Very nice and clean, having a kitchen was great. Staff was very courteous and polite. Highly recommended.

Need to make sure front desk staff is appropriately trained before leaving them on their own. Wonderful accommodations though!

Long-term studio apartments, excellent facility if you're doing business away from home. The units are very clean, they are stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and dishwasher and microwave. They also have DVD players connected to a wide screen TV, ample parking right off Interstate 70 in Indianapolis. Moderate pricing in the staff is more than courteous and professional.

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. I find it a lot more relaxing than the hotels downtown and it is only a 10 minute drive from downtown. Stay at the W and you can spend that much timing trying to get out of the parking garage. Half the cost and half the hassle of downtown.

It's clean and quiet. Very nice staff. I will be back again! The kitchenette is so covenant. Love it!

Fantastic experience, even for a less-than-extended stay! Incredibly convenient to the loop freeway in Indy, very helpful and pleasant staff, and of course the room was excellent. It even had a full-size fridge and dishwasher.

We stayed at the Indianapolis Airport Candlewood Suites on a stop through town and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and had lots of amenities. We were very pleased with the quality of our room and the helpful service provides by the staff. Would recommend to those traveling through Indianapolis.

The rooms were clean and it was easy to find. It doesn't have free breakfast in the morning but some rooms have kitchenettes. The large rooms are great for families!

Right off the highway easy to get to. Clean rooms, electric stove, microwave, full fridge with ice maker, dishwasher and more. Staff at the desk are always nice.

Honestly, it's a very nice hotel suite. Very comfortable. There was a hot water issue, and it seemed as if the hot water capacity wasn't sufficient for the size of the facility because when another guest brought it up they offered a room on a lower floor and stated the water has trouble reaching the higher floors. I wasn't sure if this was normal. Otherwise it's a beautiful experience.

Booked reservation directly with front desk via phone. Repeated correct dates but when we checked out it appeared they keyed an extra day. Was told we would be sent a refund. After numerous calls and stating check would be sent never received check so called them again to be told they would send money order that day. Several more calls and three weeks later still no check money order. Called yesterday was told manager on a conference call and would call back when off. Been over 24 hours still no call back. I don't like being lied to and given the run around.

Nice hotel, rooms are nicely set up. Only issue was the room had a fridge with an ice maker but does not function. After looking for an ice machine on 2 floors and not finding any signs I called the front desk and no one answered. I finally found the machine after walking to the front lobby where it was behind a locked door. I did not have my room key so I had to go back to get that before I could get ice. I also couldn't find an ice bucket so I had to use the tray front the inoperable ice maker in the fridge.

Waited at front desk for at least 5 minutes before someone was able to help. Opened our room to a funny smell in the room which turned out to be old pizza in fridge. Fans in the bathroom sound like airplanes when running. The 1 staff member was not very pleasent or professional. Hope it gets better after this first hour.

It was a lovely stay. Close to everything especially the airport and downtown. The staff was very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

I was in town for an event at Lucas Oil Arena. The location was excellent. The room was nice and clean with a well stocked kitchenette. I had minimal interaction with the staff but they seemed pleasant.

Had a great stay! Far enough from downtown to get away from the craziness but close enough that you can quickly drive down there. The pool and hot tub area are nice and everything was super clean!

It was a great Hotel that seems like it was suited for long-term staying guests.

I'm always impressed by the size of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, at Candlewoods. This was no exception. The value is excellent.

The hotel itself is really nice. It is clean, quiet, exercise room and pool are nice. The problem is with candlewood. I stayed at two different candlewood suites during a week long vacation. Both times I checked in, was handed a room key, went upstairs, and found someone else already in the room. Twice in a week this in two of their hotels in different cities. I'd rather go somewhere where they are less likely to hand someone a key to my room because they apparently don't know which rooms are vacant.

Rooms are very nicely updated. Very clean. Staff is friendly. Close to the airport and reasonable rates. Will be back.

Attending a conference at JW Marriott. This room was much more affordable and has a kitchenette. We found this very helpful in also saving money on food during our stay. We have been delighted with it so far and will be staying for 2 more nights.

The location of this hotel is great for getting out of the downtown hustle. The building was under some small construction, but it was never bothersome to us and we were well informed when we checked in. We never really noticed. I have always liked staying in these extended stay hotels.

Candlewood Suites has excellent accommodations with an abundance of amenities. I will definitely give it my highest recommendation.

The room was a bit small and the furniture is dated, but the friendly staff and included amenities more than made up for it. The TV did not have HD channels. The pool and fitness center are spacious and clean. Overall I will reccomend this hotel to any person traveling solo.

I'm stunned by how inexpensive my stay was despite all the impressive qualities of the hotel. I'm having to stay at a hotel in Indianapolis at both ends of my trip and I'm absolutely booking my next stay here. Top notch staff full of friendly and informed people at the desk 24 hours a day. Well stocked honor store in the lobby that had everything I could need, ranging from every toiletry to a wide assortment of food from ready to eat out of the bag to stove top/microwave hot meals. With a kitchenette in every spacious room it ended up feeling a lot more like home. There's a large indoor pool and hot tub, exercise room, and laundry room. The Wi-Fi tested at 14 mb/s for me and held up with streaming multiple sources at once at high quality. I got all that for $90. My single complaint is that I had a do-not-disturb sign on the door yet found housekeeping trying to barge in.

The staff is amazing and very courteous and willing to make you feel as close to home as they possibly can! I travel allot and stay at many different chains at many different locations and the hospitality at this location is truly second to None. The amenities are great and rooms are clean! An awesome way to start a new day in a new place!

Ok. The room was alright. But no breakfast? Really, these rooms are not cheap! I was here for a romantic getaway on Friday, July 24th with my husband and when I arrived… (dressed in my sexiest outfit) … the front desk clerk was judgemental and unsure about calling, so she looked uneasily back at the other clerk, who called instead. (Petty much? ) Although they rang my husband's room and were told to send me up, they had me sitting in the front area waiting for too long. Finally, the clerk that called my husband came to me and said if he didn't come down soon, I could just go up. This was after I texted my husband. That was an inconvenience and had me wondering if they really called him. Needless to say, my husband made up for their ignorance but this hotel needs front desk people who know how to be professional no matter who comes to the desk.

The staff are very polite! The rooms are clean! and it has everything you need! Again the staff OMG I can not stress enough about good customer service! The staff makes you feel welcome. And not a burden like the super 8 across the street.

If I check in on a tuesday, why would you make my room cleaning day on wednesday and not come back for 7 days.

Was the last place on my list to call for a room due to a couple negative reviews. Everywhere else was booked so off to the Candlewood we went. It didn't take long to realize those negative reviews were wrong. What we discovered was a professional staff. Clean rooms. Lots of space. The staff even took us to a grocery store since our buggy was in the shop. This will be my first choice next time I get stuck Indy.
