It’s Really Quite Here. Don’t Hear Anybody Talking Or Kids Screaming At All.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had since staying in a dump on the outskirts driving through Las Vegas — that one was only worse because I feared for my life. But, bar none, this was the rudest, most disrespectful hotel staff I've ever seen. When we went down for breakfast, it was about 15 minutes before the breakfast was due to close. No big deal, right? If you went to a restaurant 15 minutes prior to closing, you would assume they would serve you, because it's still open. We figured we would just get our food quickly, then try to stay out of the way. Well, there wasn't much food out to start with, and they were already started putting things away. I decided to make a waffle, and one of the workers kept giving me dirty looks while I poured in the batter. Then, evidently, they turned off power to the outlet that the waffle maker was plugged into — when I went back to check in my waffle, there was no power, and it was only half baked. A family came in behind us, and the workers were even more rude to them. Then they turned off the lights in the whole dining area while we were sitting there trying to eat our food. We have 3 small children, so it seemed kind of mean-spirited, to be honest. I have never seen anything like this before — it was so rude and unprovoked, it was almost comical. Almost, but not quite.

Wasn't all that impressed. Way to much more eye for what it is. Couldn't get water temp right in shower. Way to hot or cold. Air conditioning doesn't work that well. Whole place needs a facelift.

It is what is to be expected from a middle ground hotel chain. Nothing spectacular but not horrendous either. No complaints here.

Just a little rant I stay in a hotel at least 2 times a month I've stayed in many different hotels also many quality inns never have I been turned away due to my family size but the one in sellers burg said I would have to get 2 rooms because I have more then 5 people keep in mind my children are 2 children under the age of 2 a 3 year old 4 year old and a 9 year old so my suggestion is if you have to stay in sellersburg Indiana just go to days Inn or the Ramada they will allow all your children to stay in the same room rant over.

Night staff attendant was great. I had been on the road for 10hours or so and he made the 2am check in speedy and funny. Affordable and great costumer service.

Stayed in Sellersburg Indiana quality inn and suites. Booked online for 1 room. When we got there we were told that there were 2 rooms booked but would be taken care of by manager in the morning. When manager got there he refused to take care of it and said to contact the website we bought through. We did and they said only one room was booked. Told the manager and he still refused to do anything about it. Checked my credit card the next day and they charged 4 times for the same room. I called them and the manager still refused to do anything about it. Disputing charges now. Would never stay there again if that’s how they are goin to treat their customers.

The location shows a little ware and tread, but a decent pool, good sized room and warm breakfast makes this a good stay.

There was everything you would think there is. Very nice customer service. Breakfast could be better but not disappointed. Overall, good experience.

I understand why the previous Comfort Suites was downgraded to this Quality Inn & Suites. The entire hotel needs a facelift, which I don't see happening here. The bath towels were old, discolored and small. Their room key machine was around during King Tut's reign… and I had to have my keys re-done 5 times in a 3 day stay. I probably wouldn't stay here again. The staff was polite and helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was ok except heater tray wasn't working well to keep eggs, sausage, or biscuits hot. Microwave took care of that problem.

The "manager" was extremely rude, megan?. I have a service animal, I was asked for his credentials which I produced, the sign on the front door says no pets thru lobby. So she tells me the back door is broken sometimes, so I go around to the back and yes door is broken. So before we all go thru the main door I ask if we are allowed thru the lobby with our service animal. She says yes, I ask a second time and mention the sign and I don't want to break any rules. She gets all upset and says I will ask you to leave. All because I asked a question two times. Very rude. If you like getting yelled at and being treated like scum stay here.

The place. Was nice and clean. The only problem I found was with the molding (old and yellowed) and a few of the electrical switches (had to press the switches of the elevator several times to call it).

Bed and pillows were fantastic! Very comfortable. I slept so well my daughter complained of me snoring.

They have a awesome continental breakfast. Their pool is a little chilly. Rooms are cleans but the bathrooms kinda had a sewer smell to them coming from the drains, both tub and sink. Staff very friendly.

Keep driving! Our room was gross. Finding previous guests body hair in the tub, bed, toilet or sink REPULSES me! If a room is CLEANED PROPERLY it should not be there. Plain and simple. There was hair all over the toilet and on floor behind toilet. YUCK! I don't feel like I am asking too much by wanting to stay in a CLEAN room. It's what we pay for. Unacceptable. I should have packed up the kids and left but it was late and we were exhausted. Would never go back.

I visited a quality Inn in Cincinnati, OH and it was great. This one by far wasn't as good as that one! The staff were decent, they didn't go of their way to please us or make us feel comfortable. But they did their job and that's it. The "gym" if you can even call it that, had only 2 machines and it was in a tiny room that smelt like mildew. Probably because the water hasn't been changed in a long time. The pool was pretty nice though. Our room was okay. I don't think our sheets were changed, there was what looked to be buffalo sauce on the bed my friend was sleeping in. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should've been but still manageable. The free breakfast was pretty great though! The waffles you could make your self was delicious. All in all it was an okay experience.

Charges were made to my card that were unrelated to our hotel stay and staff denied making any of them but they clearly appeared on my bank account as Quality Inn. Manager was aggressive and had a bad attitude when I questioned the charges. Took several days of talking to my bank, Choice Hotels and the hotel staff to get the charges cleared. Three manager did start acting nicer after the situation wad resolved. Pool area was dirty. The top edges of the pool had a bluish-green algae looking substance around it, the floors were dirty, the paint on the walls were peeling badly and the door to their chemical room was badly rusted with a completely rusted lock. I doubted whether the pool was even chlorinated, there was no smell of chlorine whatsoever like a pool room would normally have in a closed space. Needless to say that was our one and only visit to the pool the entire week and my toddler loves to swim. The carpets in the halls were extremely dirty as well. Some days housekeeping did not service our room. We would request they come to our room and things would happen like more towels brought but dirty towels on the floor not taken away. I had to change our bed sheets one of the days and discovered the mattress pad had awful looking stains on it. When I asked the hotel staff for another one they gave me one that had nasty stains also. On a couple of days I had take our trash down the hall to a big can because housekeeping didn't come empty it.

I stayed right outside of Louisville, KY in Indiana. The staff was the best staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. They were so nice and very helpful. My child needed milk since the milk was left out of the cooler and they provided as much as we needed. The staff also informed us if we needed anything at night to please let them know. The rooms were so clean. I've seen hotels that looked as if they rushed the cleaning and now I thoroughly check before staying in the room. I will be staying at this hotel everytime I'm driving through the area.

We loved staying at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean and huge! To top it all off, the breakfast that they offered was fabulous! Very reasonably priced, I would definitely stay there again!

My room was great! Clean with a very comfortable bed, descent complimentary breakfast. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

We woke up with ants crawling on us! Went to make management aware and was told they would take care of us and what they offered was 500 reward points. $105 to stay in a room to be wike up by bugs and before we left was yelled at by management because he felt we did not deserve a refund. Will never stay in this dump again! Way to run your business.

Very irritated! Our room door would not lock, we were moved to another room so after packing everything up and moving it the 2nd room did not lock either? When we told front clerk she was smart with us saying we have to slam the doors? Then offered to move us to another room but worned us it smelled really bad? Took the room with slamming door and carpet in room was wet and fridge leaking? Not staying out second night! Beyond irritated! Oh and Wi-Fi boots you off everytime and you have to sign in everytime with password.

The service was very nice. The location in Sellersburg was easy to find and the rooms were clean and well taken care of.

Front desk staff were often asleep in office area behind desk. Back door to hotel was often propped open during late hours of night. Mice in room. Trash and butt containers over flowing and trash in parking lot.

The only reason you don't get all 5 stars. The pool was very cold and unswimable. The room is larger than I'm used to, and clean behind the beds and dresser even. The breakfast has many choices for everyone, including hot items. Today had ham slices and scrambled egg patties of the size to fit on biscuit or bagel. When we where checking in the service guy from time warner was talking to the owner, telling him the issue with the Wi-Fi dropping out the last few days isn't their fault and has nothing to do with TWC's lines, so even businesses get the shaft from cable companies. My first time being in this area, and I intend to visit again, and I WILL be booking here again.

Dingy, unkept. My AC unit had to be full of mold because it produced a horrific stench when operated. The whole 3rd floor had an offensive smell in particular at the elevator area. I question the authenticity of any review higher than 2 starts.

Has great rooms, affordable price, indoor pool and tremendous service. I am exceptionally satisfied. We'll see how the breakfst in the morning is, but this place rocks!

Very clean with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast & friendly, helpful front desk help. Very convenient & nice place to stay with very reasonable rates. Completely satisfied. Paula & Gerry Mason.
