Attended a trade show type of meeting there. Everything was easy to find and access. The hotel is on a very busy Street and access to the parking lot was somewhat difficult but after that everything was fine. The hotel looked great. Appeared to have areas in the rear, protected from Street noise, which were nice.

The hotel was about 40 minutes from downtown Chicago. It was a nice room, but the bed was very firm, which is not my preferred mattress style. It sounded like a band was playing outside, but by the time I was going to sleep they had stopped so it wasn't an issue. The price was great though, so no complaints overall.

Warning, read this before booking! This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. The entire hotel smells awful. The bathroom in the room smelled even worse and had dirty floors. Despite switching, the new room was not much better. The second day, there was no water for several hours. Nothing was communicated despite calling and even walking to the front desk. Every part of the building that isn't the lobby is horribly run down. The low price is no where near low enough to justify the awful conditions.

Pretty average. The place was clean enough and had the standard set of amenities. Lots of loud people in the hallway all night, though. It's where the airline put me — I didn't choose it.

Location was good but awkward to get to since you need to make a u-turn. The room was OK. It's not the cleanest; the office chair had lots of stains, the bathroom was very dusty. The bed was nice and it was pretty comfortable. The hotel hallway smelled like pot and the ice maker was full of bugs. I'm not sure if I would stay here again. It was OK for one night.

The rooms airconditioner couldn't cool a can of soda. The chair was stained and filthy. The walls have mystery stains. You have to pay for breakfast, I mean come on you couldn't spring for a small box of muffins to at least offer the bare minimum. This is by far the worst 3 star hotel I've stayed in. I've stayed in better 2 star hotels. Wifi signal to the second floor was already weakening. The bathroom is tiny. Photos available to play is that blood or not, you decide.

It is a pretty good hotel, nice rooms, nice gym, nice bolling alle, but never have a party there. The party room is really small and there is no place for children to at least relax or play.

Absolutely Terrible in every Aspect. Stayed for a week and one of the worst experience I have had with a hotel in years. Shower would not drain, told staff on first day, still was not fixed by day 5. Room was dirty with stains on floor and chairs. House keeping did not clean my room 3 days in a row even with me asking what happened after first two days of not cleaning, was told we were short staff. Well you had staff to accept my credit card. The attached restaurant is less then so so. Not the worst food, but definitely nothing to write home about. Manger walked by my table on my last day and asked how my stay was going, I was very polite and told him about my concerns with this hotel. He basically blew me off and offered me complimentary bottle of water lol. I would give a negative 5 star if it would let me.

Nice place. Our room was small, but tidy. The only issue is that people will sensitive hearing will notice the occasional airplane taking off. That said, in rooms closer to the front of the building, it is not particularly noticable.

It's a solid Hotel, aside from the fact that it's dated in places. They have a nice bar/restaurant attached to it which was convenient and well run. Just outside the city as far as price ranges are concerned, which made it nice and affordable…

Front desk are great. The price is great. And they have a shuttle bus. I stay here all the time.

Spacious room, cool environment, friendly and reliable staff and very appealing pool. Even thought it was my first time to stay here, I really enjoyed my stay. I'll stay here again.

This hotel is the best to go if you have to stay at this air port overnight. It has lots of restraints and clean rooms and nice rooms. The beds are made and all the stuff is clean. The food is really goood too. The restraints there are not really expense but they are sort of expensive the hotels are priced like all other hotels are priced and it should be also at the same. Remodeled rooms were nice. Funky smell in the hallways. New restaurant attached. Breakfast buffet was not worth $13. Staff was kind and helpful.

This hotel was filthy, customer service was awful. I stayed in rm 163 that has the black hair clip in the bathroom that has been there for at least 2 weeks per another review. In the fitness center none of the equipment worked which hasn't worked for several weeks per another review. One of the treadmills in the fitness center doesnt even have the belt, the metal is showing and is rusted. The bowling alley is not accessible to guests even tho it's listed as an amenity to the hotel. I got over charged for breakfast which was $9/person and didn't offer many options for breakfast. The food was cold, hard and nasty and the door by our room was not accessible to use. We had to carry all of our belongings across the hotel and our windows were screwed shut so if there was an emergency there was no way to exit the building except for the main entrance.

Simple accommodations in a location convenient to Wheeling and other northern suburbs, but during my stay nearly all the equipment in the exercise room was inoperable. The staff said someone was fixing it (one even said someone was working on it right now, though when I poked my head in no one was there and later all the gear was still broken. Repair gnomes perhaps? ) The coffee maker in the room was also inoperable and when I asked for the manager to call me, he or she never did. So… It's fine for what it is but don't expect it to be much.

Not impressed. Picture on website shows an airport shuttle, but no shuttle available. Restaurant under renovation, so nothing close to eat at our have a drink… No elevator, toilet keeps running, shower clogged… Never returning here.

I found my room to be very clean. The bed was very hard, which I happen to like with lots of pillows. A little more work cleaning some of the upholstered furniture is in order. I really don't want to sit on what are obvious bodily fluid remains. Gross!

Very nice and fancy looking hotel. The bed was very big and comfortable & the room was well decorated. Paid $60 and the hotel was way better then what I had thought. After seeing the room I thought they were gonna charge us more since it was very nice, looking like a $180 a day hotel. Very nice! And very friendly people at the counter.

We extended our stay and asked them to clean our room. We came back and our tooth brushes were thrown away and so were our bottled waters and snacks! But I let that go. Our birthday cake was still in the fridge. Today at checkout we noticed my daughter's backpack wasn't in the room either! All her school supplies, homework etc taken! We are not happy at all. I am waiting for a manager to call back. None of the house keeping speak English which is a trend I've noticed at hotels! manager here is full of sh**.

Outstanding service from ALEX AND Prince. ALEX caught a duplicate charge and immediately corrected it. Stay was amazing, room and bed was immaculately clean and customer service was the BEST. KUDOS TO ALEX! This hotel is my choice when I'm in Chicago!

Very good service amazing management genral manager Jassi was very helpfull and professional also Prince at the front desk was very professional, helpful and polite. Rooms are very clean. Late checkout is available until 1pm which can be very helpful. All-around a great hotel would recommend and will be back.

One name is all you need to know, "Prince! " He treated me as if I was Royalty… His management skills are above and beyond! He helped me on his day off to transport Handicap and Challenged Vietnam Vets to Church, Shopping, and lunch. Jassi, the General Manager from corporate, always makes sure that the employees and the guest are looked after. Nice folks…

Just an amazing hotel at a fantastic price. It was recently remodeled, and it shows. I have stayed at this site repeatedly and it never disappoints. Conveniently located off Milwaukee Ave, this is truly a gem of a location to sleep at. It is clean, and nicely decorated. The design resembled a model room you would see on HGTV or at Pottery Barn. The room was perfect. Really there are no complaints. Particularly fascinating is how they can provide such accommodations at surprisingly low prices. It was very quiet in the room and sleep on the soft mattress and sheets were a breeze. I want to also highly commend the night manager Byron C. Who was warm and welcoming. On previous visits, I also was so nicely treated by Joe, the day manager, who is also a kind and compassionate person and also Jassi. They made me feel like I was a guest at their own home and made sure we were well taken of. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! :).

Great hotel and great staff! Our flight was super early and we got to our hotel at 930 and our check in was not until noon. We spoke with staff and they were able to find us 2 others rooms that we could check into early! Everything was clean and comfortable. They had a great selection in the little market, but a little over priced but to be expected. They also have a great room for meetings though we didn't use it.

Three star for a Three star Hotel. Positive: 1. Clean 2. Friendly staff 3. Quite place near to airport 4. Healthy and fresh breakfast. (Not free) Negative: 1. Table height is greater than bed height between two beds. Got injured two times. Sharp Corner — Put pillow before you sleep. 2. Poor Wi-Fi connection. Only one bar, you won't be able to surf even.

Very nice hotel with lot of rooms. It's neat and clean. It has good sized meeting rooms. It's right behind Hawthorne aviation and has a great view of the airplanes. Overall a good experience.

Stay away, please! they steal my expensive jacket, and before check out I told about it to the Front desk, they took my information and promised to call back, of course nobody called me and I decided to call them they said that it couldn't be found, and no even sorry about it. Be careful with your stuff there.

Joe is great! He made my entire stay (regardless of the other complications) everything. He is the only reason I would ever book here again. Wonderful customer service!

Great Experience, Very clean, easy check in and check out, super friendly staff, always ready to help. Jassi and Joe are best at front desk! highly recommended. Restaurant and Bar are connected to Hotel, the place is located next to executive airport and next to highway (free parking), rooms are spacious, with large TV, and microwave. On top of all, can't beat the price you pay to stay, its the best deal and the best people!
