bad.

Older but not wiser. The hot breakfast was at best warm. I had a western omelette that was barely warm. They had real douhy doughnuts. It wasn't too bad.

The place was very nice. It has pool, ample parking, fitness center and many more amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was vast. Would stay again given the chance.

Positives are: Nice hotel, cleaned well, nice sized rooms, some rooms are extended stay style, staff is friendly, short drive to many good places to eat. Negatives are: No restuarant or bar in hotel, in high traffic area, and showers in some rooms have poor water pressure. All in all, good place to stay.

The common areas are large. Breakfast was very well adorned with options. The room was large and comfortable. The building appeared new. Staff was very courteous and efficient.

Great customer service! The compassion of Rod (manager) and the staff here is amazing. I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a funeral. They gave me flowers and a sympathy card signed by the staff! How amazing is that! He also followed through with an email a week later to make sure everything was ok. Also, I had a noisy room which they gladly changed for me. The top floor had the HVAC units above it making noise so avoid that floor! Overall I'd stay here again.

Our stay was fabulous. Staff was very hospitable and friendly. After the snow fell I walked to my car to notice Hampton Inn staff had arranged to have their guests cars blown off. That I would call above and beyond. Will stay again.

Easy to get to. Hot cocoa available in the lounge. I also liked the room layout. It was a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Great location.
The breakfast is good also, the only thing I would asked for to increase the meat.
A couple of mornings, there was no single meat, only in the omelette.
My daughter complain to one of the kitchen staff about it, she informed us that management doesn’t want omelettes and meat out at the same time. She was so gracious that she went in the kitchen and cooked us 8 sausages. That was awesome. I would stay here again.

Recently renovated and very nice for an older hotel. Generally quiet even with several girls soccer teams staying there. The coffee IMO is super spot on, the Robust is very hearty with no after taste. Breakfast is big and awesome.

My aunt stays here for a month or more every time she comes back to the USA and she loves it there. They are very friendly and accommodating. She won't stay at any other hotel.

The rooms were not huge, but good deal for the price. I didn't have any problems. A good deal for a quick stay.

Friendly staff, clean decently-sized rooms, good free breakfast selection. The all-hours coffee/tea/hot chocolate station was nice.

The staff at this location is great and does an awesome job. Thry always make us feel welcome. This location is not even a mile from Westfield Old Orchard mall which has a number of stores and eating locations. It's also very close to the Northwestern University campus.

King suite with whirlpool tub very large and spacious and accommodated a cot bed as well. Clean and good food. Nice to — go bag when leaving.

Very helpful reception staff. Clean rooms, coffee maker, fridge, TV, USB charging points but no safe. Breakfast OK — some type of egg and sausage available along with cereal, juices, yoghurt etc. Tea/Coffee available at all times in a comfy lobby. Shop also has a nice choice of drinks, chocolates, crisps etc Only downsize is there is no bar : — (

I give this hotel a 3 because when we arrived we noticed that the restaurant that was in the picture next to the hotel was closed and I was notified that it was closed for a year now. This is a major reason I choose this hotel to have drinks and dinner and only have to walk next door. Another reason is I had to change my key cards three times because they did not work and maintenance had to be called because my toilet kept running. I think for the price that was paid it should of been a better experience. The last thing is I think breakfast meat should be offered not just put in the eggs what about the people that don't eat pork. It would have to be an emergency for me to book at this hotel again.

Ecxelent place to stay, we were celebrating best friends birdhday, and the patio with a grill was an amazing place to do this, front desk people and all the hotel staff was incredible! thanks to all.

Let me clarify the only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the details below or else I would have given this hotel 5 Stars. I checked in here with the high hopes of my daughter being able to relax in the hot tub and swim up until delivery tomorrow and the pool is freezing cold and the hot tub is not cleaned and freezing also. I do like to be positive… The rooms are clean, staff is excellent and they tried to rectify the pool situation to the best of their ability. It didn't happen but hey. I'm upset we chose this because we're honor members and we needed her to relax before delivery and it didn't happen.

You can never go wrong with a Hampton Inn! The gentleman who took our reservation (Drew) was extremely helpful and guaranteed we'd love the suite we were booked in. Everything was clean and fresh and appeared to be brand new on the floor we stayed on. Our suite was well planned out. The kitchen had an actual stove, full size fridge, a pot, pan, dishes, coffee pot, popcorn, tea… the front desk staff was friendly and the ladies who prepared the breakfast buffet worked very hard to keep everyone in the full dining area happy! We didn't have time to use the pool but it appeared to be spotless also! There were many choices for us as to where to stay — this was the right choice!

The suite we stayed in was very nice and came equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove top and a hide away bed all separate from the room with two queen sized beds. Really enjoyed the breakfast the next morning too. We also were offered water upon checking in. Not a big deal but made us feel welcomed.

We had an excellent experience. ALL staff were professional and polite. Everyone was quick to offer help or assist when needed. The breakfast included fresh fruits or oatmeal if you didn't want carbs. There was always hot tea or coffee available. I would recommend staying here.

Pretty nice hotel. There is complimentary breakfast, albeit with not a huge selection. Staff are excellent and very nice. Road noise is present from adjascent interstate. Overall very clean and welcoming.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and convenient location if you want to stay north of the city. Going to downtown is a $35 uber so not unreasonable but you can find something close to the city if that is your main focus.

Perfect Stay for our family of 4! Appreciated the attention to little details! Our 2 Queen Suite with separate bedroom is the largest suite we have seen in our travels! The bathroom was separate from the bedroom and very spacious. I appreciated the full length mirrors in the room. Included 2 tv's, a sofa bed, and kitchen which is helpful when traveling with children. Our last stay at a similar quality 1 bedroom suite hotel didn't have the space or attention to details as this Hampton. We (family of 4) only had 3 pillows at the other hotel for a queen & sofa bed. Last hotel only gave us 2 full sized towels in our room, again we specified we had 4 guests. The Hampton had 8 pillows! Beds are so comfortable and we had 4 full sized towels when we arrived. I also appreciated the well stocked coffee in the lobby. They have different color cardboard cozies for your coffee cup. So you don't mix up your coffee with your spouse or your daughters hot chocolate. Details! Pool was warm and they had beach balls and noodles for the kids. Westfield Mall, grocery, and multiple restaurants within couple miles.

This place was amazing and staff was great very friendly, neat clean comfortable and breakfast was great and people was awesome, on top free parking free breakfast and close to almost every places. I highly recommend this place to everyone ✌

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! We stayed there this past weekend. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, House keeping was always around to lend an extra towel, the continental breakfast was delicious! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

I stayed 2 nights at the Hampton Inn Skokie and I recommend it to anyone rooms are very spacious very clean very modern the people at the front desk very friendly very well atmosphere all the way around I will be back.

We stayed here this past weekend. My family and I were more than pleased with our overall stay. The housekeeping did a fabulous job of keeping our room constantly clean while we were away (Lupe was the name of our particular housekeeper). The service provided us with fresh towels and linen consistently. The bathroom was clean and modern, as was our room. This was one of the better hotels I have ever stayed at and I have no complaints.

Stayed in a suite on the 6th floor. Furniture is a bit aged, shower did notwork properly but the worst part of the trip there was a room service tray in our hall way from Saturday night untill we checked out on Monday AM, I even went to the front desk and told them, since the food was starting to smell. The location is very good for us though which is why I was disappointed with the hotel.

I've stayed at the Skokie Hampton over a dozen times over the last 2 years while attending classes at Northwestern University. Although this hotel is a not directly in Evanston with the campus, I choose to drive to campus daily due to the amazing facilities and service at this hotel. I've never experienced anything besides excellent accommodations from all levels of staff — the front desk staff welcome me "home" each time I return, the cleaning staff do a great job daily, and the breakfast staff recognizes us and welcomes us back each time! During my most recent visit, about 1 inch of snow fell overnight. I was extremely surprised to discover that a hotel employee was cleaning off all the guest cars in the parking lot by 7 am! That is what I can a genuine care for your guests and amazing customer service.

After checking out during a recently stay I realized that I had lost $300 in cash. It was already about 2 hours after I checked out of the hotel but I called the hotel to see if maybe I had left the money in my room. I told the guy who answered the phone that I think I lost $300 either in the parking lot or in my room. He asked for my room number and went and checked the room. I honestly didn't think I was going to recover this money because it would be so easy for someone to pocket. Finders keepers. But to my surprise the guy who took my call named Chris came back and said that he had found the money and he could put it in the safe till I could come pick it up. All that said to say the staff here, at least that one manager named Chris, is extremely honest. I think this speaks very highly of his character and hopefully the character and culture of the staff at this Hampton inn. The hotel room was also very clean, room service was great and my wife loved our stay.
