A lot of hair in the shower, of various lengths and variety.

Clean, quiet rooms, got a ground floor room right next to the door and the pool. Nice hot breakfast bar. The pool and jacuzzi were very well maintained. Overall nice stay!

I would stay here again based on customer service alone! It was a last minute booking through the reservation department on the phone, and we arrived to find we’d been booked into a hotel several hours away instead! The clerk at the hotel got us checked in and also helped us to get the incorrect reservation canceled at the other hotel when the reservation line said “didn’t they tell you it was too late to cancel? ” They also are going above and beyond to mail back some items that were accidentally left behind in the room, including my 2 year old niece’s souvenir from Holiday World. A+ customer service.

We stayed here last Saterday, they charged us $89 for the night took a $100 out for a deposit. They told us they would go over the room the following day and if it was to their likings they would deposit our $100 back to our card. Well it's been a week an our $100 still hasn't been deposited back to our card. We even cleaned our room back up, everything folded nicely and made our beds even though they have to change the bedding. We called all week to see what was goin on, all she could say was it's not their problem it's our banks problem!

Just an ok hotel, nothing fancy. The breakfast was decent. The staff seemed friendly. Small (I mean tiny) pool and a good sized hot tub. It served it's purpose… a place to sleep before heading out to Holiday World the next day. They did give us a 10% discount when I called to make the reservation. Next time we will probably spend the extra money for the Holiday Inn Express right down the road.

I highly recommend this hotel! I started staying at the Jasper SureStay when the hotel first opened! I stayed a week over the school Christmas break! I was the only guest in the hotel! The staff, Family owned and operated invited me to the staff Christmas party! I am always very welcomed when I stay! This is the only hotel I will stay in when I stay in Jasper! Game room is fun, pool and hot tub are amazing! Rooms are always clean and smell clean! If you come to visit Jasper, IN make your visit pleasant and treat yourself to the Jasper SureStay! Tell them JD sent ya!

Stayed one night. We were placed in a room next to pool, but thought that was ok as it closes at 10:30. We kept hearing lots of talking and smelled smoke. Looked outside out window and right there was a bench for people to sit, talk and smoke… also could look right in our room. Called and told clerk, Sonia, I was not happy. Nothing was done! Advises clerk at checkout of situation. She said I should have called. When I advised her I had she had no answer but that it wasn’t her that put bench there. She would advise management. What a lousy place to stay. Never again. If you were sold out, you must have had multiple people in one car needing several rooms as the parking lot was no where near full. As to the people being asked to move, they did not. There were people there until late. You should not have had to ask them to move. Again that is NOT the place for a bench!

Seriously, the owner and his family are the nicest people I’ve ever met. The hotel is super clean and the staff is couldn’t be any better. My family was stranded at this hotel on Sunday because a wheel bearing went out on our vehicle. We had already bought tickets for Holiday World and had no way to get there. There were no places open for car rentals on Sunday and we were out of options. Without hesitation, the owner of the hotel gave us a discounted rate for our rooms for the extra night and offered to take my family (7 of is), to Holiday World and pick us up when we were ready to come back. This type of customer service is unheard of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! This man saved our day and made the trip! We will forever be grateful.

Made a reservation online, there was NO fine print saying we would get charged an extra $100 when we got there. We showed up with the same amount we were told we would be charged.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff is exceptionally accommodating. We were travelling back from vacation from a condo overlooking the gulf of Mexico. In all honesty, this place has been a vacation from our vacation. Our room was clean. The hotel was quiet, yet the happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby was fun. This place is a must for the price if you are in the area.

Rooms were nice, breakfast at 6, and the staff was friendly.

Friendly staff rooms clean as a whistle beds very comfy rates very affordablepool and hot tub clean well maintained I would definitely recommend this hotel very pleased.

Helpful staff, clean and cozy environment, the shop located in the front lobby had a wide variety of useful items. Pool area was clean and had soft rock music playing through speaker system. I enjoyed my stay.

This is the best hotel on the whole area. The staff is extremely friendly and very nice. This hotel is brand new and we really loved it. We are going to come back here every chance we get.

Clean hotel that has recently been remodeled. I needed a hotel where I felt safe for one night while traveling for work. The pool looked nice and breakfast the next morning was great.

Edit* After posting this review, someone from the hotel called and apologized which I really appreciate. The staff are very nice. I can't in good conscience give it a very high rating but I will give an extra star for customer service. My air conditioning unit cycled on and off every 2-3 minutes but my room was still way too hot. The hotel smells bad at the back entrance. There is no elevator which sucks with a large suitcase. My TV remote didn't work. I'm not sure why Best Westerns in general think conditioning shampoo is a thing people want. It is not 1980 anymore. The breakfast was fine but I usually don't expect a lot so that wouldn't have made me dislike the hotel. The only positive is the check in staff member was very nice and friendly and the rooms have a mini fridge.

Impressive Renovations… always clean. Always friendly. Good rates. Lovely pool. Best around. Personable employees at all levels, Good breakfast with attendants in service re-supplying and cleaning as people came.

First time I stayed it was under renovations and had to stay in the older section of the hotel price was only 50.00 but the rooms was clean. The second time I stayed the cost was 100.00 but was in the newly renovated section and was awesome super nice rooms staff is extremely friendly and there is a full breakfast type bar. Even have one of those waffle machines. Coffee is good too.

We had a pleasant stay. Comfy bed, comfy room. Real good breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. Also, staff was very friendly.

Do not come here. There were cockroaches in multiple rooms, then the people who had them went and complained to the front desk. The guy there barely speaks English and was very rude and told us to stop communicating with other customers when we mentioned the bugs to other families. Breakfast is only crappy stale donuts and some juice. The whole main hotel area was hotter than outside in the middle of summer during a heat wave. The hottub was empty and you couldn't use it. The front desk argued and wouldn't give a refund for the night you are there, only if you do it 24 hours in advance. Do not come here.

Very nice. Just hot and humid outside the hotel room because of the pool. I would definetly go out of my way to stop here again!

Rooms are outdated and the thermostat does not work correctly. The staff is practically non-existant and do not communicate clearly. Hotel is cheap for a reason. Some outlets do not work. Pillows are crap. Thankfully I have not seen any bugs.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Cockroaches in the Fitness Center. Treadmi in fitness room sped up on ita oen causing me to flip and hit my head on the metal piece of the treadmill and it scraped my chin and hand to pieces. Me and my boyfriend stayed in room 232 we had no cold air we went and told the front desk and it took 25 minutes for the guy to come fix our room. Definitely not staying here ever again!

This place is run down and its obvious the owner does not care. The breakfast tasted funky as well. The game room had trash laying on the floor for who knows how long and the workout room light turned off on my only a few minutes after I entered. It never turned back on. I would not recommemd this place to anyone.

Loved the place. This is my second night here and I love it. It's an older hotel but so big with so many things to do especially if you have little ones. The inside rooms are in a square and in the middle is the pool, a game room an exercise room and several pool tables. There are tables and chairs so people can sit around and talk. The only thing I found wrong was the hot tub was not working. I was really looking forward to using the hot tub. But everything else here is nice. I will be back.

DONT EVER GO HERE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! The whole place is junk, the Breakfast is crap, the pool water and pool were really dirty. A lot of the stuff (air conditioner, hair dryer, toilet flushing) didnt work half the time. There was mold everywhere in the halls on the walls and in the bathroom The halls that didnt have mold were soaking wet, some of the carpets in the room were wet too. The only things that were good was the putting green and the arcade but otherwise was nasty and junk. Their website makes the place sound good but there is no pics on it for a reason the place is dirty. I am seriously surprised that it hasn't been shut down by the Health department and it needs to be!

My Kids always want to stay in Jasper Inn when we come every year for Holiday world. They loved that place as of pool, game room and arcade. Staff very nice and accommodating. Building is old but looked better, neat and clean this time. New management told us their future plans and it seems that they are very aggressive to make the Jasper Inn as it was in past 10-15 years back. Will come every year and excited to see improvements in next year.

My family and I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and loved it! I was worried about some of the reviews but decided to give it a try. The rooms were clean with very firm beds. The pool and hot tub were great. My kids loved the game room and work-out room. I liked that it had a washer and dryer for guest use. The staff was friendly and very helpful as well. I liked it so much that I have already booked rooms for next year! I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

Had a great stay here at this hotel 2 nights ago! Room was priced at a reasonable amount! It is definitely a place I want to come back to with my kids! The staff was very friendly and they have everything arcade restaurant and a pizza place by the indoor pool which had a big hot tub and jets worked really good I noticed they have 2 hot tubs but the one was not running at the time we stayed which was fine the one in working order was really GREAT! They also had pool tables and a big gym. Will definitely choose this place over all the hotels if I ever come through Jasper again! LOVED IT!

On March 14, 2015, we held our daughter's wedding reception in the event center. The owners could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They kept in constant contact with me concerning catering, decorating, etc… They helped make our daughter's special day hassle free and we could not have been more pleased with the overall experience!
