Have a junior suite, very roomy, very clean. I was on the side with the pond, very nice view just lying in bed.

Spacious, nice, hot showers.

Great hotel. Spotless and pretty, with great staff. Especially Byron and Raquel.

The people at the bar and the front desk were very nice and very respectful to us, the lobby was beautiful, absolutely beautiful, the rooms were nice, they just weren't what I expected, I was expecting more extravagant rooms like how the lobby is. The beds were amazingly comfortable. I was a little disappointed that we had to pay for breakfast. We were on the second floor our first two nights. The room was very hot even with the heat off and the fan on and the TV kept changing stations on its own. The maintenance man came and looked at it and said, nothing was wrong with it, so I recorded the TV changing on its own and went and showed the lady at the front desk. She got us a new room on the 3rd floor within minutes. Our first night in our new room was ok, except for we got woke up early in the morning, with construction guys up and down the hallways being loud talking loud I found it rude. We also used the washer and dryer while we were here. The dryer did not dry our clothes all the way, I ended up hanging our laundry in our room. I'm not sure if I will stay here again for a long weekend like we did, maybe just for 1 night, but not 4 to 5 nights.

I’ve called the hotel 3 different times in the past week to get pricing To block off 10 to 20 rooms. Every time I call they say they will call back and never do. This hotels customer service and hospitality is horrible.

Great but the indoor pool water was freezing 80degree which is cold everyone was complaining about it and it wasn’t cleaned up from the night before the towels were thrown on the floor and drinks everywhere right when the pool opened and no towels so no one cleaned it during the night but other than that it was a great stay.

Great hotel! Room was SUPER clean, comes with a small fridge, microwave, and a Keurig with complimentary K-cups. They have a hot breakfast buffet with biscuits, gravy, sausage, french toast, made to order pancakes, hash browns, potatoes, and they also do made to order eggs, and omelets. They have a full service kitchen they use for their dining room downstairs (and room service orders). I didn't take a look at the menu for the dining room, but I think it's the same as the menu in the rooms. They also have a little bar downstairs as well. My first time staying here, but probably one of the better hotels in Evansville. Oh… SUPER comfortable beds as well!

The breakfast could be a little bit better or better prepared but the Inn was nice an clean! The pool was great after a hot day in the.

Hotel is one of the nicer ones I have stayed at. From the lobby, the room, the gym, etc everything meet expectations. In addition, the staff was very pleasant and treated me well.

I always enjoy staying at Hilton properties. The experience is always a great one, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and they have everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. I would always highly recommend Hilton Garden Inns, and any Hilton properties for that matter to anyone that travels.

Love this hotel and the chain itself. I travel a lot for work and Hilton is my chain of when doing so. My room was lovely with a view of the lake. Room service is always great and the food great. Always a nice and quite stay.

Very nice, updated, clean hotel. Good location with many near by restaurants and things to do. There is a mall near by for shopping. The Tropicanna casino is within 10 miles. Staff are kind and courteous. They have a pool and work out room. Breakfast is available. This is a lovely hotel. Only down fall is their pillows are awful. Bring your own pillow.

Always a great place to stay from year to year the quality never changes. Friendly staff clean Hotel with great service. Appreciate the opportunity to stay here when in town each year for our convention.

What I liked the most was the breakfast buffet. Eggs to order, with bacon, ham and/or sausage. It has an indoors swimming pool and gym. Both were open and clean but I did not use them during my stay.

Asked this morning explicitly for a quiet room. With no communication door. When I entered the room this afternoon. I saw a communication room and the sound of the airco blowing outside.

Very clean, very friendly — professional staff. The pool was on small size but great. Room service was amazing. Food was delicious. I have stayed at almost every hotel here in Evansville. But Hilton Garden INN will always be my home away from home when I'm in town.

I stay here several times a month. My room is always clean and ready for me when I check in. It's located near several restaurants and retailers. The staff is always friendly especially the evening bartender Nicole.

After waiting to check in after a long travel day, I finally had to call them on the phone to get someone to show up at the desk. I thought it was a fluke, but when I went to the desk other times for requests, nobody was ever there. And NO COOKIES! During my entire stay, there were no cookies! I am an HH member and I am so used to the cookies! : — (

Very clean with exceptional service. We originally booked with Holiday Inn at the airport but was so disgusted with the lousy housekeeping and hot tub not working, we decided to jump across town and try the Hilton. The hotel was nothing short of amazing! Great pool/Jacuzzi area, clean rooms and lobby area, up to date decor and really yummy breakfast. Staff was super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Hilton Garden Inn will not disappoint!

It's an older hgi so you have to know that going in. However service leaves a lot to be desired. I checked out. Handed my key cards to the front desk. Repeated I was checking out. Told him to send my folio to my email which is on file. He never checked me out. They would have charged me another day if I hadn't called late that night for my receipt. Hard to recommend a hotel when they cannot even do the little things.

Very nice hotel. Beds are comfy and rooms are well kept and clean. Staff is vey nice and professional. Despite the fact that my key needed to be reprogrammed twice, it was a very small concern with all of the positives. Breakfast is not included with the room. Not even from the buffet. It is an additional $9.95.

Clean room. Breakfast was awesome. The waitress Raquel was great. Hotel service sucks. We were locked out of our room for more then a hr be cause our card wouldnt work.

Diana was not helpful at all. Upon asking for a shuttle to take me to a near by shopping center, she informed me that the shuttle only runs 3 miles from the hotel. Both shopping centers I mentioned were 2 miles or under from the hotel, and which I let her know that. She stood there looking at her computer not even responding to me! Another younger gentleman stepped in the conversation and assured me that they would be happy to take me to North Park Shopping Center which is 2 miles away, about a 7 min drive! She clearly had no intent on helping me and was rude in the process. She lied telling me that the shopping center was over 3 miles from the hotel, which it wasn’t. I was also told there was supposed to be a refrigerator and microwave in my room, which neither one was in the room. The room is clean but it’s also located right next to an active airport runway. Thank you to the gentlemen who stepped in to help me getting to the shopping center or I would have gave them 1 star.

My son forgot his favorite bear here and they found it and are mailing it back to us right away for a discounted shipping rate. So awesome.

The room was large and clean. Hotel was mostly quiet and accommodating for our needs. Parking wasn't the best, but oh well.

Loved the comfortablility of the beds. Provided an excellent nights sleep. Perfect location. Not in the middle of town and was a breeze to get through traffic. Nice and friendly service and would definitely recommend to friends.

The hotel is pleasant, clean, and well maintained for the most part! The Ethernet did not work, the cord was broken with no replacement available. The sheets caused a mild allergic reaction because of the detergent used. Generally pleasant.

Not even an exaggeration, y'all. I came here late one Sunday while traveling for work. After an incident that involved two strangers knocking on my door at a hotel in a smaller town nearby, I was a bit frazzled when I finally got here after leaving my other reservation. The front desk was OVERLY helpful. The rooms were clean, the staff was fantastic, and I'd go back in a heartbeat. Plus, it's conveniently located off of I-69.

Newlywed here. Had a fantastic two night stay with my new wife; more then we expected. Had a great note from our housekeeper "Tanya" with an awesome bunny and owl towel set; we loved seeing them on the table (reminded her of our kids). Everyone was so polite and respectful. Everything was so clean and smelled so amazing. By far the hot tub was my favorite thing (hers was the pool) … Beautiful lake behind it with Geese and ducks and a gazibo … Very peaceful and we do plan on trying to go back in the future! Thanks Hilton Garden Inn and their employees for such a wonderful honeymoon experience!

Wonderful hidden gem for our community. I love to meet friends here for breakfast — ordering off the menu is included in the buffet and it is quiet and elegant!

I'm currently staying at the Hilton Garden Inn for four nights. So far my stay has been excellent. The service I received upon checking in was quick and courteous. My room is fantastic, very comfortable and clean, it also has a nice view of a large pond. I was also greeted to a towel animal and a nice message wishing me a great stay. Overall my experience has been great thus far and I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. I'd also stay here again.

My most recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Newburg, IN was pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and well kept with comfortable beds and pillows. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in each room which is invaluable. The staff is helpful and curteous.

Nice clean place. Smoke free but all the vending machines were either out of order or out of stock.

Got key. Went to bed. Sound asleep. Woke up to someone coming in my room at 1am because tbe front deskgave someone the same room as mine. Front desk didn't seem to care. Didnt sleep a wink after that. Usually love Hilton as I'm a diamond member for two straight years and counting but this was one of the word experiences…

The is the first time I stayed at the hotel, but it won't be my last. It will be my go to hotel when in Evansville. I will recommend it highly to my friends on their trips to.

The rooms were very clean, I loved that I could adjust the firmness of my bed. The staff was very nice. The pool was very fun for the kids, and whirlpool was relaxing for adults. Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea in the lobby was a great way to wake up and start our day.

Love Love Love this hilton garden. Perfectly located. The staff is very helpful and our room is always perfect. The beverage bar in the lobby is super convenient and breakfast is always inexpensive and there are many choices. The grounds and walking path around the lake are a bonus, as are the many sitting areas where friends can meet and chat. Keep up the good work. The only downside, the shower curtains are really short. Lol.

I was here for two weeks and the staff pretty much adopted me. Clean and staff was eager to assist you in any way.

Good value. Close to downtown. Many restaurant choices within 2 miles or less, several within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic bed and shower pressure; perfect place to stay. We came into town to see Bill Burr at Old National Center. This location was 15 minutes from the downtown theaters and Ford Center. It's well worth the $146 for the convenience and comfort. Ask for a lake side room.

Although the staff was nice the stay was not. I asked for a roll away and the person at the front desk said they could do that, but she didn't know how to set it up so I would have to wait until the next day or maybe the 11pm person could do it, and we may not have enough room for it since it was a double bed room. Alright, I can get past that. So I asked for a couple of extra pillows and blankets, which were brought in timely manner, the pillows were okay but the blankets although were clean they looked like they were about 30 years old and were not very nice looking. The room also had an odd smell to it. It was warm in the room which there is air but the air conditioner was so loud you couldn't sleep through it. You couldn't even hear the TV unless you turned it up really loud. Today, before I even checked out, before 10am I had housekeeping walking straight into my room without even knocking! I heard the door open and a "housekeeping' Thank god we were dressed! I am only giving this hotel a 2 star rating because of the fact that the staff was very nice and everything was clean. I plan on spending a lot of time in Evansville in the next 4 years as my daughter is going to UE, but I probably won't stay here again.

Very thankful for this hotel. They get all the little things right: cleaning staff always does a good job and keeps the supplies replenished. Beds are nice and firm. All rooms have a fridge. If you ask for an extra blanket, they send a comforter. The receptionist helped sign me up for Hilton honors. Much credit to the hotel manager: he or she has high standards and a well trained, conscientious staff.

We had an OUTSTANDING experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the food was good, and the staff amazing. We were in town under difficult circumstances and the staff did all that they could to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. I would DEFINITELY stay at this property again.

I've spent several weeks here for work, and I can't imagine having a better experience in Evansville. The facility is well situated in the nice part of town, with a vast array of food options between walking distance and a 20 minute drive. All of the staff are top notch and go above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay. Never a problem with the rooms or noise.

We have family in Evansville and have stayed here the last two years! We love this hotel. My husband says I'm a hotel snob and I love staying here. Very clean and the staff is amazing! Also great price, and awesome breakfast. Will be back! :).
