It was a place to sleep. Not ready for prime time! Apparently I got once of the newly remodeled rooms. The place appears to be under new management. But it's a tired old place. Many rooms are permanently rented. No working ice machines, couldn't get ice for drinks. Had to walk to gas station for ice. Room a. C. Wouldn't cool room, air filters were dirty. Construction debris everywhere. Couldn't get to your room without walking past furniture stored in stairwells. If you are looking for cheap, this could be your place. I should have asked to see the room.

The staff seemed nice and answered any question I had. However the hotel is VERY DATED. My room had a fridge covered in stains & sheets had been through the wash several times… not cleaned successfully. It just had a very grungy feel feel to it. It is in store need or renovation.

I never saw the housekeeper. We stayed two nights, our trash was never empty, they did not bother to see if we needed fresh towels.

It would be better, if there wasn't fighting, traffic all hours of the night and day and if the house keepers didn't rush you out, so that they can clean the rooms. But the ladies that work the front desk are awesome, friendly and helpful!

I found bedbugs. Moved rooms then I found a syringe in a cabinet under the sink easily accessible by my 4 year old. Was offered sex for money by a guest from a different room.

The cheapest place in town, daily or weekly, they are very strict on paying "rent" on time. Walking distance to anything you need and bus stop across the street. They have a breakfast every morn, laundry area for only $1 for each machine. And a stationary bike and treadmill. Full fridge, toaster oven and microwave. Most of the beds are hard.

The property manager, April Keyes makes this hotel a one star. She is the epitome of rude. I've honestly never met anyone more disrespectful, humiliating, vile, hostile, condescending woman ever. She scoffs at having to deal with the public at all. Her husband/boyfriend, who also works there may actually be worse. Because my girlfriend and I took our honey buns and coffee back to our room, which I paid for by the way, being that the hotel breakfast is included in price of room, she called us theives and accused us of 'stealing food' in front of other guests and staff! Do not stay here or you'll be forced to deal with this horrific, pathetic excuse for a human. You'll know her when you see her bc she the resemblance to Pippy Long stocking is uncanny, that is, IF Pippy had an obese, rotton mouth doppelganger.

Do NOT go there! My friend went there and got BED BUG BITES all over her! She went to them and asked for her $348.00 refund, they REFUSED, I live in Indianapolis, she lives in Evansville, so she ended up sleeping in HER CAR because they took ALL of her money, once I found out, I paid for her a room so she's not homeless, these people are RIPOFFS! Their rooms are NASTY! I have referred this to MY attorney and will pay him to sue them on behalf of her! I am also having her file with the Indiana Attorney General's office. How can someone be so GREEDY to take the LAST DOLLAR from a lady and then leave her HOMELESS? These people are RIPOFFS!

The room looks like on rented hourly. It smelled like a ashtray. Holes in the walls. Bathtub full of hair, dead bugs and what appears to be poop in the tub. Wash rags are nasty and stained. There wasn't even a fitted sheet on the bed. As if all this wasn't bad enough we found a used tampon in the bed. Refund refused and different room supposedly unavailable. The neighbors fist fought all evening and the children ran around yelling and slamming doors. I would NEVER recommend this place. I actually 100% discourage this dump!

Overall a ok place to stay, a older building that could use some repairs, but for the price. The size of The room, the equipment in the room, the kitchen part was older but worked fine, over all was cleaned well, the area seamed safe, but we got our room late at night and left next morning. The man at the desk was vary nice, he made my wife vary much at ease when paying for the room we would stay here again.

I had to take a shower with my shoes on. It smelled like cigarettes was embedded in the walls, carpet, and bed! The check in made me feel like I was in a 5 star hotel, but when I got to the room a trap house.

Ive only been here a day or so I paid for a week and im already making plans to leave. The sheets appear to be clean but they are not they have cigarette burns in them and when I asked for brand new fresh out the package sheets they jus handed me more nasty sheets I have itchy red bumps all over my skin and bi red sploshes which I didn't have Friday afternoon. Idk if its mite or chiggers but im getting out other. Not as clean as they claim it to be, if u have very sensitive skin dont go there.

It was OK. Pretty much run down. Doesn't look to be very clean. Room smelled like cat urine.

There little flying bugs all over my room. The lady in the front was so stingy she wouldn't even give me a fork. Lol. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The desk clerk was friendly and my room was clean and quiet. The location was ideal. Close to shopping, dining and the casino.

Great place to stay. I was surprised to see how nice it was for the price… I definitely will stay here again and recommend my friends. Staff was also friendly and Courteous.

Nicest thing about homelife is early check in, no deposit and loe rates. Other than that, the place smells horrible, the non smoking rooms are all smoked in. These rooms are no where near clean to what even meets the eye. They could definitely do a much better job.

I rented a room from these hotel. I decide to grab some food, got back turn the lights in and I seen roaches in the bathroom. I asked for a refund & the guy at the office started calling me out of my name & threw the room key at me. I'll be suing these place first thing Monday. Also contacting the BBB. Stay far away from these business it's horrible.

It's so terrible. There's hookers selling them self and drugs all the time. It's so bad that you don't won't your family and children there. Right there in front of the office. But the police and the office refuse to to do anything. It's not a good place for a family.

Owner is a a**hole. Everyone one of his employees let u check in after 4am for $10 and pay full price the next day. He charged us full price both days and when we got to room there was a quarter roll of toilet paper so called him and he said come get it I can't leave which is a lie, his other employees leave the desk in the early am. He was sleeping when we checked in, he just wanted to go to sleep is all it amounted to. He is forgien and just cares about the quick dollar and not about the repeat dollar. Again, the owner is rude and has no business owning a low scale hotel…

Super nice room. But the bed bugs tore me up. The AC was kicking and it's nice cause its right by the bed and u can set it to 60. TV kinda old tho. Next day I had bumps every itchin like mad. And the heat made it worse. Will never stay there again. It's sad cause I loved the rooms.

The room I had was decent. I booked for a week. In the week I was here not once did the come to clean my room, take trash, new towels. The internet is horrible and the front desk doesn't seem to care about any of this. I went to them three days in a row complaining of not having clean towels. They say they check the rooms every other day yet in 6 days they hadn't come once even though the placard requesting maid service was left on the door since the beginning of my stay. I would not recommend an extended stay here. Overnight maybe, if no other choice. There were bugs under the fridge. Not in the bed though. Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Could be cheaper just needs updating.

The room was dated, and stank of cigarette smoke. There were stains on the comforter, and a hole in one of the cabinets. At least the heater worked.

Prob the cheapest priced place in evansville/Newburgh area. Staff girl wasn't friendly, but who goes to a hotel to chat with the staff. This place is very clean and the cheapest room even has microwave, toaster over and full size fridge/freezer. 4.5star.

I had a great stay with my family, I couldn't have asked for more.

But it needs the pool fixed.
