It's always nice and clean, no problems… it's the only place I stay, when I'm in Indy.

Cleanliness definitely needs improvement. Our bathroom really wasn't cleaned well and they need to install toilet paper holders. Sitting them on a partially cleaned tank of toilet is very low class. Goood thing I brought my own. Our bed was comfortable that was the only good thing about the room. Front desk service was good no complaints there. Our friends room was terrible, had a dirty musty smell, the bathtub was in desperate need of caulking. Their TV quit working and then. After the box was reset as instructed. By front desk their remote didn't work. I guess when your located next to a strip club and truck stops cleanliness and maintenance is not your strong suit.

Kind of old. But clean and helpful staff. Went to do laundry which wasn't posted out of order. Clothes were left soaking no spin cycle. Had to wring out by hand. Staff let me spin them out and dry them as the dryer in guest laundry wasn't working either.

This was the worse hotel by far I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was rarely served on several occasions. The first room had no lights and a giant hole in the wall, the second room had mold on the ceiling dressers that were filthy the last room we were moved to had not been cleaned. There were wrappers of food behind the dressers and the sheets were filthy. After asking for new sheets I went up stairs to remake me own bed and the sheets he gave me were once again dirty. I called down and was told to wait 15 mins and he would bring me some more. The next set he brought me was dirty too. This is ridiculous. My company set me up in this hotel so I could not move to another hotel. Needless to say they will not be receiving business from me again. I was very disappointed.

I am a trucker, and I have pretty low expectations of hotels in general. All I require is a clean quiet room and a decent breakfast along with truck parking. The room were poorly cleaned, the sheets Were filthy, the breakfast was definitely not up to Choice Hotel standards and the breakfast staff was late coming in. Truck parking is a dirt (mud) lot. If you want security you won't get it here, at least 2 of the external doors are permanently unlocked. It's always a hit or miss when there is truck parking available, in this case it was definitely a miss.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in took way longer than usual as he was off helping move someone from a first room to a clean room. After a long hot night at the ballpark some ice water would have been nice, but alas that was broken. How about some lemon water? No, someone must have taken the pitcher. For breakfast we finally found the water, it came out instead of orange juice. Not our most favorite of choice hotel visits.

I enjoyed my stay here at Quality inn. It's not too far from downtown Indianapolis and has a couple convenient stores by it. The staff here was very friendly and well trained. I enjoyed breakfast as well In the confronting room. Keep up the good work!

There was rat holes in the walls! Ugh! No smoking room reeked of smoke.

Sheets are all stained. Floor looks like it hasn't been vacuumed properly in a month. Outlets on lamp don't work; only one working outlet in the room. No microwave or even proper coffee maker. Paint chipping off walls. Smoke detector is wrapped in a plastic bag with electrical tape! absolutely not wheelchair accessible. This is absolutely the most HORRID hotel room I have ever stayed in.

The rooms are okay I wish they had smoking rooms still but I enjoy getting up eating breakfast nice and quiet place.

Bathrooms are shot. Must wear shower shoes in the tub. Never walk on the carpet barefoot. Check the bed (s) throughly and if it's good don't bother being room service. Tubs fill with too much water and don't drain fast. I've never seen a Quality Inn like this ever. More like Knights Inn.

90% OK. Could've been a better breakfast and to take care of their equipment. Room was nice n clean.

Room was good, bathroom needs attention, breakfast was good and maybe above average with biscuits and gravy. But the attention to details like coffee running out and no one was in a hurry to empty the trash (had to pile it on top) makes it not our best visit.

It does not serve the laundry, they tell you that you can use it and in the end it does not serve, they admit to any type of people who come is to disturb the peace and the sleep of the others. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Mrs. Lorena.

Breakfast was decent, stay was on par for what we expected… just a clean quiet place to spend the night, nothing fancy.

Gets muddy when it rains… Next door to truck stop… People who work here are good people and very helpful… I was at Quality this past weekend. Easter weekend… Erica was on phone with potential guest… Her voice was very pleasant… Although she was on the phone. She assurred me that she would bw with me in just a moment with a smile. She took her time with the person on the phone that she was assisting. Making sure that the potential guest questions were answered efficently… She constantly had a smile on her face… I was very happy to see someone care about their job as much as she did… Thank you Erica…

This was a terrible place to stay. I came to watch a tournament with my family, and the sheets were ripped up, there was a vending machine that did not work, there was no where to get water, there was however black stuff floating around in the orange juice and water down at the breakfast place, there was no Wi-Fi, and half the appliances in our room didn't work. This isn't even a hotel, but a cheap, tiny motel. Great work! I say sarcastically. The service was terrible and they were lazy, too. There was a room where there was nothing in the hall, and it had water dripping from the ceiling while the wallpaper was all ripped up too! We needed new sheets, and waited a whole 45 minutes for them. Yeah.

Truckstop Trixie's place. Nudie bar next door. Unless you're totally desperate, stay away.

I stayed here for three nights. The customer service at the desk was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room wasn't especially nice, but it got the job done. It is in an industrial part of town, so there is noise from the many semi trucks driving around. Overall, very worth the price.

Staff is nice. Rooms are not flawless but price is low and is in fair shape. The refinery stinks next to this place.

Not bad. Front desk was very courteous. Like the other reviewer stated, this isn't Trump Tower, the toilet isn't plated in gold nor are the sheets hand warmed for you by English butlers. You get four walls, a roof, and a decent bed then an okay breakfast. Uber rides to the airport run from $15-20 from here. Never saw a single bed bug, mold growth, or monsters under the bed, There is a strip club across the street, if you fancy that sort of thing. I, however, get lapdances for free at home.

I'm giving them five stars in grading them on the curve based on the assumption that anyone reading this review already realizes that this isn't in the same class as a Hilton or Trump Tower, right? I may not have written this review except for the fact I wanted to counteract the unfair poor ratings some others have left here. There is not a thing wrong with this place. I experienced none of the negative things some other people whined about. It was clean and quiet. Based on some of the comments I had seen from others I lifted the mattress up around all sides looking for bed bugs but there aren't any. The commode flushed fine. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was fine. Yesterday it was these wonderful omelets with a tangy cheese filling and flavorful sausage links and included waffles, muffins, Danish, toast, oatmeal, dry cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, cream cheese, and the best coffee I've ever had in lodging facilities. They have real half & half to cream it with. This morning it was scrambled egg and bacon with the other stuff I mentioned about yesterday's breakfast. I detected no smell of mold or mildew that a few other reviewers mentioned. The quality level together with the modest price make this place an excellent value. When I check out tomorrow morning I will have been here three nights.

Rough. Entire place smelled of mold and mildew. In our room, every single outlet was loose to where you could see wires exposed. There was supposed to be a fitness center but what we found was a broken treadmill and a bike with no seat adjustment. We had to cut our stay short and book somewhere else when we saw "stink bugs" hanging out. Staff was polite and the breakfast was fine.

Nice and very comfortable place to stay. We were very pleased. Staff and installation meet the excellent rate Thanks We will stay there again.

15 minute drive from the center of Indianapolis, this was a great affordable hotel for the event I attended. Rooms were clean and tidy, came with basic amenities, including a small selection for breakfast. Moved here from a rundown motel and this felt like paradise in comparison.

This is a decent hotel. Don't listen to all the hype about the strip club, truckers, bugs, etc. We didn't experience any of these during our 3 night stay in room 240. Pretty quiet and definitely affordable at $50/night. The hotel is outdated and needs work, however for the price… you can't expect a 5 star hotel. My husband and I normally stay at the Hilton hotel but due to all of them being booked up, we decided to stay at this location as it was only 11 mins from the Lucas Oil Stadium, which is where our convention was. Give the hotel a try. I was literally terrified initially, going into hotel based on the reviews on Google, but then I had a totally different experience. I would recommend to anyone needing an affordable place to stay.

I wouldn't even consider this hotel to be rated as "Fair". BED BUG STORY: We booked 2 nights at this hotel while we were in town for an event. The hotel was very musty and humid upon arrival, but we just ignored it. When we got to our room, the bathroom shower curtain was completely stained yellow as well as the tub, and there were bugs in the shower. The hotel room was very dingy, & again very humid even with the air on. It didn't smell clean at all. As we went to bed, we looked through the sheets and pillows to check for anything unusual, and came upon nothing. So, we went to bed that night, and at 6:30 am we woke up to bed bugs! This hotel gave no impression that it was clean, or that the hotel room was thoroughly taken care of after each stay. Its understandable that bed bugs can happen in 4-5 star hotels as well, due to the guests that sleep there. However, with deep and thorough cleaning on a daily basis, I'm pretty confident the hotel services would have noticed the bugs. Even if it weren't for the bed bugs themselves, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Oh, and it seems to be that they allow a homeless man to stay at their hotel often, to which they admitted "He practically lives here. He's here every single day. And he's very odd. " May I mention he was directly across from our room? It's a possible cause for the bugs. Honestly, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay just for the night, don't risk it here. Just. Don't.

Worst Quality Inn every! Keep driving! We arrived after check in time to be sure the rooms were ready but still room was not ready. The room smelled old and musty, used 2 cans of air freshener, didn't help. The toilet was stopped up when we checked in called down twice no one came. My husband had to physically go down to the desk and bring someone up. The sheets were still wet like they had just taken them out the dryer too soon. We had a double bed. One had dirty sheets, one had a dirty blanket so we switched linens and blankets around to make one clean bed. We had one towel in the room, it was dirty, so we just went and bought towels and washcloths. We don't complain and are very easy to please, so we will NEVER stay there again!

Kids are having a blast. Room and bath is clean as it should be. Staff are nice. We are comfortable and feel safe. Instead of a go go there should be an ever so delicious taco bell next door.

The price was nice and the breakfast was really good but the room was very small and just felt slapped together. Not that it mattered to us because we are not handicapped but supposedly it was a handicapped room. If we were truly handicapped, it would have been woefully inadequate. Very small clearance between bed and hallway/walkway. No toilet paper holder. Bathtub was super slick, definitely not safe for a truly handicapped person. Toilet wasn't as clean as it should have been. Breakfast was pleasant, though. Better than expected for a place that offered hot breakfast for free. Wouldn't mind going again if I could be sure of the room I was getting.

I was stay there for first time not a good experience the toilet was broken I asked to change room. They did't offer me a other room.

Overall, the service was fine. I wasn't a fan of the small pillows. My key stopped working after my first day there, and when I went to get it fixed, no attendant.

Hotel and staff are great breakfast is great too.

Reasonably priced, room was clean and comfortable, and odor free… free hot breakfast and a shuttle service… truck parking available… decent water pressure and good water temp clean facility and friendly staff will definitely stay here again.

Worst showers ever. If your a trucker shower at the Flying J first. Poor shower heads and very very low water pressure. Breakfast is mediocre at best! I will never pay for a room here again.

I'm an otr trucker from PA, stayed there for half the night cuz I had to roll out same day but wanted a good night rest-out of the truck for once. They offer pretty much same stuff as most other hotels out there such as, free breakfast, pool etc. Tractor trailer parking (limited space). Room was quite comfortable & rodent free/odor free, clean. Very professional, polite, kind & friendly staff. Trucker discount. Less than $70 for a single room with a queen bed all to yourself. No Complaints. I'd also like to add that they accidentally double charged my debit card for 2 nights instead of 1. I caught the mistake while viewing my online banking. Called hotel & they resolved it by submitting a credit deposit to my bank acct. Fyi, everyone has different experiences good & bad.

Not much to say it was a nice room but small bed was comfortable but pillows wasn't big enough desk people was nice other than that it was a k motel.

Hallways were dirty. Dryer didn't hardly work. Laundry room smelled terrible. Room was ok wouldn't come back.

They barely have Wi-Fi. You definitely have disconnect and reconnect ALOT. Only one employee is actually friendly, aside from the manager. Breakfast is mediocre and limited, and I've been to some really crappy hotels. Cable channels are few, and the volume on the TV was regularly inconsistent. The only real settings for the A/C were igloo and fan (regardless of the perceived settings).

Room was clean. TV had bad picture and no CBS ABC or NBC. The channels that came in had static and some low volume and some none at all.

I have being a driver for 15 years and I have been on the road for long time at the time and this is one of the few hotel that am pleased to say that even though it's a old building, is well maintained. The customer service is one of the best ever. Shuttle, yes they have shuttle service, rooms are clean, bugs free, good hot breakfast, quite place and the rest of the staff is very professional. keep the great work.

Okay but no shuttle to get you around. You got to rely on the truck stops nearby for food.

I worked at this hotel, this hotel has racist mexicans who works here and they did not give me my first week check and its been four weeks since I quit.

Nice hotel for a reasonable price, in a good area right off i465, great continental breakfast, only drawback no pool.

Old out dated. But it was clean. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything that goes on in the hall and other rooms. Not good.

Turned this place into a great hotel.

Just needed a cheap place to escape the heat wave. Julie was nice and helpful. Room was sub par. Sheets seemed clean and AC worked but, everything else looked dirty, old and smelled like cigarettes.

I stayed here for one night a few weeks ago. I arrived back home to find out that there were charge for three nights on my checking account. I contacted them and they told me the bank they use puts a manditory hold of two extra nights on your account if you use a "Debit" card. I instructed them that I used a "debit/credit" card in the Credit Card option. They argued with me the whole time. I tried to explain to them that if this was a policy then they should have something that states this policy to customers before you check in. It damn near cost me extra money due to other out going bills. I understand holding a retainer until verification that you didn't steal or break something — but for the life of me I can't figure out why they would hold 2 extra nights instead of just one! TOTAL ASSHATERY in my opinion! This is the 2nd Quality Inn I have stayed at in as many months in INdy and they both have screwed me in one for or another. Never again.
