Been good here. Nice to have a free drink machine downstairs that has soda and juices.

The room was musty. The rooms are small especially with 5 people in the room. However the location is convenient to I-65 and it’s ok For the price.

Smoking area around back is recommended if you smoke. The inside is smoke free and you can choose to smoke out front if you want but there are chairs and tables out back. Heated pool and hot tub are a plus. Breakfast area is huge for a motel.

We took an impromptu road trip on Labor Day weekend. Stopped in with no reservations, no problem! Clean room was available to us, no waiting at check in when we arrived that night!

They were doing some renovations but it wasn't any inconvenience at all. We had the jacuzzi suite for the evening. The couch looked like it had seen better days but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The newly remodeled breakfast area was very nice. The coffee machine was impressive with multiple options including espresso! Overall an enjoyable, relaxing stay!

Bathroom has a motion detector light (with a loud exhaust fan). Sink is located outside of the bathroom, and is part of the bedroom. There is one USB charging port on the alarm clock, but there is no port near the work desk. Good size TV, but sits on a low profile cabinet, obstructing visibility from the beds. Breakfast is better than most. Loved the drinks available.

Not clean! I would not stay here again. The doors walking in were dirty with stuff running down them. The room smelled musty when we walked in. The off the bed was wedged between the bed and night stand. The dust on the cords of the clock and night was very thick. Yuck! Then I set something on the desk and there was a dime under the desk. I guess no one vacuumed under there or that would have been sucked up. Then I bent over and saw all the dust and cobwebs under the desk. The bathroom was so gross I never took a shower.

We had a very enjoyable stay! Our room was very clean and the staff was Awesome. Breakfast delicious and plenty of it. We even enjoyed the pool.

Nice stay. Friendly staff, quick check in. The we stayed in was enough for the five of us (2 adults, 2 children, 1 infant). LCD TV was probably a 32 inch. Non-HD channels, but it was okay. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Free access for all guest. The room was clean, little older carpet but it wasn’t too bad. The pool was a nice addition to our stay as well as the hot tub. Pool room is large enough to accommodate 35 people. The hotel is conveniently located off of I65, with several stores and restaurants surrounding. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay considering the affordable fee we paid. We also felt safe during our stay. Bed and shower was comfortable. We will most likely stay here again since it’s in the half-way point of our regular trip from SC and WI.

2.5 out of 5 but I'll round up. I'll start with the good: the beds are comfortable and clean (possibly recently replaced), convenient location off the freeway, free breakfast was pretty standard and the hours available were great for us late risers (6-10 am). Now the not so great: this place could use some renovations. The carpets were stained, walls and ceilings were damaged, screen for our window was clearly damaged and needed to be replaced, the AC unit didn't work as expected. I was hoping to turn the fan on high to drown out the noise from the people upstairs doing jumping jacks, but there wasn't a definitive difference between low, medium, and high. Also, just some general maintenance needed: toilet seat wasn't tightened, the caulking around the toilet was gone — the toilet lifted right up. And now for the downright bad: ants in the room, saw an ant by the window when we first checked into the room, killed it, but dismissed it as we didn't see any others. As we were packing up the suitcase the next morning, saw additional ants in our suitcase and in the bathroom. Now my wife has the eebie-geebies all day. Old fitness equipment was being stored around the pool, which is bad enough, but the equipment was covered with a thick layer of dust and construction debris and none of the pool lights were working. Really made the pool experience not enjoyable. Overall maybe a decent value for $80? But my wife will not be allowing me to make the hotel decisions from here on out.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. Service was great and room was very clean and comfortable. Overall the experience here was outstanding, but this hotel is a little outdated and needs some small renivations. But other than that it is a wonderful stay.

Stayed 2 nights. Great room with comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows. No bad smells and no bugs. Very nice place. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and includes scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Very nice place.

My Husband and I were traveling back from Virginia to Missouri for military. When we got into our room, there was still trash in the trash bin, which I thought was odd, but figured maybe someone empty the trash before cleaning the room. On closer inspection, the jacuzzi tub was filled with glitter and some type of slimy residue that honestly, I didn't want to know what it was. Then there was toothpaste all over the sink, around the sink, and in the sink. As we left for dinner I asked the front desk, if the room had been cleaned, they said, "I think so" and I explained what I had found that made me think differently. He just looked at me, and said, "oh" so when I asked if the sheets were for sure clean, he just looked and me and said, "should be". Later that night, we found toenails in our sheets along with Hair. The next morning, I informed the lady at the desk, that whoever was in charge of cleaning our room the day before, did not, and that they might fix that issue before another guest goes in there. She just looked at me and said, "hmm". Their breakfast for guest was cold, and was literally frozen french toast sticks that had been set out to thaw and were soggy and cold. Ridiculous, Ramada's have always been among my favorite. Not anymore. Not to mention, for the price, extremely outdated and smelled awful.

We got what we paid for here. It wasn't bad but the hallways smelled SO bad like strong cleaning solution. Also, the cable was down as soon as we entered the room which was handled within the hour. Bathrooms are very small, with the sink area being outside the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub area. Breakfast was very decent as well. Easy check out and even forgot something and hours later was able to come back and get it. Overall, we needed a quick clean place and got it, with good service. Each Ramada is individually owned, so each may be a bit different.

Our room smelled as if it had once been a smoking room. We stayed one night, and the power went out about 7am. It was no fault of the hotel's, but we were unable to shower or have have a decent breakfast.

As a family on holiday from New Zealand we stayed here for one night & paid cash for 3 rooms but we noticed we also got charge on our credit card as well, I have the receipt for all this, I tried ring & emailing but no one will talk to me about this. I can kiss that money goodbye. be careful not to be charged twice!

HOTEL NIGHT CLERK lied claiming 'No Vacancy' in dismissive, demeaning tone to a polite inquiry from my African-American female friend. Not a great exoerience when you're extremely tired of driving and its past 2:00 A. M. In the morning! Will not be recommending this place ever!

My room was nice and it was very quiet. The beds are so comfortable that I ended up sleeping through breakfast 1 of the days I was there. The breakfast has hot foods and is filling. The staff is very friendly.

The beds are fairly comfortable, and the room was clean and smelled well. However, the pool is TINY! Do NOT BE FOOLED by the picture you see on any if the websites, because it is literally 4.5 feet by 4.5 feet! And is only 3 feet deep. If you are choosing a hotel based solely on tom quality, then this is a good deal, but if you are looking for accommodations like I was, Don't waste your money like me. We did have a room with a Jacuzzi tub tho, and there are not many pet friendly hotels with a Jacuzzi suite available.

Lowest price I've seen for a hotel with a hot breakfast, and a clean pool and hot tub. Rooms are just okay. Water doesn't get hot in shower. Front desk said it was because they were doing laundry… two mornings in a row! Lamp was missing a light bulb which maintenance replaced. Sink was left running when we arrived.

My daughter stayed their with my mother n law. I dropped her off. But talked to the front desk lady. She was real nice.

Had a good stay. Friendly staff, clean room, nicely furnished with up to date decor, quiet with adequate usual breakfast and reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

A nice place to lay your head for an overnight stay. Location enters and exits main interstate very quickly. Fuel and few restaurants are close by to get you going for the remainder of your travels.

Not bad for the money. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice to have. Room was reasonably clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not good though even for free.

I have stayed here before the pool is always clean the sauna is warm the fitness room is great for working out the food is very very good especially the biscuits and gravy. I had a fun time there I recommend that you so here. The people are nice and friendly and nice to talk to.

Needs some work. The people were friendly but our microwave wasn't clean-up had cheese (? ) Cooked onto the plate. One of the beds was broken. We didn't want to relocate so my husband and son fixed it. They ran out of some of the breakfast items before we got downstairs in the morning (11am) but if you're an early bird you'll be fine.

Room wasn't ready. Door was open… no toilet paper, no towels, the floor was dirty. When I went to ask for these things the front desk acted as if it was our fault these things weren't in the room. It was said the housekeeping called off for the day. And the help they had was rude as well. Saying they weren't finish with the room and I asked why we were placed in the room, knowingly that it was ready. Point blank I will not visit this hotel chain again… not a satisfied lodger…

I arrived before check-in time and they were able to place me into a room. However the room was very damp smelling. The bed was comfortable. The room was fairly clean. Parking was convenient.

Comfortable King Bed. Quiet and away from traffic. Room was stuffy. AC must not have been working properly. Stepping out into the hallway after a good nights sleep I could feel the hallway was cooler and less humid than the room were in. Would stay here again.

Great Breakfast. Super soft pillows. Great staff. Allows my dog w/ a one time fee of $25. The wall unit could have a more powerful blower so if you sleep with a fan at home this one is borderline not enough I'll bring my fan next time. I had a King bed on the first floor for $70/80ish it changed but I didn't pay for the room my company did. Wi-Fi doesn't work if it storms bad. Carpet feels moist. The ironing board cover is covered with stains. I'm sure they could wash them I just don't think they think about it.

Over-priced for the quality. It was $94 for a Sunday night. The place feels rough around the edges and the carpeting is only in fair condition. The bed was fine and the Wi-Fi internet was decent. When I arrived at 8pm local, they put me in a room that had not been cleaned yet from the previous night — trash, dirty towels, and dirty linens were all over the room. I asked for and got a different room, but there was little remorse and no compensation over the incident. They have motion-sensing lights, which are nice, but they are almost too sensitive — when they slid the receipt under the door at 3am, that piece of paper activated all the lights and woke me up. Not too happy about that. You could probably find a better deal for $20-30 less. It felt like I was in an expensive Motel 6. I only recommend staying here if there are no better options.

Come with a large group, and we ayudabamos with any thing that we needed.

If I could give Zero stars I would I have never stayed at a Ramada before. I will never be staying at one again. I travel for work and have stayed at dozens possibly hundreds of hotels. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a hotel staff EVER. My daughter's basketball team is in town for a tournament. Hotel reservations were made by the coach under the parents' names. My name was misspelled by 1 letter, even still same pronunciation. The parents were not given confirmation When I came to check in, the manager Amanda was extremely rude and uncooperative; stating that there was nothing she could do without a confirmation # and that clearly she couldn't be sure that I had a reservation and not some other person whose name was exactly mine except for the one additional letter. I showed her my ID. I showed her the email from the coach with my my-spelled name and with me stating in the email that it was misspelled. This was not sufficient. I had to speak with her general manager. She is either stupid or purposefully rude, neither is a good trait for management. If this is the personnel that Ramada deems fit to be running their hotels, then it puts into question their judgement regarding all other aspects of the hotel in my opinion. I never was given apology by her either. In fact I will be purposefully avoiding the entire Wyndham hotel chain group from henceforth. If you expect good customer service this is definitely NOT the hotel for you.

Worst Experience I have ever had. We found a coupon in a travel magazine and found this hotel. We checked-in late and was told they only had one room left. Upon entering the room we found a stain on the carpet next to the couch. Looked like red wine but still gross. It being late and being the last room we just covered it. We requested a late check-out around 1 pm. We were woke up rudely by room-service around 11. Even though we had the do not disturb sign out. Upon exiting the room to go outside to take the dog for a walk and have a smoke — I was nice and took the maid my sheets off the bed and told HIM that we would shower and be out in a couple hours. I told him that we requested a late check-out and that we will try to be out before 1. Upon returning for the walk with the dog I noticed that someone had entered my room and went thru some of our things. Yes no joke. We went outside for 20 min maybe to walk the dog and smoke and housekeeping entered our room. Not a minute later and our phone was ringing from the front desk clerk who told me that they did not allow late check-out and that it was now noon and we needed to leave our room. I informed the guy that we were showering and would be out around 1. Upon returning home from my vacation, I found that I was charged $182.47 more then my room.

Went here for the second time on Friday. Very clean, and nice beds, but there are some improvements that would make it a more enjoyable stay. First there is no TV guide and the channels are odd and took forever to find a working channel, even after being there before. The breakfast is fine but the elevator creaks and makes unsettling noises inbetween the 2nd and 3rd floor, the shower also makes similar noises when you move. Other than this checking in and out was easy, parking was fine, and overall a good enough hotel to stay again.
