Pretty reasonable hotel for the price. Some items in the room are not exactly taken care of well, like the faucets, tile, and windows, but otherwise pretty nice. Real nice folks that work here too.

Staff is nice and helpful. Beds are nice and comfortable. Stair areas and halls need some major cleaning. Very stained washcloths and towels need to be replaced.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. There was a fridge and microwave, both were dirty. The bedskirt on our bed was ripped and half of it was laying in the middle of the room. The rooms were big, but I'd rather have a smaller room that was clean than a big room that was sketchy. We only received 2 very small pillows on a king size bed. Food at breakfast was labeled and was a week old. The guy at the front desk was nice and friendly. Our room, along with a majority of the hotel, smelled like cigarette smoke.

It was pretty clean and the price was okay but don't plan on breakfast. There wasn't any of the items that they advertised like waffle mix. We had to go to a restaurant.

We spent three nights here. Our room was cleaned and beds made everyday. We needed batteries replaced in the remote and stopped it it and reprogrammed it to the TV very quickly. We had no issues. We had a room with two queen beds it had a full size refrigerator and microwave. If I'm in the area again I'll go back to Days Inn.

It is nothing extravagant but if you need a quick place to stay the night it works. Nice to have a fridge in the room.

The rooms weren't the cleanest, the fire detector was hanging from the ceiling by wires, the person working the front desk was really never at the front desk. But ya get what ya pay for. My one night stay ended up being about $62, which is decently cheap. The sheets were clean at least. But the walls were pretty thin and there was a really loud kid next door, so that sucked. It was a big room, with a couch, fridge, microwave, stove top, kitchen sink. I'm not sure I'd stay again if I was in the area, might be worth it to pay the extra $20 to get a nicer room.

Great price for the room size. Good location, not far from amenities. Paid under $70 for a two queen bed room with a fridge. Can tell bathroom was recently renovated.

The service here was absolutely amazing. 5 stars on service hands down. The hotel staff is nice and friendly and they'll do whatever they can to make your stay awesome! The hotel itself is a little rough around the edges, hence the 4 stars. The floors were always dirty and some things could have been better. I stayed here for several weeks and in several rooms. Overall the hotel was acceptable.

Used to be a nice place to stay. Very low staff. Rooms were poorly cleaned. Vending machine broken. Musty cigarette smell in room. Nice that rooms had small kitchen w/ stove and sink but who in the world travels with kitchenware?

Not a bad place overall. Continental breakfast hit the spot and they were very good with keeping everything stocked and cleaned up. Rooms could have been cleaner (things looked to be wiped off but didn't seem like they used much in the way of cleaners). Our room had amenities I wasn't expecting like a kitchen sink, two burner electric stove with a stove vent, refrigerator and freezer, and cabinets for storage. Front desk staff was very nice. Good price for the two nights we stayed.

Location was good. Service was awesome. Room was clean and the staff were friendly. Definitely would visit again.

This could have been a nice comfortable economical hotel except for the fact that they didn't vacuum, dust or clean the room. Dog food from a previous tenant on the floor. Mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain. Lack of fresh good at breakfast. The rooms are remodeled with a full fridge but the lack cleanliness and keeping up with housekeeping makes this place a big bummer. Too bad!

Great deals for this hotel available on sites like Hotwire. The bed was comfortable and the room was a suite I guess so there was a kitchenette and a small seating area. Everything else was acceptable. Weirdly we didn't have a shower curtain in our room, but that was alright since we only stayed one night so we just showered right before check out and didn't have to deal with the wet bathroom.

We were very disappointed to see mildew on our shower curtain. There evidence that the back door exit had not been swept in a long time. Will not be staying there again. On the positive side, the front desk personal were very nice.

Good service. Clean facility. Continental breakfast. A little old but its what you expect. No more no less. I checked in the 1 queen suite which was the only one available. Spacious living room but small bedroom. Overall its pretty good for a 2 star hotel.

Very good hotel for the night we stayed at it. People working there were friendly and nice. Not a lot of parking but the breakfast in the morning made up for it. (They got a waffle maker) Beds we're nice and soft so it was easy to fall asleep. Would go here again.

If your looking for a hilton keep driving, but its a nice place for the money you spend. Its not updated with new stuff but its not a dump either. We were building a new home and we rented a room at the home lodge for over a month. It was clean and we never had any problems that we seen on the bad reveiws of this place. It's a great place and I would come back for sure. Ms Elizabeth was really nice and she really takes care of the place. So if your looking for a reasonable place and a safe place I'd say stop and stay. David Emmett.

The worst experience I have had n a hotel I would have rather slept in a dumpster. The showed was nasty the bed was nasty it looked like no one had cleaned it then they over charged my card. I will never go back or tell any instead to stay there.

Just needed a cheap hotel for one night. We walk in and no one is even here, no management, a sign on the door saying to go to the Ramada inn next door if we needed anything, making it awkward having to check in at the Ramada when we were staying across the street. We go to leave our room and theres a manager or something beating on a door saying front desk with another guy seeming to be startled. Then when we come back theres a guy in pajamas just laying the stairs hallway. (and no elevators? ). Room was fine, but kind of sketchy.

I gave one star because I can't give zero stars. This Home Lodge is terrible! I have stayed in hotels in Afghanistan that were better. The five star review that says "clean, clean, clean" is a LIE, LIE, LIE posted to boost ratings. Do NOT stay here. As the reviews below say, nobody is at the front desk, the entire hotel smells like urine and smoke, the floors are dirty, the counters and tables are sticky, the outside doors still do not lock (I read that in a rating from one year ago), the beds have sheets and comforters which appear to have not been cleaned in quite some time, no blankets, and the pillows are flat and lumpy. The only good thing here is that there is a Cracker Barrel across the street.

Homey and comfortable. Above all. Home Lodge has great employees that go out of their way to assist their travelers (A big thanks to Elizabeth and Lisa! ) Also, let me add that you will find the place clean, clean, clean.

Less than poor. DISGUSTING! I got bedbug bites and killed 4 cockroaches in my room. The AC and hallways smell like mildew. The TV was all discolored. The entry doors to the building do not lock, allowing non-guests to come and go as they please. The complimentary breakfast consisted of 3 kinds of sugary cereals, stale donuts, cheap coffee, and generic Sunny D served in a broom closet. The staff is NEVER at the desk, forcing you to constantly walk across the parking lot to the Ramada (where they serve fresh fruits, french toast, waffles, biscuits, juices, yogurt and all sorts of yummy things that they will rudely inform you that you arent allowed to eat) in the event that you need assistance. However, they will reluctantly get around to your nagging request at their leisure after the more important Ramada guests are accomodated. I have had nicer hotel rooms in way worse places for much less. So it has a fridge. Big deal. The only thing worse than spending the night in this place is being stuck here for a week! Step it up, Home Lodge.

DO NOT STAY! Rooms were not bad. But they charged me for 3 nites at $87.00 I booked this room 6 months in advanced for $54.00. Im still trying to get my money refunded. I had to check in at the Ramada and check out at the Ramada so I am dealing right now with Ramada. Will write more as soon as I hear back from them. Very shady stuff going on there. Again do not stay at this hotel they will cheat you out of money and charge you extra.

It is directly across the street from the ramada! They have no pool here and the ramada will not let u use thiers, the guy in the front desk is never there and the really only plus side of this hotel is its next to a few resturaunts and gas stations! The rooms are pretty good and they have fridges and microwaves and coffie pots, which is unusual for a hotel but its a plus! I recommend that they get a pool and get a better hotel staff! :).
