Do not book this hotel for a room block. They were completely disorganized and incompetent. Many of our guests arrived to our wedding frustrated and inconvenienced. A few examples: My friend had booked her room for two nights. Despite providing a confirmation number and email of proof the receptionist insisted that she only booked one night and would need to find another place to stay the night of my wedding. Mind you, this was one of my bridesmaids. Eventually they realized there were two people with the same last name and they had misread the information. The hotel had a list of over 35 rooms booked for my wedding. They knew we had a shuttle leaving at a specific time so our guests would arrive on time for our ceremony. It took over an hour for some of guests to check in and they were not able to get ready at the hotel for our wedding. One receptionist in particular was not able to find people’s names or rooms! How? Who knows. Especially since they had months warning in advance for this day. Another friend had been told the only room left was with a jacuzzi and paid extra for this room in our room block. Upon arrival at the hotel her room was just a normal room with no jacuzzi. My family had booked several rooms under one name. When we attempted to change the name to individual people’s names for when they checked in, the same receptionist changed all the rooms to one guest’s name. I’m not sure how they are that stupid. i regret giving this hotel any business. They do not deserve it. It was a complete embarrassment to us that we hosted our guests in such a terrible place. Not to mention, although breakfast was included it was all finished by 9:30am and they refused to bring out more food.
