Marvelous Place … Exceptionally Clean Super Courteous and Knowledgeable Employees … went over and beyond with efforts and customer service DEFINITELY WILL RETURN AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS … on the last week have told numerous people about my positive experience here … A PERFECT 10 ☆☆☆☆☆5 STARS AND MORE☆☆☆☆☆ Maddie was Exceptional.

Everything was wonderful here, except that the beds were really really hard… Not good for side sleepers. Super soft blankets, pillows, and friendly staff. Loved the pool, but not the breakfast… Not low-carb friendly (Pre-made omelets made with American cheese = no thank you… Only edible option was Canadian bacon). Liked the large in-room refrigerator and big room!

Nice comfortable quiet. The lady that checked me in was totally awesome. Everyone was so helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good don't care for the eggs. But that's most motels. Have the jacuzzi tub in our room it was nice and didn't make a lot of noise. Our over all stay was wonderful. The staff was awesome couldn't have asked for better.

Nicely remodeled hotel. Pretty convenient to I-65. Deluxe suites have glass doors to the sleeping area, which is a nice touch. Lots of options for hot breakfast.

This happened at another comfort site but still have the same policy. Family member missed their connecting flight at 9:30pm. Called to cancel a room that they booked way in advance. As a businessman myself advanced pay and the fact they are planning to stay another night 3 days from then I would take care of my customer regardless of a 24hr policy. These policies are not in place for you if you if you miss your connecting flight that you have know control over how the airport changes your flights. Make sure you ask about the policy before you book and if this is their policy then go somewhere else. I will not stay at a comfort suites that does not care about family that has saved money to fly to Indiana from California to see their nieces graduation.

The hotel is clean, has easy access to I 65, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They provide hot breakfast which had pretty decent selection. My room was clean, good size, and quiet. Overall a great stay!

Great hotel! Morning staff is amazing, I think the one woman's name was Beverly, she was so sweet and accommodating. Got animal crackers for my 5 year old on our way out of the hotel. Night staff is a man and he's not very kind, seems like he doesn't like his job where Beverly is just super happy and brings a great attitude. Breakfast is good. Fried eggs, cereal, bagels, waffles, and juices. Beds are comfy! Only complain is that one night staff man, he's just not friendly.

Was a good stay. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast had enough to pretty much please everyone. We didn't swim but looked at pool which appeared to be clean and well kept. Would definitely come back if in the area. Right off the highway.

Very kind and accommodating staff. We had a large school group and they made the entire process from booking to checkout as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended!

The lady at the counter was so sweet and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were very nice and very affordable. I would definitely recommend or stay here again.

Rooms are spacious and hotel workers were courteous. The only niggling thing was that in their breakfast area there weren't enough chairs to accommodate all the guests that came down for breakfast. They hotel staff did pull extra chairs out when they were notified of the problem.

This is a nice hotel, easy to access and far enough away from the interstate for a quiet nights sleep and the rooms were nice and clean. Flat screen TV's. Also has a pool. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly check in quick. And minutes from everywhere in town. Rates were affordable too.

The staff and hotel were very nice. Lynnette (? ) is a keeper. She was the pleasant welcome a tired traveler could use and helpful in suggesting area restaurants. All staff members were very nice and welcoming to their guest. I greatly appreciated the housekeeping services for taking time to get our room situated very quickly without interrupting our stay. My only wish, would be for a better selection of breakfast offerings, as it seemed very limited, but that's just me. It definitely didn't impact our stay or view of this hotel. We definitely will stay here again in the future.

The hotel was beautiful the hotel guess staff he was very greeting and helpful while we were there. We were allowed to give our granddaughter her birthday swimming party at the hotel to invite her friends she turned 8 years old. We had a blast. Will definitely come back and do it again.

Stayed here a few times now, never had any real problems. Rooms are clean, and big! Staff is friendly and helpful. The internet wasn't working well my last visit, but it was the first time I had that issue. I'm sure I'll be back there!

Very nice! Easy check in, clean and organized rooms, and comfortable beds. I'm pleased with this place and will be returning as I continue to travel to Indianapolis for business.

Good value. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Near restaurants and stores. Nice breakfast. Edit: Unfortunately I posted a bit too soon. We came back our last of three evenings to find our room had not been cleaned. Not skipped, just like someone took 5 minutes and then left. A trashcan was dumped, but towels were on the floor and no beds were made. Because I prepaid, there was no option of a credit or anything. I adjusted to 4 stars. Maybe it should be less, but I I'm trying not to discount everything else because of this. I think this location is recently under new management, so I hope this gets better.

Hotel was nice upon arrival. Facilities were nice, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but sink was in need of replacement. During our stay there was a problem with housekeeping. It was reported to the front desk, they were friendly and apologetic and said they would look into it. No one cleaned our room during our stay. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Pool was closed one day due to chemical imbalance. Some noise was heard through the walls at night. If you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs or have a noise making app on your phone. Overall a good experience. But not excellent.

Location had several mid-low tier restaurants in walking distance as well as gas station. Room was well priced and well maintained loved everything. Cable went out as we were leaving. Has a swimming pool and gym both small. Free breakfast, basic foods but still great! Staff were friendly and attentive. Would recommend!

Stayed at the comfort Inn suites. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here!

Fantastic. Very friendly and accomodating! Super clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot, plentiful, and lots of choices. My only comment is that the glass and mirrors were a bit "foggy".

The staff was incredibly accommodating and the rooms were spacious and well kept. Very easy on and off from the highway and a diverse selection of breakfast foods.

Comfort Suites of Southport was a very clean, affordable, and friendly place to stay. The front desk personal were very friendly and attentive to my needs. The location was perfect! Right off the interstate and only a few minutes from downtown. Yet it sat back off of the main Street in a partially secluded area. It was nice. Great place to stay for the right price! I'd recommend it to anyone.

I came down to Indy to do some interviewing for a job my firm is beginning in April. Since it was a business trip, my room was paid for with my Boss's company card. Naturally, I had a copy of the card, his ID, as well as the Comfort Inn CC Authorization form with me. When I came into the lobby, the front desk attendant insisted that she have a copy of said documents to keep. She pulled a binder out from under the counter (not locked or secured in any way) and announced to me that, "everyone leaves their card information right here. " So there's a binder full of CC's and ID's readily grabbed right under the counter. There were several people in the lobby at this point. This didn't make me comfortable. Next, she gave me keys for my room that didn't work. I have to get a new set. Once I got to my room, the fire alarm went off. Twice! Firetrucks invaded the parking lot. There was no call to say all was clear, no follow up at all from the staff. Once that fiasco had ended, I tried to get a workout in. One treadmill was kaput. The other made such a horrible rattling noise, that I was afraid to use it. When I returned to my room, that same front desk lady called me to say that there was a date typo on my CC Auth form that would need to be fixed before I could before I could be checked in. Since it was a Sunday, I had a hard time reaching my boss back in Detroit. I left the hotel to go have dinner. Upon return, there was s couple at the front desk shouting, "HELLO!?!

Nice, clean accommodations. There is a pool and fitness center downstairs and plenty of places to go around Southport. The staff is friendly and there is a gas station within walking distance if you need snacks or drinks. There's also a refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave in the room. My only complaint would be that the beds are very firm. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Bring a cushion.

Reservation were correct. Rooms were nice and clean. Quite place. Ive stayed in crummy hotels and this is not even close to one. Reading the previous comments I was hesitant to book but I'm glad I did. Great hotel. No vending on all floors but that seems to be my only complaint.

Staff was disorganized and inconsiderate. The reservation was messed up. The billing was messed up. The only good thing I can say is the room and facility was nice.

They have one washer and one dryer. The dryer didn't work. Our shower wouldn't work, only the tub spout. When we came back our keys wouldn't work. The pool was closed. Won't be staying here again.

Every time we go to I U medical Center we stay up there I thank it a great place to stay and the people r so friendly to have a great summer to Clyde, Regina, and Darrell.

Clean decent sized rooms and hotel. Quiet atmosphere, great location. Only problem is when my 8 year old pulled out the couch bed, she found a white pill. After looking it up, it was a 10 mg hydrocodiene. Housekeeping needs to do more thorough cleaning as it was laying smack dab in the middle of the bed.

We had a king bedroom that came with a pull-out couch. When we pulled it out, there was a blood stain on the mattress! Who wants to sleep on that?! Not me. When I called down to ask for a separate pull-out mattress, they couldn't offer anything. Nothing was done about the blood on the mattress! The king size bed was very hard. I woke up with back pains and soreness. Also, the TV is very limited in channels. At night, when I wanted closed captioning, there was no menu to selection this option. The closet door knob was broken and unable open. They offer a fridge in the room, but its the same as room temperature. The thing doesn't keep anything cold. For amenities, the pool is like a bathtub. You could probably fit five people in the pool and then feel claustrophobic. The office chair practically broke on me. When I went to sit down, a screw got loose and now it wobbles.

Comfort Suites in Southport Indiana, is definately the place to go if your looking for a place to stay! Melissa and Constiance are the best front desk girls to talk to :).

Not bad. Beds aren't the best. Nor are they the worst. I was hoping for better.
