I love staying at the Hilton garden Inn in Fisher's, They have the best staff who remembers me from year to year.
I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great… we were able to order an omelette, pancakes, turkey sausage, etc. It wasn't just a buffet. Pool was closed; not sure why. Hotel is under construction. We weren't bothered by noise from the construction. Because of the construction, we had to park away from the hotel… in a different lot.

We stay here whenever we visit our son's family in Fishers. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms comfortable. But the breakfast is outstanding. The chef makes amazing omelettes and the service is outstanding. Great hotel.

Perfect location for my work trip, and surrounded by every amenity I needed. New hotel, so everything was clean and tip top. Staff was friendly and helpful and exceeded expectations to answer questions about the area.

I accompanied an out of town relative, who's attending our Family Reunion. Check in was very efficient and courteous clerk, he asked her what floor she preferred. The room was spacious, (king-sized bed), and well-stocked coffee barand the bathroom was gorgeous. 5***** all the way.

Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Accommodations were substandard for the room rate charged. Small inconspicuous sign stating there was a charge for breakfast (something most hotels include for free). I'm not accustomed to paying $10.95 for a coffee and cinnamon roll. Large crack in bathroom sink, paint peeling in shower area, mildew behind toilet, no freezer in room refrigerator. And to add insult to injury, my medications were stolen from the room. This was my first stay at a Hilton, and may well be my last.

Beautiful! Great location. Nice helpful front desk clerks, however as horrifying as this sounds there was no mattress pad on a brand new mattress in the room. So second day staff changed sheets, still no mattress pad. Luckily we had a quilt in our car and another blanket. Slept on top of bed comforter. Tissue box empty, left box on top of tissue holder. Staff took box and left empty holder. Not good when recovering from sinus infection and bronchitis.

Clean room. Nice staff. Free parking. The digital key to open your room with your smart phone is a nice touch. Would stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

Stayed one night. Service was good. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. I would stay here again.

Outstanding Service from Beginning to End. We had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Juile. She ensures all of our special requests were met. Can't wait to return.

I'm angry enough to offer only 1 star, but it wouldn't be fair, because the hotel and the staff with whom I deal were are pretty decent. I registered online a couple of weeks in advance and provide, in the comments section, that I'd be paying with a government check and providing a tax-exemption certificate, something that I've done dozens of times at hotels across the state over the last few years with no problem. Not until an hour before I checked in, once I was two hours from my office (after work hours) did they bother to inform me that this hotel does not accept checks, so I'd have to charge my personal credit card — without deducting the taxes. No big deal; the clerk told me that that GM would fix it. Well, this was Friday morning, and now it's Tuesday. I never heard from the hotel to inform of this, but found on my c. C. Balance that they had not honored the exemption. Finally, the GM admitted that they were at fault for not notifying me in advance of the problem, but she refused to make any adjustment, lamented, "There are a lot of bogus checks out there", and decline to eat the taxes that my office is exempt from paying — which I had to pay out of pocket, because my local-government employer won't reimburse me for costs that I'm not supposed to incur.

Good room and good food. They didn't know how to work the lights though. Would recommend and stay again.

Room was very spacious. Loved the bed and being able to adjust the firmness of both sides. Whirlpool in the bathroom was not as big as the pictures make it appear to be but still very nice. I bought the breakfast package and was so glad I did. Love the made to order food and the workers were extremely polite and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

Decent Hilton. Not the best restaurant I've seen and my digital key didn't work. Otherwise it's like any other Hilton out there. Not much more to say.

This hotel is clean and well kept with very friendly staff. I felt like the decor was a bit outdated but alright. They have a nice welcoming lobby with a restaurant/bar for you to take advantage of. Close to other restaurants and bars as well, and a quick uber ride to nearby topgolf.

My room wasn't ready on time I had to wait an extra 30 minutes when rooms are suppose to be ready by 3pm. When I woke up the next morning I was suppose to have room service that I was told I couldn't order I must come down to the lobby and when it was finally time for me to check out they over charged me. I had such a horrible experience at this location the associates were very rude and unapologetic! I wouldn't refer my worst enemy here!

Clean, fresh rooms! Comfy bed and pillows. Staff is welcoming and amazingly nice and helpful. Breakfast is worth the price with fresh omelets and great bacon.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect for such a hot day. Location was easy to find.

Rooms were nice. Staff was very helpful and kind. When we checked in they told us they just found out that there was an issue with our tub and they gave us a discount on our room.

We had such amazing service here. The manager was incredible to us. My husband and I had called and requested a room with a jacuzzi and upon arrival the manager told us there was an issue with our room, that the jacuzzi tub was broke and only worked as a bath tub. That was a bit disappointing because every other hotel had sold out of their jacuzzi rooms. We were wanting something a little more romantic because we were there for our anniversary. But without even asking the manager offered to take $100 off our room fee and even gave us coupons for the bar and free breakfast buffets of $11 value. The room was very clean and besides the broken jacuzzi everything was perfect. We spent the evening in the hot tub by the swimming pool. I will never forget the generosity shown to us at this hotel and will gladly stay here in the future.

We stayed here for one night. Comfortable beds, and clean rooms. The pool was heated and the hot tub felt AMAZING. Salt vs chlorine was also appreciated. The breakfast was not complementary, and that's my only complaint. For the price of the room, breakfast should have been included. Otherwise, the staff was friendly.

Location was very convenient. Phone in the room didn't work and instead of replacing it they unplugged it. Service at desk and lobby was excellent!

Very nice hotel overall. The lobby bar is tiny (4 seats) but the staff were very good. Fitness center is your standard treadmill and rack of dumbbells, but clean and maintained.

Amazing breakfast and very clean, quiet, and comfortable room.

Absolutely excellent … mainly because the people we dealt with their at the hotel were so friendly and uplifting… our only complaint was that the bed wasn't one whose hardness could be controlled (or at least we couldn't find the controls for it) … food was great… and the hot tub and pool were perfect… we'll be back.

Staff was friendly, room was very nice and clean. The bed was firm and comfortable.

Super nice hotel, everything from the bedroom to the lounge area. Just staying here for business trip, but it is definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed at.

I was here for a meeting/workshop. The room it was held in was very nice, with pens and note paper available as well as water, ice and cups for it in the room. It was early so there was breakfast and coffee/tea in the lobby. We also ate lunch there, there was a chicken dish, potatoes and green beans as well as a modest salad bar. I had salad, beans and a seeded roll with butter. It was nice and the staff was helpful. I didn't stay the night.

Beds are on the smaller size and breakfast isn't free, but it was a comfortable hotel and I would probably stay again. Location was convenient and customer service was good as always.

Great staff went out of their to help. Rooms are spotless!
