Lobby stunk of cigarettes. Breakfast was average but better than continental. Room was average. Again just enough to get by. Day staff was mostly nice. Evening staff and cleaning staff, not so much. Overall 7/10

Good stay as normal. Nice and clean hotel… and of you like a firm mattress this is the chain to be at… I am not a big fan though.

Good value for the price. Not your top end hotel, but that isn't what we were looking for. Clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Excellent management.

Not a wink of sleep because the window curtains aren't made to close which left a bright parking lot lamp beaming into our faces. The cleaning was crew was extremely noisy so by the time we actually did fall asleep it was a matter of minute before being annoyed by all the noise. Wifi never worked. Clean and comfortable, yes but otherwise unpleasant experience. Breakfast was good and front desk was decent.

For the price we paid, it was a nice and accommodating hotel. Staff was friendly and breakfast was minimal. It is pet friendly as well as non-smoking. Outdoor pool and fitness center available for all residents. The noise level was fine throughout the night.

The location of the hotel was conveniently located close to the event we were attending. The room was clean, but they were remodeling the lobby. So we had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast. Other than that our stay was nice.

Lobby/dining room was under construction so we were forced to go to a different hotel for breakfast. Our toilet leaked and had water spilled over the bathroom floor. The beds had lumps in them also. Not a very good stay at all.

Very nice sized hotel room. Very comfy and firm mattress. I actually missed the contenintal breakfast because the bed was so comfy, I ended up sleeping in. The pillows were a bit too small for my liking, but that's very minute. When I first walked into the lobby, I immediately, noticed how great it smelled. The lobby was under construction, but I'd definitely look forward to see it after it's done. Very clean and very well kept hotel rooms. Any time I come to Evansville, I will be staying at the Baymont Inn & Suites!

Room appeared to be only marginally clean. Sink was outside the bathroom which is not hygenic. Sheets were threadbare. HOWEVER the staff was awesome! Courteous and professional.

Conveniently located by the highway this hotel was very accommodating to anything we needed beds were fairly comfortable and breakfast was better than most. Will definitely stay again.

We ran away from hurricane in FL. Stayed 3 days. Often stay here when we travel to E'ville. Rooms were good. Bit cramped but that was OK. Bed helped my bad back for some reason (that was good). We arrived in E-ville after a 24 hour drive early in morning before check in. Clerk found us a room that we crash in so we SLEPT the morning away. The clerks we dealt with were quite good as were the cleaning people. They are in the middle of a remodel also. It is next door to a Steak & Shake that we have gone to previously. It has gone down hill.

We arrived to our reservation to find a room that smelled like paint, due to some rennovations to the hotel and a bathroom that didn't have a light that worked. We called and were told there were no other rooms, so "Aide" needed to call her boss Rita, to see if Carlos could fix a light :). Aide, who was far from personable and made us feel like we were interrupting her music, as she had her ear buds in almost the whole time. She called and let us know they would put a lamp in the bathroom, with no shade? which seemed pretty dangerous. After that we cancelled and I went to ask Aide why it was so difficult to fix a light bulb and was told "your no longer staying here, you need to go now! " Don't do it! Stay somewhere else.

We took our family of four plus dog to stay overnight while traveling. The staff was all very nice, our stay was nice and quiet and the dog enjoyed it as best as possible. Room was clean. Kids and dog loved breakfast, overall it was overall very positive.

Previous reviews are outdated. Beaumont has beautiful rooms and a great breakfast. The pool and hot tub were also clean and enjoyable. We stayed an extra day to rest during on our trip cross country. Overall, a good deal — I would recommend staying here.

Hotel is tucked away off of 41 HWY down a side street easy to miss. Service checking in was great, received a room before check-in time which was very appreciated. Room is no smoking and came standard with microwave and fridge. The sheets and everything are super clean, too! This is a good spot for the price, if you can get to it.

The staff up front was very friendly. The rooms were clean and very nice. The downside to our stay was the construction going on at the hotel, heavy carb breakfast (would have loved some eggs). I did use the workout location. I wish it had more but cardio was as good as it got.

I've been laying here since 8 AM listening to a horrible racket outside. They are drilling and hammering right outside our window on some scaffolding. I complained to the front desk and asked them if they could do this later, but they aren't doing anything about it. My brother and other guests here complained as well. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It's unbelievable that they are deriving guests of sleep like this.

Hotel looks a little dated from the outside but don't let that turn you away. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Would definitely stay there again for the price!

The room was in good condition. Clean, the heater/AC worked well and quietly. My only complaint is the hallways are under construction, the employees at the front desk did not mention this to briefly grazing the wall while making my way to the room left a good coat of white dust on my jacket. The hallway also had outlets missing their cover plates, a safety concern for those with small children. I don't watch much TV but if you do you may want to consider the TV in our room took many seconds to change the channel.

The location is awesome as it is around the greater east side and is closed access which keeps it away from heavy traffic. Steak and shake next door makes it easy to eat. The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious and the rooms were clean. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I have been staying at this hotel on bussiness trips on and off for a little over a year, everytime I come here the staff is friendly, they have a decent breakfast which ia nice if you work late and want to eat before bed. You can somewhat hear people walking above you and definitely hear the shower and toilets running in the adjacent rooms (above, left, and right) I have never really had too much problem with the staff just sometimes if you're not sure how many days you'll stay and you pay day to day room service will knock on your door asking if you're checking out. The parking sadly if is front only so you cannot see your car if you are on the back side of the hotel. All in all I gave it 4 stars simply because there has been a few times where the sheets have not seemed clean, the bathroom was not restocked, house keeping has woke me up, afew times, while I am asleep (I work 3rd shift so I sleep til noon maybe a lil later) even when I have had a do not disturb sign up and house keeping seems a lil pushy too. But otherwise I have had excellent service from this hotel in specific.
