This is definitely the place to stay! quiet, cozy, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, and nicely decorated. John makes the breakfastsand they are wonderful. I enjoyed kitty Fiona ushering me in for my first mesl of the day! Definite will stay here again when Um in the area.

Absolutely loved staying at the Prairie Guest House! Breakfast every morning was so yummy, and since we stayed during race weekend, we met so many new friends. Rooms were extremely clean, the bed was fantastic, and the bathroom was roomy. And of course, the Prairie Guest House kitty was very sweet!

Great stay, accommodating hosts, lots of close walking trails and yummy restaurants too.

We had our nieces bridal shower here. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place is beautiful inside and out! John and Karen are outstanding hosts! Everything was perfect!

From KY, met my sister from AL to visit relatives in Fishers. B&B was very nice, and very quiet. Breakfast was great and plenty to eat. I liked the ease of the self-check-in. Stayed in the Caldwell — king-size bed and big bathroom (shower only). I would definitely consider staying here again.

This place is absolutely darling! We were in the area for the boys soccer state championship and came across the gem when looking for a place to stay. Our room was cute! From the easy, fast check in and out; to the delicious homemade breakfast, we loved it. We will definitely be back.

We just spent last night (Oct 13th) there and give first hand knowledge. Great location for Conner Prairie it is a little hike to walk, but not much further than some of the parking areas, Very clean rooms and outstanding privacy. Breakfast was served by John at a time we were able to select when we checked in and Karen came from an exercise class just as we finished eating. Very warm and relaxed atmosphere and a place we would not hesitate to return.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Prairie Guest House in Fishers, Indiana! John and his wife are fantastic! The breakfast was the absolute BEST! Rooms were clean and very well kept. Will be staying there again on my next trip to Indiana! Highly Recommend!

So quaint — the rooms are large and mine has a jacuzzi — the grounds are well kept and the owners thoughtful.

We hosted a bridal shower at the Prairie Guest House last weekend & everyone had a lovely time! The rooms were cozy, the food was good and everyone enjoyed lounging on the grounds after the shower. I would definitely suggest the location for anyone looking to host a smaller party/shower, especially if you have out of town guests! Thanks to John & Karen for being very warm & welcoming hosts!

Here attending Conner Prairie Symphony on the Prairie. Good concert and nice venue. Access to shaded spaces is limited so I would suggest to arrive early for the best seats. Boy Scouts can be used to help carry your stuff to your seat. Great fundraiser and very helpful.

Wow! What a hidden diamond; I was in town for a wedding and was booked at the Prairie Guest House by the family of the groom. The rooms are charming and very comfortable. Proprietors made you feel you were invited guest in their home. The breakfast was perfectly prepared and presented with attention to details. I would stay again.

I would highly recommend this b&b. My mother and I enjoyed an excellent stay here and we were so glad we chose Prairie Guest House over a traditional hotel. The owners are welcoming and accommodating, the rooms are impeccable and beautifully furnished, the grounds are very relaxing, and attention to detail is obvious. The breakfast each morning was varied and delicious. Anytime we are in the Indianapolis area, we will be staying here again.

The owners are very kind people, and they provide a very delicious breakfast. The decor of the house was delightful. They work with people who may need an accommodation. The bed linens were very nice and clean. The only negative about our stay was the room was extremely, extremely warm, which made it difficult to breath, and the furniture in the room could have used some dusting. We would not hesitate returning for a stay, but definitely would need to address the excessive heat in the room. Again, very kind people and a beautiful property.

My friend and I stayed over the weekend while attending a birthday party. We were so pleasantly surprised to find this gem. The room was beautiful. The owners Karen and John became friends. The gourmet breakfast was delicious. Don't miss a chance to stay here.

We gathered here for a reunion of Millikin University Pi Phis. Our accommodations were fabulous… it felt a great deal like the home we lived in. The breakfasts were great… the staff very helpful in the wings. Thanks for a great stay!

I hosted my sister-in-law's baby shower at Prairie Guest House. Everything was wonderful! Every step of the process was incredibly easy. We worked with Mary to plan the event, and she was easy to work with and accommodating to our needs. We chose the "Tea Party" menu, and it was delicious! All of the guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was. Also, the staff was incredibly attentive. Prairie Guest House is the perfect location if you're looking for something that's cozy, clean, beautiful, and unique!

I took a yoga class last Friday at 4 with Olivia as my instructor. She was such a good teacher! I felt very relaxed. As a first timer, I felt very comfortable and the yoga moves were good for people who had never done yoga before, like me. I highly recommend it! Olivia is a great teacher!

This place was such a gem — — stayed while here for a wedding nearby, and we loved it! The owners are kind, the food is wonderful, the facilities are impeccable and beautiful. And my dad, who is rather picky, described his bed as a "10/10 — — best night sleep I've ever had"! If you get the chance, definitely give this place a visit.

Absolutely lovely bed and breakfast. The beds were amazingly comfortable in rooms that are tastefully decorated. The breakfast is exceptional! The food is accented by herbs and spices grown on the property and is is delicious! This place makes me with there was a 6th star category for Google reviews. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for the 1st time, as a get-a-way from Greenwood, and we loved it. The property is charming and quiet. John & Karen have done a wonderful job creating spaces for guests to relax and enjoy their time here: a sun-room for reading and tea, a yoga studio, outside bistro tables for lunch, and our room (the Fredrick) had a porch with chairs where we could take in the crisp fall air. The staff is friendly, and you feel at ease as if you were staying with friends. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and plenty of space for a historic home. We highly recommend this B&B, and are looking forward to returning.

Checking out suburban Indianapolis for retirement spots, my wife and I stayed two nights at the the Prairie Guest House. Very nice stay. John, Karen, Amber (and B&B kitty Fiona) were very welcoming. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely appointed and decorated. John served delicious breakfasts, of omelets one morning and quiche the next. And although Prairie Guest House is convenient to many places in a rapidly developing suburban area, it is located in a quiet and sheltered little spot near Connie Prairie.

Very fun place to see. Would definitely go again.

I wasn't staying here but rather dropping off family members. It looks like a very quaint and nice bed and breakfast.

I have extensively travelled the world and stayed at some of the top hotels, this one takes the cake!, not the Carlton Ritz as I never expected it to be but such a refreshing change to be in a quiet, clean relaxing environment with a great professional and friendly staff and owners, the breakfast was awesome, healthy and lite. I highly recommend a stay if you want to get away from it all for a day or two and be rejuvenated.

My family owns the Prarie Guest house and they treat everyone as nicely as they do us. The atmosphere is wonderful and well kept. I also have a family of great cooks.

The dining and sun rooms worked great for our small baby shower.

Awesome Valentine's Weekend We enjoyed an awesome Valentine's dinner the evening of our arrival. The suite was amazing and the fireplace really made the evening. After a great night's sleep we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. I could not say enough nice things about the facility or staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We stayed here for one night. The room was clean an cozy; the hosts were friendly and accommodating to our late arrival. Breakfast was on time, delicious, and very generous. I highly recommend this B&B if you are in the area. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of five is something the owners don't have control over: our room looked into a neighbor's backyard, and the property is located just off of a busy road, so the ambiance outdoors is nice, but not perfect.

We were visiting the Conner Prairie Museum and needed a room for our family of four. The reservations online were easy and efficient and the owners personally responded to our special dietary needs. When we arrived the owners were extremely hospitable and welcoming and had our room ready for us. The room was more than ample for our family, the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was bright and clean. The grounds were very well kept and offered us space to have a little picnic and play croquet with the kids. This place is an excellent space and a tremendous value. We hope to return.
